AttentionCheap, without labels, all are taken off to be deceiving. You can find that quality online, or in other stores in boxes for a LOT less money. Only a few represent higher quality on the main shelf and they are over $1000. If you dont know much about wigs do your homework 1st. Education on wigs and quality is key. If you are looking for a Halloween wig that is the place. It is a place to buy cheap quality wigs they will not last after a few washes.

Absolutely the best store for buying wigs and having them washed and styled after repeated wearing. They have very diverse styles and colors, all of which you can try on while seated in front of a mirror. The salespeople are attentive and helpful. I find their prices very reasonable both for synthetic and real hair pieces.

Called and asked multiple people multiple times if they had what I needed and could help me. I was very specific and even sent them pictures as requested. Told me I had to make an appointment. Didn’t check the stock to tell me if they had it and didn’t have an appointment available for that day. I made an appointment and used my lunch hour to come in the next day, they had nothing I needed and couldn’t help me. Waste. Of. Time.

Had me wait 30 minutes before telling me they had no time for me to come in. Bad customer service. 3 people who worked there came out saying to wait.

I had a positive experience here at the wig shop. Jasmine was very helpful and explained to me the different wigs. I actually found the wig I wanted as soon as I walked in and eventually purchased it. It was very clean and welcoming inside. They also provide parking and its easy to get to.

We went to the Wig shop and wow, what a grey experience! The store is very spacious, clean and follows the Covid protocol really well. There is a beautiful selection of wigs for men and women. Real hair & synthetic hair. Short hair to long hair and all lengths in between. I got a purple, long hair wig for Mardi Gras and it’s beautiful!!! I paid around $35 and it looks like a paid a lot more for it! They have wigs in every color. I liked a quite a few of the fun color wigs and our Amazzzzing staff member Marlene told me most of the wigs came in different colors. So I picked out a few wigs and she came back with a few wigs in different shades of purple. Our small group of shoppers would definitely go back!

Leah was very helpful! Although they were short staffed, she still gave me undivided attention and helped me find wigs I really like. Mind you I had no clue what I wanted because I’ve never worn them before but she knowledgeable and professional.

Make reservations first before your visit. Customer service GREAT, but a Caucasian older couple came NO RESERVATION had a story to tell got let in. A couple others came to store had a story one transgender other african American had a story no reservation got sent away!!! NOT COOL!!

Shopped here for a few years now and have seen many team members come and go. But Omg the new team members are amazing!!

Wish I could say something good about a wig shop of this size, but they’re making it too hard- near closing time, the employee ran to the door, locked it and ran off when they saw us walking up to ask about appointments. Then no one answered the door until AFTER closing time, at which they sent security to answer the question. Lol.Wish my second experience was better, but this time we got a remy wig just for it to fall apart within a month. LOL.Never coming back here again.

Tell you, you need a reservation but do not say nothing about a reservation on the website . Waste of my time driving and traffic is already horrible .

My daughter spent $700 on a wig that was supposed to be Remy, however, less than a month later the wig is falling apart and matted, shes tried everything to fix it to no avail, she went in to ask about a refund or a replacement but got nothing but attitude. We will be taking this matter to the next level.

I love this place! I have a hair condition Im very embarrased about and this place offers a private room to try wigs on so you dont have to feel self conscious. The lady attendant was so kind she helped me find a wig and even cut the lace so I didnt screw it up at home trying to do it myself. She answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome. Ill definitely be back. The prices are excellent too with lots of variety. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

I love this shop! The wig masters are incredibly knowledgeable. Plus, theyre super nice. I needed a pastel blue wig on the fly for a photo shoot. I called them and asked if they could text me options. 5 minutes later I had 3 options. Theyre quick response helped save our shoot. Ill definitely be coming back!

Having never worn a wig, I planned to simply get some information and perhaps try on a wig or two. Marlene was so helpful and insisted on finding the exact right wig for me that within a short time I left, the proud owner of my first wig. The store has a wonderful selection and everyone was encouraging and helpful.

I thought they were going to be more helpful based on the reviews but they were not. It was just awkward. The Asian owner ( nice monopoly you have going there Koreans) just stood around and looked at us. No one really offered to help me out except for one semi-helpful ethnic female employee. Also, the wigs are overpriced for what they look like.

Albeir, the manager, is a hair styling artist; he has a sixth sense about what wigs look best for a persons face shape and coloring. I was not looking forward to my wig shopping for medical reasons and Albeir made it a fun and positive experience. I bought 2 human hair wigs; one blond and one brunette. Im so happy! Thank you!

Definitely a good place to shop when you are shopping for extensions. Buying them online is tricky because the actual color, length, texture might be different. Their inventory is quiet huge. Didn’t buy hair here so can’t comment on the quality of hair. Staff will assist you with fitting, stying, etc.

If it is possible to do, today I had a pleasant visit to this wig shop. Ive shopped here for at least 5 years. They have a nice selection with varying textures of synthetic and human hair. Theyre clean with the modern layout and a smart attentive staff. My consultant today was Albeir. I was a challenge for him but he refused to be beaten. Im guessing I was there for about an hour. And to top all of that, they have a 50% sale going on, so I bought 2 wigs. I left thanking Albeir for his help and patience. And we laughed at talking apples and oranges and still ended up with what I always buy. He admitted to trying to slip different colors into my choices since initially I said I wanted a lighter color. take an hour to treat yourself at The Wig Shop. say hello to Albeit.
