We did a full Kitchen remodel with Bradco back in 2012. Recently one of the hinges broke. I looked everywhere for an exact replacement with no luck, it had an embossed logo but no name. The manufacturer was a mystery. Finally I called Bradco and spoke to Charlie who asked we send them photos of the hinge. They were able to find two in their warehouse that matched ours and gave us both for free, the additional one as a backup. Now we could do a direct swap, no fuss no muss. Good customer service for a small inquiry 9 years later. Very much appreciated.
I chose Bradco Kitchens to do the cabinets in my entire home. This included the kitchen, closets, breakfast nook and a bench. They were 1 or 3 companies I was interviewing and I’m so glad I chose Bradco Kitchens for my project. I chose to go with Bradco’s own custom line of cabinets which are manufactured in their own factory. The owner Michael invited me to see my cabinets being made at the factory which was so cool. I was able to see my own cabinets being made and Michael, the factor manager Roberto and I decided on some last minute details to make the cabinets look even more spectacular. So neat to see how the cabinets were being made and the thought and care that was being put into them. I had my own contractor but even he agreed it would be best for Bradco to install their own cabinets. The installation took a little bit longer than I expected because their installer Mauricio was extremely diligent and detail-oriented so I was happy to wait. The kitchen island was particularly tricky as there was a post that could not be removed on one side of it but was installed perfectly. We had them come back once the house settled and the crew came back in a timely manner and finished the job quickly. I would highly recommend Bradco Kitchens to anyone looking for new cabinets.
I love the Bradco team and have been working with them on and off for ten years now. Bradco Kitchens and B&R Construction remodeled the entire interior of my house ten years ago--knocked out walls, brand new kitchen/bath, gorgeous custom built-in cabinetry throughout. Their cabinetrys workmanship is exquisite--it is an art--on par with any high-end work in Dwell Architectural Magazine. Ten years later, they are holding up beautifully.Last year, I went back for more custom cabinets for my dining room. I am once again pleased with the results. The new cabinets matched seamlessly in design and the shade of stain the cabinets they built ten years ago. It feels great knowing that I can go back after ten years and still be remembered by the staff and the owner.Id highly recommend anyone looking to redo their kitchen or bathroom. You can be confident that Bradco will do their best to take care of all your remodeling needs.
We recently completed a major home remodel of our home. We actually were looking for a contractor and our neighbors’ suggested that we contact B & R Construction. They did a remodel for them some years earlier. We contacted B & R Construction and apparently they work closely together with Bradco Kitchens. They have a nice showroom on Venice Blvd and we found it convenient that the Cabinet designers and the construction company worked closely together and had an excellent understanding of construction and cabinetry. The team we worked with were completely dedicated to our needs, understood our budget and tried to save us money whenever they could. This was an historic restauration and the city inspector was all over us. Bradco designed each space meticulously and within the style of the house. B & R Construction executed the project with very view hiccups. There was a slight delay in the delivery of the cabinetry but once they were delivered we were extremely pleased by the quality. They were better than what we had expected. We recommend the B & R Construction and the Bradco team highly. They delivered what they promised and are a honest and professional team.
Been wanting to write this review while I was still in the middle of my project but I decided to wait until Bradco and B&R finished up completely. You never know what can happen at the very end and Im happy to stay that these guys did such a terrific job on my 2 bathroom remodel. I used them 4 years ago on my remodel and decided to wait on my bathrooms due to my budget. Finally ended up doing the bathrooms which is no easy task but Bradco and B&R was with me every step of the way. Bradco designed 2 beautiful vanities and linen closets which were custom made in their shop. I learned that remodeling your bathroom is very different from other areas of the house. There are a lot of little things to think about and so many different people working in your house, tiles, plumbing electrical. B&R did such a good job managing all those people and it felt pretty seamless. I requested that Manny be my foreman again same as last time and was thrilled that they could accommodate. We had such a good rapport last time. Angela designed my vanities and linen closets for me and definitely steered me in the right direction the style I wanted. Michael the owner was also involved through the way. Not only is he hilarious but he really tells it like it is (in a good way) and talked me out of some really dumb decisions. Im glad I waited until I could afford what I really wanted, thanks Michael, Angela and Manny for such a terrific job and ending on such a high note.
