What a wonderful experience! Ive always went to a random threading place when my brows could use some help, but recently thought Id check out benefit because I love their makeup products.The moment I stepped in, the girls were lovely. They were super helpful and kind. I was unable to get the same day appointment, but they tried their best. I booked with them and came back another day.My beauty technician was Sasha and she was absolutely lovely. She knew exactly what she was doing with my brows and was patient, clean and diligent. She was a delight to chat with during the time in her chair and no doubt Ill be coming back to see her. Thanks for the little boost and helping me feel pretty again :)

Went for a lash tint and got Diane, who wasnt who I made an appointment with because she she evidently was filling in for my aesthetician, but was so very pleased with her meticulous lash tint that I queried to see if she would on the be on the schedule in future. Tidy, neat, laser focused on the lashes, so I had no messy outside smudges and NO eye irritation at all. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered.

Sasha is the best! I’ve come several times to this location, and while it’s always good, Sasha gave me the best results ever on my brows, lashes, and waxing. And she was super nice and fun to talk to. Highly recommend Benefit, but recommend Sasha even more!

I got my eyebrows waxed for the first time, and I never do a treat yourself day! My friend/girlfriend Emma Gonzalez told me to go to Valerie at Benefit on 3rd. I went and let me tell you Valerie is such a kind soul! I told her what I wanted and she did! She recommend a wax instead of thread, so I trusted her judgement! The results came out great! I recommend going to Valerie! She will take care of you!! I’ll be back again!

I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and eyelashes tinted with Amie. I had trouble finding someone in LA that I liked and then I met Amie! She listens to what I want shape and color-wise and executed it perfectly. Sometimes she’ll make suggestions that make your brows even better, but she is not pushy. It’s like going to your friend to have your brows done! I always look forward to my appointments with her. When I lived in New York, I got my brows waxed at Benefit and was afraid I wouldn’t find a good fit out here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming at Benefit on 3rd St. I highly recommend making an appointment with Amie!

Awesome service! This place is good for people who dont usually get their eyebrows done every month. They are very kind and sweet to beginners, a bit talkative but not in a bad way 😁.

I saw Amie for a brow wax & tint and a eyelash tint. She was amazing and made me feel so welcomed! The shop itself was super clean and the customer service was great. Highly recommend for all the above services - it’s such a good deal for what you’re getting.

Got my eyebrows waxed and she not only ruined the shape to the point that I went somewhere else right after to redo them, but also burned my face lightly so I have had a red scar for a few days now. She was really sweet, but not trained enough at all. I always go to benefit in Boston and NYC for eyebrow threading and waxing and have a great experience, so was surprised by this inconsistency.

I don’t live near by so I had to head over there early especially because of traffic I received a phone call until I was already on the way there. So I wasted my time and gas driving over there only for them to cancel on me. Very disappointing!

I went to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed. It was my first time doing this so I was a bit hesitant. Made my appointment online with Sasha and she totally exceeded my expectations! She is amazing! She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Will definitely be returning to her!

The service was amazing, the employees were very sweet and complementary. I got my brows and lip waxed and my brows tinted. The waxing went very well, and she even helped shape my brow. The tint looks great, not too dark or not showy enough. Love it, for sure recommend and for sure will be returning!

Everything is great about this place except finding parking thats the hard part about going here unless youre on the bus or public transportation are live close make sure you park or go midday so you can try to find street parking. Super convenient to book online and their ladies who help you are just really sweet. Super fun place, animal friendly!

Be aware.... brushes do add up. I didnt mean to purchase a lot, but dang the brushes are such a good price!! They have sweet and helpful staff, just wish they had more since they seemed short staffed... regardless of that love the brushes!

Helena is the eyebrow expert! After having my eyebrows practically pulled all the way off by someone at a nail salon, Helena made them full and beautiful again! She is a super star! She always makes sure that I am happy! Everyone in the store is very friendly and make you feel very welcome.

Came 2 minutes late and made me wait almost 15 minutes and the girl that was to help me was about to start on another appointment. When she did work on me she wasnt gentle or friendly. I now have a long cut on the bottom arch of my right eyebrow.

Fun and enthusiastic staff. I dont love all of their products but they have a great brow waxing team here.
