I had placed an order to be sent to my mom for mothers day and this is what I ordered and also what I had received. Its pretty self explanatory. Someone promised to contact me within 2 or 3 days. Its been almost a month (28 days to be exact). No one is contacting me. First and last experience, wasnt a great first impression and I definitely will not recommend them to anyone. Just beware what you order is not necessarily what you get.

I ordered from their website a box of strawberry dipped with chocolate to be picked up at this location. I specifically mentioned that i might pick it up earlier and after an hour i got an email that it was ready for pick up so i drove right away to this store. I was greeted by an amazing lady whose name is Markeesa. She apparently was the one who made my order and rushed it. I really appreciate her help (thanks a lot). The strawberries dipped with chocolate were fresh and delicious. I definitely will order from this store again in the future.

My boyfriend ordered a fruit arrangement for me, they tried to deliver it without making certain Id be home . I had a same day surgery, they called afterwards, left a message. I called to arrange a next day delivery which came much later than expected. The fruit wasnt good at all!! Everything was either very hard or very mushy. They delivered the same basket that was attempted delivery the previous day, I had to throw it all away!!! What a waste of money, they shouldve refunded his money, but he was abroad & didnt have time to debate a refund. I get the feeling they wouldnt have been gracious in refunding, I called to complain that the fruit was bad, they could care~less! Save your money, dont bother w/this company, its very over priced, poor service as well..

Love this place - its always my go-to when Im looking for a gift. Several local and unique items, including drink mixers, jewelry, soap, candies, chocolate, aprons, cards... the list goes on. Something for everyone. The owner is so lovely too! Its clear that she puts a lot of care and thought into every item in the store.

This location is a joke. My friends and I ordered from this location. We paid for a small order of the strawberry dipped chocolate strawberries for my friends baby arrival. If our friend would of never sent a pic of what she got, we would of never known that they cheaped us out and sent a totally different order. When I called to ask why they sent the wrong order, the sales associate or manager said “we cannot make that for you” Then why did you take the order then? Or even call us to let us know? So you sent her a 40 dollar order of fruit with five dipped chocolate instead of our 70 dollar order ? Seems to me that you’re a dishonest company. I will never do business with you ever and will be sure to let people know of my experience .

We at 1st Freedom Bail Bonds had a very important event for the public and called Edible Arrangements to create to fruit arrangements for us. The staff were very friendly and professional. The arrangements arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful. Much greater than our expectations. Our clients and the people attending the event would not stop complimenting us on the beauty of the arrangement and the great tasting fruit. We will be using the this location again. 2 thumbs up!

My Son ordered an item for my wife. Hes in Maryland and were in Los Angeles. Understandably delivery on Mothers Day was not an option since he was ordering late Friday night. Order was taken for a Monday 11am curbside pickup. Called three times to confirm, but no answer. Assuming the shop was just busy and unable to answer, I drove 30 mins to pick up the item. Upon arrival there was no one in the shop. Called the pickup number posted on the door, no answer. Continued calling while parked in front of the business, after 30 mins gave up. Ultimately someone called my son back and said they were just too busy in the back to answer the phone or check the front for a scheduled pickup and if I wanted to drive back the 30 minutes it would be ready. So..Mom didnt get her Arrangement.

My Dad is in ICU and I purchased an arrangement for one of his doctors. I gave the store permission to drop it off at his location even if he was not present and they decided not to do so but continued to call me so I had to deal with the logistics of delivery vs focus on my Dads care. I asked for a refund and they refused. Truly no respect or empathy for their customers during times of grief. Very disappointed.

This was my first time ever using Edible Arrangements and I ordered online from Virginia. I had the best customer service! The girls (I think were Jennifer and Giovanna?) made sure to offer me all the advice I needed and even called me to confirm that recipients received their gift! It is because of service like this store that I will use Edible Arrangements again!

I had the exact same experience as the last reviews. I placed an order to be delivered on Valentines day and it was never delivered. I tried tracking the order but the tracking info was never updated, I tried calling the store directly but no one ever answered the phone! Finally I called Edible Arrangements customer service and they could not get anyone at the store to answer the phone. This store is not a store you can trust to deliver on or for your most special moments!

They are horrible and have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They didnt deliver my package on time and continued to lie to me that they would. They also refused to send my refund in a timely manner. This is the worst edible arrangements location I have ever dealt with and as such I will never do business with the company ever again.

DONT order from this company or location. I spent $50 + an absurdly high delivery fee on a few tiny pieces of chocolates in an effort to show someone who is all alone on Valentines Day that someone is thinking of them, and this company never delivered them or provided any assistance as no one is answering the phone. I am very disappointed. I recommend everyone to take your business to one the non-commercialized local private stores instead.

Walking inside the Edible Arrangements store on Beverly Blvd. near the Beverly Center puts a smile on your face. It’s a cheerful store with bright colors on the walls and stuffed bears holding soft hearts. The day I visited was right before Mother’s Day. Mylar balloons decorated the ceiling and customers kept coming in to pick up arrangements.The owner Scott Greenberg is also a motivational speaker. He shared with me that in 2010 his store won the Edible Arrangements “Best Customer Service” award (out of 972 franchises worldwide). The following year his store received “Manager of the Year.” His manager Jennifer makes sure every customer is happy.The staff is very important to Scott and Jennifer. They are not in the fruit basket business, they are in the celebration business. If you come here and place an order, it can be delivered in one hour.Edible Arrangements is a sweeter alternative than flowers. It appeals to multiple senses and is more of an experience than flowers.I sampled a strawberry dipped in semi-sweet dark chocolate and white chocolate. My favorite was the heart-shaped pineapple dipped in chocolate. With one bite, the pineapple juice dripped down my mouth. It was delicious. I also liked the green apple dipped in chocolate, strawberries and the banana pieces dipped in dark and white chocolate.They are good people too. When they have left over fruit at the end of the day, the staff boxes it up and donates it to SOVA Community Food and Resource Program. His stores are two of the only certified Kosher stores in Los Angeles. The chocolate is Kosher Dairy.This is a great alternative to give someone you love a Cheer Me Up Bouquet, Get Well Treats, Thank You Chocolate Dipped Fruit Box, Birthday Celebration arrangements or Pineapple Pops.

I did place an order to be delivered on Valentines Day, but it wasnt and I got an e-mail at 11:35pm on Feb.14 letting me know the delivery will be on time. What a joke!

Same as the previous review. I placed an order it was not delivered. I tried calling them several times, no one picks up the phone. You cant even track order because the tracking info hasnt been updated. Horrible experience with this store.