I was amazed to meet such a genuine people...Upon arriving at Bradco Kitchens / Baths, I was greeted by Angela and Michael, the owners. I’ve explained to them that I needed to locate this specific cabinet hinge, and I had a hard time getting help from Home Depot and Lowe’s. The couple listened to me with care, and then they went out of their way to research and locate this particular hinge.I thought that these days, business owners are too busy doing more important stuff, and not worry too much on menial task.I was wrong...Imagine, when the owners really care about small stuff, how wonderfully caring and apply themselves on their professional projects!!!It was a pleasure to meet good people like you, Angela and Michael...When we do a kitchen project, I’m sure to come by your shop.
BradCo reviewWe worked with BradCo on new kitchen cabinets in 2017. We did a full remodel of our kitchen, and the cabinets were 100% new. We chose BradCo because they were *cheap* and pretty friendly, and they seemed to know what they were doing. We had three main problems that lead me to write a review; hopefully this will help others make the right choice.1) There were many issues with installation -- their guy was super sweet, but rarely showed up before 10 or 11am, and more often than not had to reschedule for another day. Our contractor was frustrated by the delays, which made other parts of the project more complicated. Something to keep in mind if you’re on a tight schedule.2) It was a huge bummer to discover that the refrigerator we had chosen did not fit in the kitchen design we got from BradCo, even though we had given them the fridge specs *before* we started the project. We realized on our own that our chosen refrigerator would stick out 14” past the cabinets, and luckily we were able to find a counter-depth version of the fridge. Make sure you check their work.3) The biggest issue, though, is that the cabinets have changed color! We went with BradCo’s high-gloss, white, euro-style cabinets, and about a year after installation, half of them started to turn yellow. Every other cabinet door. Now, two years after installation, some of them are so yellowed they appear to be a completely different color. It’s like a checkerboard. I assume it will only get worse. Be forewarned!
Bradco is a great company to work with for kitchen design, build and installation! Their prices are competitive and they are easy to work with. We recently had an issue with a plumber who damaged some drawer hardware in a rental unit, and even though we were past the warranty period, Bradco was happy to come out to do the repair for us free of charge. We look forward to working with them on future projects!
Bradco Kitchens and Baths designed and installed my kitchen when their original showroom was located on Pico Blvd. Needing a repair I called upon them and the Manager Charlie was able to research the cabinet, sink and dishwasher parts by e.mailing the pictures and model numbers. The Job was completed with precision, the installer covered all areas so no dust or dirt remained for cleanup. I was extremely happy that Bradco was able to accommodate, usually they handle bigger projects, the installer did an amazing job and wore a mask throughout the duration of the appointment.
Thank you Michael for taking on our project and taking such great care to see it through. Bradco Kitchens is a shining example of excellent service and quality workmanship. They helped us restore several items in our kitchen and I’m thrilled with the final result. Looking forward to going back to them when I’m ready to remodel my bathroom. One of the things that sets Bradco designers apart the rest is that they really LISTEN. They give great design ideas based on the feedback you give them regarding your personal needs and style. Functionality truly meets design at Bradco.
The folks at Bradco couldnt have been nicer and their work is exceptional, We had a very small job - replacing bathroom cabinets - and they treated us just like it was a massive remodel and the results are fantastic. Highly recommend!
I needed to renovate my kitchen and Bradco gave excellent service at a reasonable price. I came to the Bradco showroom with no appointment and got welcomed by Angela who was lovely to deal with. She was patient and willing to listen to what I needed instead of just rattling off tons of information. She gave some excellent recommendations and also showed me what my new kitchen would look like on the computer. They had a lot of nice samples that I could look at and even take home to see it in the actual lighting in the kitchen. This is a small team of professionals who know what they are talking about. Really happy with the end result.
We recently had to redo our outdated kitchen, of course we started to shop around. From the upscale Robertson showrooms to Home depot and the likes we visited them all. One of our visits was to Bradco Kitchens and Baths on Pico Blvd. We strolled around the showroom and were impressed by the variety of cabinetry they offered. the nice thing was that the sales staff gives you time to browse and we felt no pressure. We talked to one of their designers and got most of the explanations we needed about their policies and the process of buying cabinetry from them. We made another appointment with the designer that took care of us and came back for a formal design appointment. The fist design session took about one hour, we were presented with a preliminary price and we felt comfortable enough to have them come out to the house to take the measurements. we spend a couple more hours at the Bradco showroom and finalized the design. Margaret, our designer was a young and extremely knowledgeable lady with lots of great space saving idea. They do ask for a nonrefundable deposit once you agreed to work with them. We really feel we got all we were promised and what we asked for. We were very happy with the service and the product they delivered and thought it is just fair that we let everybody know.
