I have spent a lot of money here as I organize and do a lot of closets. So many shoe boxes! Also a clothing rack, hangers, jewelry containers, sunglasses container. They have anything you can imagine. Very friendly and they always fit me in right before they close! Today is the day to get organized so get down there! They validate right at check out and can help you get stuff to your car. Parking is abundant and the first thing you see on your left is The container store. Wheelchair access and open till 6:30.

Scheduled an appointment and were helped by Elliot, who was great. He helped us with two spaces: a kids closet and a laundry room and his designs fully incorporated what we envisioned.The store has a lot of floor samples to give you a really good idea of what your project could look like. They also sell the standard organization accessories and bins.

Its kinda of a neat store a bit pricey. Its more than just containers they have a other stuff garbage cans, closet organizers and desk with chairs kitchen gadgets.

I love the container store but I didnt realize that this was the custom closets location and it was terrible for general shopping. Can they change the name on here to make it clearer? The store was basically a showroom. The selection of products you could actually buy was very limited, I couldnt find a single thing that I needed that I know they have. Parking was $2 per 15 min which you typically would get validated but since I didnt buy anything and spent so long wandering around, I had to pay. Im surprised so many people were trying to shop, basically the only thing they carry are various baskets and its probably only half of the styles. If you want to check out what the closet designs look like in person or get a consultation this would be the place.

Really liked that Doug was available to guide me thru the Elfa shelf selection and custom sizing. The display of custom closets inside the store were great and inspire new ideas.

What does the container store sell you ask? Well containers, of course! Containers of just about every size and measurement you could possibly want too! Although the election and pricing is good, expect to fight for parking as this lot is always busy with traffic from all the other nearby businesses located in the vicinity.

I walked in the container store and was not greeted even though there was a greeter at the door. He looked me right in the eye and did not speak. I was in there a good 15 mins browsing for storage items. Again no help or anything. The other patrons that were in there received help. Keep in mind the other patrons were white and I am African American. Walked out past the same greeter and still he did not speak.

Ran my credit card twice. Told the system was down. Took 10 minutes and I couldnt even buy the item. Horrible communication skills.

I have been a container store customer even before the home edit began so now it is crazy in there but I still love it go and take your measurements and take your time and enjoy

Excellent store staff and I could live with the overpriced merchandise that is generally very well thought out.My problem is that $4500 in shelving later, I discover there is no solution nor plan for earthquake safety measures on shelves. Look at their Elfa brochure, and ask yourself if you want to be anywhere near these items during an earthquake. Employee answer? “Not many earthquakes in Sweden where this line is designed.” Irresponsible!Although I haven’t had an earthquake since I installed the shelving, if you are a class action lawyer looking to build a list for when the big one hits, YES I want to be contacted.

This home goods store is a brand new addition to the Farmers Market. They offer organizational storage compartments for every part of your house including the pantry, office, bathroom and bedroom. The store is neatly organized into different parts of your home so it is easy to find items you need. The measurements for each item is neatly listed on the tab making it very helpful process. The Container Store now offers a new line of Japanese storage compartments that have a modern look and is nicely designed. This location offers 2 hours of free parking.

Alen was our designer and he did a great job. Hes super chill, yet very professional and knowledgeable about what suits your needs. He delivered on time and within our budget. We found that our two jobs, a master closet and a wall entertainment unit with a bench, ended up being nicer and a much better value than The Container Store. Were happy to recommend The Container Store. Be sure to ask for Max!

This is my go-to for anything storage or home related I might need. It’s a Container Store, so obviously they have a vast array of storage solutions, but I also go for wrapping paper and their great gift boxes, all at a reasonable price. Additionally, the staff is extremely friendly and came to know my name after just a few visits.Great parking lot too. They validate at the cashier for up to one hour free.

The place is HUGE! They have 1000 times more different kinds of containers and storage items than you could EVER dream of! Every kind, shape, color and material you can imagine. You wont believe the selection until you see it with your own eyes. The help was also incredibly helpful. Everyone there was really friendly and went out if their way to help us. Definitely worth checking it out if youre in need of containers.And BTW, Im a real customer, really expressing how I feel, not someone who got paid to write nice things about this place.(The place we went to was at the Farmers Market in Los Angeles)

Great price and lots and lots of different shaped containers. I didnt even know they made containers for wreaths, so i grabbed a couple of those when i went in with the purpose of buying something else. The staff was helpful and friendly and will validate parking.

You can spend an entire day planning our your future home in this one store. Working your way down the aisles, you will picture the future you will never have. Its kinda depressing but when you have someone to do this with, it alleviates the suicidal tendencies that plague us all.

It a fun place to shop not only for containers but for kitchen items and other things that arent containers. Even when lines are long they always seem to move fast. I like both stores: 3rd & Fairfax and Century City.

After spending an entire Saturday in the container store, I actually came out liking it. I can see why some people are so obsessive about it. They have a lot of useful items. A lot of travel items and luggage too. The one draw back is the prices. You can easily spend a few hundred dollars in a single visit. I guess the flip side is you cant find a lot of these items anywhere else.

This place is crazy. Boxes. Shelves. Racks. Storage. Everything you want to put things in, on, over, under, through, and around other things. I was impressed by the size of the store, the variety of the selection, and the customization options available. I dont think there are many stores that can boast of the organizational fluency that an obsessively organized person like myself actively seeks out. My only reservation about a perfect 5-star review is that the prices are awfully high -- but such is the cost of maintaining a brick-and-mortar modular Mecca in the space-constrained morass of Los Angeles.

Great selection of storage items and friendly customer service. Things can be a bit pricey, but if you join their free email list theyre always sending out coupons. Parking at this location is expensive, $2 per fifteen minutes without validation, so window shop quick or buy something. Because its at The Grove the parking is usually packed as well and getting in and out of the parking lot can be a pain.

Despite the name theres a good chance you wont find the container youre looking for. The store itself is oddly appealing though.

This store is really hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Some employees know their products really well, while others will just give you any answer to be later contradicted or corrected by someone else. Some employees will help you out to your car when you have a lot of items and others will expect you to carry your items without a trolley or cart.-Generally the store has been stocked and clean when I visit which is a plus!-They do validate parking for the lot right In front of their store.-I do really like their customer perks program. By signing up they are able to save all your purchases to your account do when returning an item you dont need they can find you in the system and you dont need your receipt.

Very friendly staff but I noticed that the stock was significantly less than other Container Stores Ive been to.

Bummed they did not have a container to fit a large human body. Had to spend all night cutting and soaking in muratic acid to fit.
