This is my daily morning coffee spot, and it has been shortly after they opened about 2 years ago. I highly recommend because 1) the coffee is great, 2) the team is nice and welcoming. I highly recommend asking for an iced caramel vanilla latte. Its not on the menu, but its THE BEST THING EVER.

I’ve recently moved to LA from Atlanta and due to the Corona Virus it has been really difficult to adjust. I found Vanilla Black through people posting on social media about this incredible coffee shop. I went one time and I was hooked. Not only because the coffee is incredible especially the Layla Latte and the Vanilla Bomb but Vanessa and the rest of the staff are extremely professional and kind and they easily make everyone feel welcome. I say all that to say Thank You for helping me feel welcome in a very new city. I will forever be an everyday costumer.

Zero stars if I had a choice to the owner its been over a month and you have not returned my calls or text messages. I need you to please contact me asap and be responsable for the damages that your carts cause to my 2015 Toyota Camry. Im sorry but I had no choice but to do this . Hope this gets your attention.

Some of the best coffee in LA!! I went here for the first time a few months ago and had the best matcha latte! I recently went back and tried their lavender latte and it was delicious!! I live in Highland Park, but I will always make the drive out to VanillaBlack Coffee! :)

I had their Layla Latte and it was delicious! It’s a honey lavender latte and it had the right balance. People there are super nice and welcoming.

Hands down the best cold brew I’ve ever tasted in my life, and I’ve tasted a lot. Unreal. Didn’t know coffee could taste this good. And the guy was super friendly!

Vanilla Black is a great little spot for coffee. Vanessa, the owner, is wonderful, extremely polite and just plain charming.The coffee selection fits the area well, and speaks well of the owners choice.Just come in, try it out, and enjoy.

Ive only been here maybe 7 times ? But the americano is always on point (today I got a matcha latte which was also excellent). The staff is always friendly and you can tell a lot of love and care went into this shop.

I was looking forward to the bomb vanilla latteunfortunately they had ran out of vanilla so I went ahead and decided to try a regular latte, I felt like it had more milk than anything. No bueno :( usually the drinks are really good but this last time was very unsatisfying.

Excellent local coffee shop for a quick pick me up. My coffee choice was the vanilla bomb it had a great taste and bold flavor and brewed to perfection quality over quantity. My first time going to this little coffee place. ordered a quad espresso macchiato made by a lovely barista named Andrea. she was super nice and humble. the espresso gives Augies in claremont or intelligencia a run for their money. i will definitely be coming back.
