My rating is based entirely upon WIG VARIETY, PRICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I can say WITH EXPERIENCE that PINK BEAUTY is one of THE BEST in terms of their wig selection. They have up to date styles, variety of laces and a very flexible price range; some wigs were under $200 and some at about $500.Their customer service was very good. They did not follow me all around the store making me feel uncomfortable while comparing my options.I have been to many beauty supplys throughout Inglewood and surrounding areas but I found PINK to have the best variety and the most affordable price rangeGo here first!!!!!

I felt so happy with the product that I ordered for it was really effective especially the facial mask and the skin moisturizer. It nourished my skin. Even my friend asked me about the product that I used. I recommended her this place where she could buy the best beauty products like mine. You guys must try!

PERLA and the stank attitude is a no go . If you don’t want to be at work you are free to leave but don’t take it out on the customers sis

They have a nice selection of weaves and wigs. There is lots of hair products especially some for natural hair. They are a medium on price range and I dont think things cost more than any other beauty supply. They didnt have many options on closures. The staff is pretty nice and helpful.

Its a cool place but its a little too compact

Love this place because you can earn points to buy more. No one else does this in the area so its a win for this beauty supply. Why wouldnt you want to spend and get points to get free items?

This beauty supply knowsthat theyre basically like the only beauty supply in the vicinity due to multiple beauty supplies closing in the surrounding area but yet the employees at this location are very disrespectful dont know the difference in between employee and customers and at times forget to put items purchased inside of bags if I had a choice today I would rate them at a zero no star at all

I have gone here on a few occasions and all my experiences turn out the same. The Mexican staff speaks to their Black customers in a very condescending manner. And, since my visits have been sporadic, I would think that I would have varied experiences, but no. Today, I brought a friend, a hair stylist, into the store, and unbeknownst to us, there was a sign post for help wanted. Because I have frequented the establishment for years now, I asked if they ever hire Black peoplek, and if so can my friend get an application. The employee, not owner, begins to call me names and tells me how ignorant I am for asking that question. I tried to explain that we never see Black people working in this Compton establishment and if they don't employ Blacks, there is no need in giving her an application. She spoke so guttural to me that I left my item on the desk and told her that what I don't have to do is spend my money with people who are always combative with their costumers.

As a licensed Cosmetologist I rarely step inside a regular beauty supply. I love this place! Knowledgeable and friendly, they also tell the truth about whether a wig is or is not a good value, or if it even looks good on you. Definitely check Pink out, I found a brush Ive been looking for for years!

My Favorite Beauty Supply Store...

Very crowded by merchandise. Some staff are helpful. Others are not and give curt answers to yiur questions. And believe me youll need help finding stuff. If you have someone helpful youll probably find what you need

Owner very mean and rude! Has zero customer service skills. Closed this store 20 mins before the posted closing time. The other Pink Beauty Supply Stores much nicer than this one.

Came in here with my sister because she had came in earlier that day looking for a prom wig but she wanted my opinion and asked me to go with her again. One of the workers there asked me if I needed help and I said “do you have any lace front” and she helped me out. While looking at the lace front wigs some older lady comes and tells me “excuse me! You can’t be in here unless you buy something. I told her she was being rude and that we were planning on buying something and she replied saying “well they (my sister and her bf) came in earlier so..” I said “ok but now I came because she wanted my opinion on a wig she liked to buy”. RUDE.

There was a time when going 2 a wig store was pleasurable. U could try on the wig u wanted.Now, u have to try on whichever wig they have on display. Never mind its not ur color.The representative absolutely was not willing 2 open a box, the color I wanted, so I could try it on.I went there 2 buy 2 wigs, a golden blonde and a platinum blonde. My girlfriend wanted a golden blonde as well. We walked out not buying any because we were not allowed 2 try on the color we wanted 2 buy.So we went 2 another pink store and met with the same opposition.NO MORE PINK STORES 4 me, for any reason. O star.Very, very stranged parking.

With this review, Im mixed in my rating, I would give this Pink Beauty Supply a rating of 6 stars, because of their complete selection of Wigs, Braids, Extensions, Name brand products, i.e. shampoos, conditions, jels, cosmetics, inexpensive jewelry, hair ties and barrettes, I can go on and on about the selections and choices available at this beauty supply, have always been satisfied with the products and the prices are comparative too. Also a local community vendor (less than 2 miles from home) Now it is sad that I give the vendor and their employees a rating of 3 stars, because Im not aware of why they would treat their customers as suspects instead of potential paying clients. My advice would be to deploy more working cameras to catch the suspects and not to cause the tension I feel when I enter the store. The store is in great location, but it surround by Learning Centers, teaming with young adults, who may come in to just browse, which may be causing the vendor damage or loss. Pinks clients are in love this store, they come from all nationalities, from all over Southern California looking to purchase what they know Pink Beauty Supply would carry. But friendly unbais customer service is also need to facilitate the return visit. No one want to be victimized by rude sales person.

That Hispanic women who work the register are extremely rude I just left there overheard how they were treating a customer and left all 9 packs of hair I was going to purchase on the aisle and left I refuse to spend my money when they mistreat my people. When I walked out I said you guys are too rude here instead of saying mam we apologize they said have a nice day its OK we dont need you guys they take advantage of the fact that the owner is not present all the time. My mom and I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars here we will never go back and I will tell all my friends.
