This place is big they close at 7 i believe when most places close at 5 or 6 lady is very knowledgeable and nice security guard is nice as well

Theyre cool sometimes depending on the worker you never know the type of personality you may run into. Some are very helpful and friendly and some are just impatient and condescending... this particular visit was okay besides things they couldnt help with products being sold out and its a popular items so I understand!+

Went in 9/26/2021…I have been going here since they opened the doors remember her and her boyfriend from day one ….This young lady Donna at the register is rude and snappy ..Not sure what happed to the other young lady but because of this one I will never step foot In The place again..

..My last visit consisted of 2 female, African American employees discussing how they beat up people and start fights in the community. They consistently used curse words, and made the space feel hostile and unsafe. I was highly disappointed at the lack of professionalism, and how they are tearing down the very business that they respresent. (800 W. Manchester Location)

Pretty decent. Somewhat clean. Basic braiding hair options. Went looking for the newest hair (passion twist hair) but they did not have it. Staff on this particular day were polite and accommodating. Prices a little high for edge control but gel was was normal for all sizes. Lots of faux jewelry options and hair scarfs and a good price. Wide variety of little girl hair barrettes and charms. Good parking.

I do go to this beauty supply and I do like it. I never had a bad visit. Only complaints are there is no greeting and I didnt get asked/offered any help.

The lady in the store wasn’t really helpful when I asked a question about a product. She looked so distracted. I also tried to speak in Spanish just in case.

I go here all the time for ear rings best place to buy. There are lots of ear rings to choose from with great prices. The customer service is great staff is very friendly and inviting. The staff take their time answering questions and helping you select items. Have a nice selection of wigs and hair and braiding hair.

No displayed wigs, actually in stock.On top of that, the owner was a tight-wad that wouldnt negotiate more than $5 off a wig from the display to sell.

Theyre nice, respectful and super helpful.No more being followed like Im stealing when I cant decide on a product like the normal beauty supplys. At DBS they actually have knowledge about the products they sell. Prices are slightly more for stuff I usually buy, but I dont mind due to how Im treated every time I go. They have a wide variety of hair accessories for my daughter also. And a good size parking lot

Definitely a hidden gem. I spent 20 mins looking for a beauty supply that stays open after 6pm and then I found it. Not only were they open but they had the exact hair that I was looking for, well that is until I changed my mind, walking into this shop is like candy land for hairstylist. Accessories in every color, hair in every color, SECURITY and polite staff two thumbs up

Its an ok beauty supply store I just hate that there is security looking over you at all times. Like an actual guys standing in a booth looking down at you. I understand the anticipation of stealing but not everyone steals and I felt some type of why when I walked into this establishment. I wont be back.

Very sad when you lose a very good customer over one bottle of glue that they could have exchanged because the glue was dried out and I bought five bottles Oakland and one of the clues was dried out and all I asked was an exchange then they sold a customer of mine the wrong kind of hair I even got on the phone and told them what kind of hair we were looking for they made me go through all these extremes and changes about this my customer had to leave here with no curls because the hair didnt curl and I try to dispute it and they just left me with nothing not even to make it up to give me any kind of credit in the store or anything are something off my next purchase something but nothing so Im no longer a customer
