Give you five stars due to the welcoming environment your located at. I have Medi Cal and unfortunately no glasses. Maybe contacts. Is it possible to get same day glasses ? Or maybe contacts ? Im willing to hang out until the next day in a more or less respectful mode. Enjoy your day

The people are the nice but the office is a MESS. Literally paper and trash everywhere. If I hadnt waited until the last minute (and was deathly ill at the time), I would have gone somewhere else.This is super unfortunate because the owner is a very sweet man (the eye doctor... was kind of offputting; was listening to a footbal game the whole time). But the space is a PIG STY.

Seeing Dr. Ottenbacher at 20/20 Optometrists was such an eye opening moment! I saw that he had appointments easily available and the place looked very familiar, next to the grocery store I shop at. He viewed my eyes efficiently and gave me a prescription that I can easily view. Also, the address is just too good. What a great vision Dr. Ottenbacher has!20/20, will definitely go see again!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Ottenbacher. I had to get my eye exam at the last minute. He was flexible with his schedule and agreed to see me even though the office was closing for the day. He was very thorough with my exam and took his time. He was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Dr Ottenbacher is probably the nicest doctor youll ever meet. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends!

I love this small neighborhood office. Dr. Ottenbacher is very caring and attentive, he takes his time to explain about your conditions and finds best solution for you. I was very impressed to see his awards in his office like Optometrist of the year and he even was President of the LA Optometrist Society. I didnt think I would see this kind of doctor is serving in our neighborhood. Nini at the front desk was very helpful, hard working and pleasant person to talk to. Not only will I bring my family members, I will also let my neighbors know about this office if they need them. I would say most affordable in price and most kind in service and I am now loyal patient at this office.

Dr. Ottenbacher is a fantastic optometrist! He was personable and knowledgeable, addressing all of my procedural inquiries and even helping me research affordable contact websites.Having moved to LA recently, I was researching optometrists in the DTLA area. I dont have eye insurance so I was shopping around for a good price. I found 20/20 Optometrists through a rather ingenious promotion and was happy to discover the standard appointment prices were so reasonable.I highly recommend Dr. Ottenbacher to anyone looking for a wonderful optometrist with the added benefit of not paying an arm and a leg for the appointment.

Dont go here, the doctor is so unprofessional so is the owner. I got ripped off so bad. Doctor put his dirty hands in my eyes to remove my contact. The place is disgusting.

I had a scary experience where my vision was impaired. I called Dr Ottenbacher right away. He was extremely responsive and asked me several questions regarding my symptoms. He was able to determine the cause of my condition and gave me advice over the phone. The problem was soon corrected. He even called me back a couple of hours later to check in on me. Its obvious that Dr Ottenbacher genuinely cares for his patients. If you need a doctor who is both passionate and knowledgeable, Dr Ottenbacher is the one I would highly recommend.

Dr. Ottenbacher is great! I got eye surgery for correcting my vision several years ago and when my eye got inflamed I called his office. I got an appointment right away and he immediately prescribed me the medicine I needed. Hes very knowledgeable and patient explaining the process I had to follow to get my eye better. Hes been at several health fairs in the Hispanic community and he does Spanish eye exams as well. I highly recommend him!Dr. Ottenbacher is very good. I went to his office when my eye swelled. His office made an appointment immediately. The doctor prescribed the medicine I needed and explained in detail all the steps to follow to get better. Dr. Ottenbacher is very patient and explained everything very well. He speaks a little Spanish and does medical exams for Latino patients all the time. He has also participated in several health fairs serving many people. If you need an osculist think of Dr. Ottenbacher first, I recommend it.
