I went to Mattress Central concerned about the materials used in memory foam. I met Jake in sales and he worked with me to find a mattress with materials that made me feel safe. After doing some research, I discovered that the mattress I was initially looking at had no known hazardous materials but I was happy with the upgrade I decided to take. Jake was able to get me a good deal. No high pressure sales tactics was a big bonus. I told Jake what I was looking for and he helped me to find it. Mattress Central has a wide variety of mattresses. You can spend a little, or you can spend a lot. I went mid range but even the lower priced mattresses appear to be made with safer materials.

SO Impressed by the level of customer service provided by this Mattress store in Los Angeles . they are right across the street from Hugos tacos in Atwater Village while on Glendale blvd. there are a ton of mattress stores in Glendale and i have visited all of them during the sale weekend . none of those stores can compare to mattress central. the prices were all about the same between the stores maybe a little more expensive at the other places vs mattress central. The biggest difference was how i was treated here. Richard Treated me very nicely and was the only salesperson i talked to over the weekend that didnt give me a Salesperson vibe. he wanted my business and made that clear, but at no point was he pushy or rude. I was expecting mattress shopping to be a drag like shopping for a used car. Thought I was going to have to shop around and negotiate prices with some sleazy salespeople that don’t listen to a word you say.... Richard was just the opposite of what I was expecting. He was chill, relaxed. Listened and offered discounts without even having to go back and fourth and negotiate like at a swap meet. Rich was genuine and you could tell he was knowledgeable about his products without sounding condescending like some salespeople come across. I found the perfect mattress for myself and Richard gave me free pillows with a yelp check in offer. Delivery was set for tomorrow so I can enjoy my mattress in my new place in Los Angeles.
