Viessos products are beautifully curated and the company often offers discounts, however customer service is not very friendly once you have a problem with you order. I received a broken table and they made resolving the issue unnecessarily bureaucratic.

I purchased our Viesso Rio sectional four years ago. I can summarize our Viesso experience as good, bad, and ugly. Good: the ordering experience was great. The options and cost to customize dimensions and depth are now less expensive and widely available, but not so at the time. The salesperson was responsive, friendly and helpful. Bad: delivery wasnt on time. Said salesperson couldnt (didnt?) do anything, the delivery company blamed Viesso, I didnt have a sofa for holiday visitors, and nobody cared. Ugly: overall look of the sofa is terrible. The performance medium gray Homespun Thimble fabric underperformed. It was an extra 1K, pilled terribly within the first six months, twisted strangely around the largest seating cushion, and became impossible to clean. Even clear water left a stain. We (Florida residents) actually dropped into the store to discuss these issues while in LA for work. The staff barely looked up, said our salesperson wasnt there and returned to their own discussion. In summary, I wish I would have spent our money elsewhere. The sofa looked ratty so quickly.

First rate material, great people, great delivery and installation. We have had custom couches and beds made by the wonderful people of Viesso, and the quality and professionalism is first rate. I have a day bed in my home office that is as comfortable and elegant as anything I could want. Cannot speak highly enough of these wonderful people and products.

I had a wonderful experience with Viesso from the start. The sales associate I worked with walked me through every step of the process. He was always quick to reply to emails and phone calls as well. The sectional and ottoman we designed are perfect for our home! I was very nervous about making such a large purchase without actually seeing it first but my worries were lessened by being able to get answers quickly to all my questions. I was provided with information on all the fabrics and foams of our sectional. Overall, I am more than satisfied! I would recommend this to anyone wanting furniture free of flame retardants/chemicals and great quality. Every time we have guests over our sectional is admired! Viesso is the way to go!

We had a great experience with Viesso! It took a little longer than theyd advertised, but the holidays were upon us all. They communicated great though and refunded any expedited ship fees we paid. We love our couch! Its made well and looks great!!!

Wonderful customer service and products. I love that they have organic, made in California options. I have purchased an organic fabric and natural latex sofa and an oak end table and love them both. I will definitely buy from them again!

Easy to work with. solely for feedback, it would have been nice if the color of the couch on the website would change as you picked different swatches to look at. That sounds like a lot of work, and in the end it obviously didnt matter. Thank you!

I love the craftsmanship at Viesso. Despite their size, they can create custom pieces for you with materials and designs of your choosing. If youre in the market for furniture that is made in the USA, green and high quality, you must take a look.I bought a leather sectional from the guys at Viesso nearly 5 years ago and its still the centerpiece of my living room. Im super proud of the piece as it is soft brown Dakota leather with memory foam cushions and pillows filled with goose down. Freakin amazing and really holds the room together. Since I am in the neighborhood, one of the founders actually stopped by to help me measure out the sofa to fit the room like a glove! What service. I have bought other pieces over the years and will continue to do so.Super happy with Viesso and highly recommend them.

Ignored multiple emails about the metal legs on my desk not fitting properly, and not aligning straight with the desk. Directions were missing. Pieces were cracked and broken. Still have not heard back on my last email. I ordered the desk almost three months ago. Non-responsive to latest email about a refund/return. I would never buy anything from Viesso again.

I bought 5 Wiam dining chairs made in USA. The quality is good and the design is great. They look beautiful in the dining area. My family and friends also like them. A few emails were not responded very quickly and needed to call them to follow but overall the customer service is good. Daniel is helpful. Will consider to buy more furnitures from Viesso.

Ordered and paid for a replacement slipcover through Viesso, and while their customer service emails are personal and pleasant, more 6 months later I still haven’t received my order or heard back from them what’s going on. Can’t recommend.

I ordered a side table online that says on their website it typically arrives in 1-2 weeks. After ordering they told me it would take 8 weeks so I cancelled the order. After 11 days they still havent refunded my credit card payment. They ignored voice mail and email requesting an explanation. I finally had to open a dispute with my credit card for the refund, which Im still trying to get. And their website for this table still states it takes 1-2 weeks, which is clearly untrue. No way Id deal with them again.

Found what I wanted, ordered it and loved it when received. I also liked how you emailed me updates on when I could expect my delivery.

Actually worked over the phone with Laura for two separate orders - she was quick to respond, flexible and helped me pull off two deliveries on a tight timeline. Would recommend Viesso to anyone needing cool furniture!

BEST customer service around. My husband and I had been shopping around for a modern, yet comfortable couch we could customize to our measurements. I found Viesso after googling eco friendly furniture in los angeles. I went to the showroom in Santa Monica and Laura spent so much time with me. She drew a picture of the sofa, she went through all of the options for foam, down, seat height, back height, fabric, etc, etc! I knew nothing about this process and she walked me through everything. I must have emailed her twenty times during the process and she always responded quickly. Once we put in our order, I received a weekly email with the current status of production, I love that! When the sofa was ready, the custom legs we ordered were not quite ready. One of the owners called to tell me the situation and offered me a few choices so that we could still get our sofa on the promised delivery date. And we did! When the sofa arrived it was perfect! Exactly the dimensions we made, beautiful fabric and top notch quality. We are SO happy we went with this company. We will be buying our furniture from here from now on. Thanks VIESSO!!!
