Ive found heaven on earth at Sugarfina! This store is adorable. They select candies from all over the world. From gummies to chocolates to caramels they really have something for everyone. They have many different kinds of chocolates, caramels, gummies, licorice which all look amazing. You can taste the quality in their goods and I love how gifts can be customized. They are a tad pricey though, but for the occasional indulgence or that special gift. If you could dream up a perfect candy shop, this would be it.

Getting through to the store is impossible. No one answers the phone or it simply goes straight to voicemail. Also, no one ever follows up with you even if you leave them a message. Terrible customer service.

Love this place! Theres a lot of variety of candies with multiple color options for each. Their set up is just like Costco, its clean and their prices are reasonable. Be prepared to buy in bulk because you cant get smaller bags here lol. There is a whole aisle of Mexican candy too. Also, where are the bags of single colored M&Ms?? I dont see them in the store anymore!

Great customer service; very knowledgeable staff. The entire shop feels like a work of art. Prices arent bad for items on sale. These make really cute gifts. They were one of the few stores that carried items specific to Lunar New Year. Given that this is the 21st century and Chinas the next global superpower, I was surprised more stores didnt do that.The main downside is that THIS IS SUGAR and sugar is poison. So, were all just poisoning ourselves and loved ones.

Amazing selection of all sorts of treats. Geared towards adults rather than kids. The scotch cordials are one of my favorite candies here. The gift sets are reasonably priced and make easy last minute gifts for anyone on your list.

Im not much of a candy gummy person, but this place has an amazing selection and collection of candies. I brought my sister here for a little cube and a horrible thing happened.. i spend a lot of money on getting her a huge bag of them and got her a little Bento. Needless to say, every time I shop around I always come back here to get more than a handful of cubes for us, and best thing is you get a taster packet everytime(sign up for rewards!).

Im from Canada and I love this brand. Excellent selection and high quality candies. The packaging is beautiful and I have given and received many of these candies as gifts. They are pricey but worth every penny.

I thought I had tried the best candy ever. This place knocked me out. First of all it is the most artistic store I have ever seen. It looks like Andy Warhol designed it. Then it has everything gummy you can think of. And free samples. Whoever thought this up is brilliant. My favorite is the Sugar Lips which is super sour -- the most sour gummy candy ever. But try and find your own!

They hire anyone. People come into work smelling like marijuana and alcohol. They dont do background checks or drug screening. Employers just arent the same anymore. The regulars offer the temps to eat candy. The Inglewood location in California.

Honestly, I dont even get how Sugar Fina would get less than a 4.3 rating. Honestly, if you think the sweets are too expensive, why would you buy sweets from here? Its a higher end sweet shop. I love how Sugar Fina has such a wide variety of sweet treats. I personally love their gummies, and I love their dark chocolate sea salt caramel popcorn. If you go here it is a must to try the Chocolate and Banana.

The one star is for the packaging. The candy really isnt that good. In fact some of it is horrible. Got a large gift box for Christmas from some friends. Out of the eight different types of candy, only one was what I would consider good. And only two were slightly edible. The good one was simply a malted milk. You can get those anywhere for a lot less. I think most of this is going in the trash. :-(

I recently went to the Beverly Hills store and was impressed by the cleanliness and cuteness of the store.This store is large with an assortment of candies facing a popular street. They have street parking for a few mins but I think you can just park in a garage structure and walk. I love the packaging and unique candies they have. Its very simple and neat. The two ladies were nice to greet me but didnt offer me a sample so I was a little bit disappointed. I think the stores presentation and varieties of candies make it appealing! Its just the candies cost too much. $10 for a small container of sweets.

I ordered two small boxes of candy as Thank Yous to my clients after we completed a big project. After numerous phone calls and emails they were sent out a WEEK later! (No confirmation of the order via email; no communication re: my order) Mind you, these were two small boxes of hard candy!!I could have made the candy myself and sent it out quicker! The boxes were going to the same address (different recipients) - one arrived today and the second arrives Friday.Their product is beautiful but heed the warning about ordering it online - go buy some beautiful candy at the mall and send it out yourself.

First order with Sugarfina. When I ordered at checkout I was able to choose two samples of new gummies for free with my order. However when my order arrived the only sample sizes that were included were the ones that I paid for. I contacted customer service and they said they were out of samples. Bad customer service they should have offered to send something else .Tired of companies that are profit driven and nit customer driven .