We recently embarked on a major home remodel. After researching several Los Angeles kitchen and bath cabinet design stores we honed in on a couple that looked good on the web. One of them was Bradco Kitchens and Baths. They were located quite a distance from us, we are on the far Westside and the Bradco showroom is kind of mid-city. We made an appointment and were met by Angela, she is one of the designers at Bradco. We immediately felt comfortable with Angela, she understood what we wanted and kept us close to our budget. I have to say that we did have a good idea of what we wanted to achieve. As it was a bigger project Angela involved the Owner and together they made a design presentation we were in love with. Now, design and execution are sometimes a different story. Bradco delivered what they promised all the way. We used their in house construction company for all the labor, we followed their advice on all the materials and we stayed close to our budget and within our time frame. Now we are moved into our home and have achieved what we imagined. Good Job Bradco and B&R Construction. Highly recommended.
Did a big Kitchen remodel with Bradco and B&R Construction. Very professional team. they guided us from concept to completion. good communications and great product. Very happy with them.
So here you have it, I am a real shopper. When we decided to do our kitchen we wanted to find someone who took care of the project from beginning to end. We first spoke to some general contractors and where not that impressed. At first they all come up with a reasonable price but when we researched the cabinet product that had such an attractive price we found that the quality was far below our expectations. When I heard about the Bradco cabinet company I thought I give it a try. I made an appointment at the Bradco Showroom on Pico Blvd and the process was as good as it gets. They supplied me with custom cabinetry at the fraction of the price other people quoted and of much better quality. We also used their in-house contractor B and R Construction and they worked with me and our Bradco designer hand in hand. Our kitchen is beautiful and we enjoy using all the great features every day. Thank you guys you where great, keep it up there are too few of you around.
We hit the Trifecta with Bradco Kitchens...Quality Cabinets...Reasonably Priced...Excellent Service. As a builder and developer I couldnt ask for a better qualified company locally based in LA with easy factory accessibility. I have referred several home owners who dealt directly with Bradco and had similar experiences..... Highly recommended.
They delivered gorgeous kitchen cabinets and constructed a beautiful bathroom addition as promised. My wife was impressed by their attention to our detailed design and I was happy to see old fashioned work ethic in action. Keep up the good work!
My wife is an interior designer and I am an architect. We’ve heard of Bradco throughout the years and I have personally seen their work on two projects my firm has been a part of. It made sense for us to reach out to them when we were planning our kitchen remodel. After several meetings with different cabinet suppliers we felt Bradco was different. They seemed to have an emphasis on design and quality, which is very important to us. We pulled the trigger and they delivered above our expectations. Their design skills, finished product and topnotch customer service is rare in this industry and there’s no wonder why the trade seeks them out for their projects. Definitely a job well done, they are in it for the long run. - The Deluca Family
Shopping around for kitchen and bathroom could be a mission after seeing several places and comparing quotes i decided to go with Bradco Kitchen & Bath they had a great vibe from the beginning they listen to all my needs and the quality of their products and services is by far the best i came across
Bradco Kitchens has provided us with so many headaches and heartaches in our kitchen remodel. The staff are only willing to help you till you pay for the cabinets, after that customer service is nil!!!! In fact, my sales girl actually said that my cabinets by generations were NOT custom cabinets and therefore did not need to fit into the kitchen. She also said you get what you paid for and what I paid was 11,000 dollars, but I guess that is not a big amount for this salewoman as she scoffed at me on the phone. My cabinets did not fit into the kitchen and we had to rip out several of the backs of these cabinets in order to make our appliances fit. In one area, I actually had to pay my contractor extra to rip out all the drywall in order for the cabinet to fit. I told them to please come over and give me one hour of time to figure out what was wrong with the way they designed the kitchen and they have yet to respond, one month later. I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS!!! THINK ABOUT IT TWICE!!!
If I could give them a zero in customer service I would. In the beginning their great friendly and returning calls. But wait till you need service from them after the installation. They suddenly dont remember who you are, what you ordered or even if they ever worked with you. Never again. . . I have complained to my contractor who is also very unhappy.
Horrible customer service and everything is way too overpriced. NOT RECOMMENDED!
I love the entire Bradco team! Bradco builds gorgeous quality custom built-in cabinetry. Their cabinetrys workmanship is precise, and they are beautiful years later speaking volumes for the quality. The team has been working together for years and knows what customer service is about. This fact also tells you how the business operates and how the owner Michael treats his people and customers. It feels great to know that you can go back years later, and the staff and owner are the same. You can be confident that Bradco will take care of you like you are family.
