Best Customer Service Ever! Eloy. Edwind & Mitch; ROCK! Fast service, accommodating, patient and careful with the delivery. I was listened to and made to feel comfortable in every way from the first phone call to the perfect set up! I know during this pandemic a lot of places have been dropping off and not assisting with set up (information from family, friends and I called over a dozen places) well I was taken care of and didnt have to worry about a thing. I am a Veteran who has issues and all my worries were for nothing. I am so glad I found this great place. This company will be my go to from now on.

I found this business on google and so glad I did. Furniture Town Plus is a family run business and the two brothers, whom I dealt with, could not have been more informative and kind. I will refer these guys to all my friends. They made a cushion and four pillows for my sun bench in my kitchen......lovely!!!! I have received so many compliments!!

Loved this place. Looked for WEEKS for the perfect sofa in specific dimensions, color, and fabric. The gentleman helping us was able to get us a sofa in the right color and size custom made AND it was delivered just a few days later. The price was also about half as much as Id seen anywhere else. Will definitely return!

Love this place!! furnished my whole apartment with furniture from this place. They were so great with working with our budget and getting everything to our apartment and assembling it for us. Will definitely be going back there whenever I need new furniture.

Overall I’m so highly disappointed in my overall experience ever with a store and will never buy, anything from Town Plus Furniture again.There customer service was busy chatting very annoyed when I was asking question and information about my issue. Instead of trying to be helpful, they were showing attitude all over n very disrespectful. They were very unfriendly and had such a bad attitude and unprofessional n zero empathy n not polite It was just awful!!

I purchased a toscana storage bed. Staff was very friendly. They delivered my bed on time and Ive been enjoying it since then.

We ordered a bed and sofa from the Glendale location. The sofa unfortunately was not displayed in store so after seeing it in person, we did not like the quality/material and ended up getting a refund. The bed was delivered on time and we were called ahead of time.

Bought recliner- very big, comfortable with a great price. Good service.

People never came out to talk to us. Waited 15 min then left
