This Steve Madden store had so much to choose from. I didn’t even have to go online for the fall boots I wanted. I wasn’t even pressured into buying shoes by sales reps like other Steve Madden stores. I will be a life long customer to this store location. Customer service was great.

The girl/s that worked there yesterday were extremely nozy. Making rude comments .. saying I was ugly amongst each other and would not let me shop in peace. It was manely one of them. Needs to get fired or get checked. It seems like she doesnt need her job. Why do they keep allowing such behavior in work environments?

Poor customer service. could not make a return because they did not have a cash and store associate also said that they could not carry out the return on the card. Sent me to the other store for the return.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I came in here today to return some boots I bought. I bought them a few days ago (within the return period), had a receipt and had never worn them - brand new condition. The person working at this location (Andy - who wouldnt give me his last name because he knew what he was doing was wrong) refused to return them saying he wasnt sure he could resell them. What?! That has nothing to do with the return policy! I had everything required for my return and he flat out refused to return them - just would not take them. It was unbelievable. So, just an FYI, if you ever buy from Steve Madden make sure you want what you buy because even though the company states that you can return your unworn items, thats apparently a lie - at least at this location.
I love the staff. Super helpful and patient. So many styles to choose from. Shoes and accessories are on trend even for mature ladies.