Yes, the candy is imported from Germany and it is delicious. But, at $7.50 for under 4oz, yikes. When did candy become a novelty? Cute, yes. Too pricey for my sweet tooth, double yes.

I to visit this place and try their free samples. They will often feature two candies as free samples. I try to sample something here before I buy it. Their candy is not cheap, so I like to taste it before I buy it. I would recommend their dark chocolate banana, it is so good. I would not recommend the Cuba libre gummy. Its supposed to be a cola and rum gummy but it does not deliver. Instead, I prefer their cola gummy. However, I would recommend buying a bag of Haribo gummy colas. You get twice the amount for a quarter of the price, and theory taste the same.

I love it I love the cuteness of the store and the candy is honestly worth the money if you get the right one I recommend sugar lips. The people are so kind and make it worth the experience

Tried to pick out candy you cant find at the grocery store, which is about half a dozen types. Gummy bears were tasty, but so are haribo brand. Sea salt licorice was my most adventurous choice; they were not that great. Wish they would sample the more unusual candy before you buy it, especially if the description the employee uses is acquired taste. I dont know if the ones I selected were packed incorrectly or what, but they are hard as rocks. Not impressed, but at least i can use the plastic containers to store things in the future.

Terrible company! I ordered rose all Day Marshmallows before Valentine’s Day and they sent me the completely wrong items. I’ve emailed them over 21 times going back and forth with customer service promising me the right item and they’ve sent me 2 different orders besides my original order and they STILL haven’t got it right! Absolutely terrible and I’m still waiting for the correct items:(

Worst company. I don’t even want t give one star. Do not order because you won’t get your order in time. I have left messages and emails and no one has ever returned my message. Placed a 85 order on dec 12th for my dear friends Christmas gift. The delivery said 3 to 5 days, and today is Dec 21st. My order still says pending and you can’t reach a person because it goes to a message machine. Countless emails and messages,no one has contacted me. Do not order from them. My friend is going out of town on the 22nd so now she won’t get her gift. Its now to late to order anything. Just horrible.

I loved shopping here. Purchased many bento boxes for Christmas gifts. Definitely expensive but the quality and packaging is what makes the gift special.

We were looking forward to our visit here, having been told by several folks this was a place not to be missed. It is closed on Saturdays.

Purchased a few items for a Valentines gift package earlier in the month and became concerened when they did not ship out after a few days. Customer service was friendly, but ultimately not very helpful (“you’ll receive a confirmation when it ships soon”). The order finally shipped after a week and arrived today, but they did not include the gift bag and wrappping paper that I ordered. Dissapointing service.

The most unique store for gummy candy you will ever find

I ordered 12 custom would you be my brides maid Sugarfina box sets. I had 5 of them delivered to me in NY, and 7 of them shipped to 3 different locations in Mexico (note that these were shipped from California), so the shipping was literally just across the border. Once I received the tracking numbers for my shipping (which were not provided immediately, I had to ask for them), I kept tracking them only to realize that 2 weeks after the first scan, my boxes where in Belgium, yes as in Belgium in Europe, thats 5,633 miles from the Sugarfina store (yes I googled it, to make my point). Again this is something I had to figure out on my own by calling the new non reliable shipping company Sugarfina used (APC International), the shipping company said this is the type of delivery method Sugarfina had picked. I had to reach out to a Bryce Nicastro from Sugarfina to figure out wtf was happening, only to realize that he had no clue on what to do or how to handle it. On two occasions he said he would reach out to ACP International and return my call with more information, this never happened; again I was the one who had to reach out to him. The only answer he had for me was your gifts are in Mexico, but we dont know which carrier has them, so we cant track them. It has been over 14 days since these boxes were sent and they still have not been delivered and there is no way for me to track them. This is a surprise for all my girlfriends growing up which I want to be part of my wedding party, so my whole bridal party planning (dresses, etc) is on hold because THEY DONT KNOW I WANT THEM TO BE IN MY WEDDING. Overall my experience has been horrible, the product is cute but expensive and not worth the struggle, poor customer service.

Package design is what youre paying for. Makes a nice looking gift but nothing here tastes good enough to justify the price.
