Very disappointed!!!I bought a mattress from this place 2 months ago. The service at the time of purchase was good, delivery as promised. Later, their true colors appeared. I made sure 3 TIMES if I could RETURN the mattress for a full refund if I was not happy with it - the answer was YES. Knowing my back pain history which I shared with the salesperson, I was assured that if I don’t like it for any reason I can get a full refund, if it is in the first 100 days. This specific mattress made my back pain way worse and I cannot sleep on it any longer. I called inquiring about a return and a refund only to be referred to the “fine print” of only exchange — completely the opposite of what was told to me. So much for having trust in the store and what they are saying when trying to make a sale. When I called asking about other mattresses, they told me I cannot exchange this mattress because all the other ones are out of my price range, so I’m basically stuck with a mattress that I cannot use anymore. The manager hung up on me when I spoke to him and said “we’re just going back and forth so have a great day” and hung up the phone!!! The customer service in this place is just ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Do not buy a mattress from here because if you’re not happy with it they don’t really care. If you decide to buy anyway, make sure to read the fine prints just to make sure you get what was promised to you. They care about making the sale and will tell you what you want to hear so that you will buy! I hope that they will come to their senses and resolve my issue quickly.

After having done a great deal of research on beds before setting foot in a store, I should have felt confident but I was actually more confused than ever.And after having less than stellar experiences in other stores around town, I can honestly say that it was a breath of fresh air upon walking into Ortho and being greeted by Anna. She was attentive to me and others who walked in and I couldnt help but notice that she made everyone feel welcome, not just those who were ready to pull their wallets out.She listened to me so openly and is so knowledgeable that when she started teaching me about my options, sharing the why of the matter, which also helped, other customers wanted to lean in and hear it as well. Soon enough she had a small class of people engaged in learning about mattresses so they could make a better choice when they were ready to buy.I had a budget in mind and Anna was very helpful in showing me my options. What I wanted most was just out of my budget (of course!) so I had to think about it. She gave me my space but when I called back to talk to her I could tell that she was working hard all that time because she was able to locate a floor model of the mattress that I REALLY wanted which was being moved off the floor to make room for a new one and asked me if I wanted it. I was so excited!!! Perfect Customer Service right there! I got it at such a good deal that I was able to get a mattress cover and some amazing pillows as well. And delivery happened the very next business day.I had such a great experience with Anna that I tell everyone I know to save themselves time and frustration, and go see her as soon as they are in the market. Thank you for all your help Anna! You rock!

My wife and I were in desperate need of a new mattress. After days of searching thru many stores, we finally found our perfect mattress for a great price. Moved to LA today and been looking for a great mattress for a reasonable price. After a very long day and looking at multiple stores I found a great mattress and deal at this location. I love this place. Today I’m purchasing my third mattress from this place. Henry was the firs person I worked with a few years ago- he was Awesome!!! Today I worked with the store manager Anna who was upfront when I called giving me the rock bottom price over the phone- no gimmicks. I came in the store tied the bed and loved it. Today in Sunday and they will be delivering it Monday .Im a loyal customer to the store as it is owned by a very nice local family who is hardworking- Henry is the their some who is a young ambitious and intelligent gentleman. I’m a customer for life! Don’t waste your time or energy shopping - just call the store and and your bed issue will be resolved!

Melina was phenomenal! She was so informed about every mattress in the store, so concerned about my personal needs, and even stayed with me over an hour after closing as I was deciding and figuring out what I wanted. I told her exactly what I needed, she showed me all mattresses that fit my needs, and was even willing to work with my budget. She let me take my time so I didn’t feel rushed, and I didn’t feel like I was being sold on the most expensive mattress. She and this store are amazing! 15/10 recommend!!!!

What a delightful mattress shopping experience! Anna was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as we tried many different options. I started out thinking I wanted a fancy brand name but in a true Goldilocks situation, it was too soft or too hard. Then, luckily, Anna was there to show me how Ortho’s own manufacturer had the perfect in between that I was looking for! Our experience at Ortho was amazing. Ana was super helpful and really took the time to try help us find the perfect match. She was also very good about helping us stay on budget. Initially, we found one that we loved but it was out of our price range so left that day. Two weeks later Ana called us back, letting us know they had a floor model for sale of that. We went down and bought it that day. We love the mattress, got a great deal, and ortho couldn’t have been more helpful. I havent bought a new mattress in 20 years and was dreading the entire process. I walked into the Ortho store on La Brea, and was lucky enough to meet David Fleischman. I ask a lot of questions and tend to be very skeptical- he was beyond patient with me, and never lost his cool or his sense of humor, even though I gave him a hard time at the beginning until I realized I could trust him. :) He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and kind. Even though I ended up buying one of the mattresses at the lower end of the price range, he treated me like a VIP- he returned all of my follow-up calls and texts promptly, and personally handled my sale over the phone later that week, walking me through every step of the process. Talk about customer service! And this despite being one of the top VPs at the company (a fact I learned later) with a very busy schedule, given that it was right before Memorial Day. Thank you David, for making the process seem comfortable and easy. I will definitely recommend Ortho to all of my friends!

Expensive with bad quality mattress !! Seller was not professional. He sold me very hot mattress. He have to sell this type of mattress in Alaska but not in LA! Synthetic. After this mattress I have super huge back pain. And they didnt change it ! Fraud company !
