I went to the store last week.Its my first time to come to buy cosmetics here and nails supplies which was a very good experience.I like the products which is much much cheaper than my area. I love those wigs and the nail gel collections.So it’s a big save for me . I will definitely come back .The manager is also very patient to explain which is the best product and which one is good for me. I am very happy to find this place .Its like a hidden gem spot!!!

This place acts like you’re gonna steal something. Been in here twice and the asian lady always has a mad face 😒 and looks at you like you’re gonna steal. Only went in cause it was the closes beauty supply and i needed acrylic powder. 2nd time i needed nail tips and weave bond. Never been back since! they still got the same stuff. I guess people rarely go there

I got a powder and she said Im a 3 she gave me a 4 yesterday i got another one she said Im 2 she gave me a 1 its 24+tax each and the first time they said we cant exchange now Im going today to make sure they exchange it because twice the did its money to trash thats messed up when its not my fault

Great customer service. Has everything you need. This is my new go to beauty supply store. I love their assortment of make up. Every time I go here I end up buying & spending much more than intended. Very helpful staff.

Well stocked and pretty clean! I was looking for a particular item and the cashier knew exactly what I was looking for and where it was located! Woohoo! Their products are not terribly overpriced for their prime location so definitely a winner!

You can find everything for beauty products. Good selections of hair accesories and beauty tints for the hair. Also they have beauty salon inside. Parking is in the back. Front is a bus stop. Professional staff and customer service

The younger lady that work there is completely rude. The mother and daughter watch you closely as you shop, as if you are trying to steal (BLACK PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE TYPE OF PLACES). I literally watched her as they stared at us. We made sure to place everything on the counter as we picked up what we were purchasing, so they were aware we arent those type of people. My mother made her purchase and I so badly needed to use the restroom, and they wouldnt let me use it. Its normal for someone to need to relieve themselves, so why be mean like that? They do have a bathroom, because another lady let my mom use it couple days ago without their knowledge. My mother nor I will never shop here again. Furthermore, my advice is dont sell merchandise targeted to black people if you think were going to steal; have respect!! We arent slow, we notice when something isnt right!

The place is well organized but you will always be watched by the sales clerk or the owner also Ive notice their prices keep going a little bit more expensive than other places I also go but overall the place is ok.

Horrible experience. Ive shopped here numerous times and today went I went inside I was followered around. I was followed by two employees who had just finished assisting me. At that time I told them thank you, I would like to shop without being followed . When I told the Asain store clerk, a young woman, she expressed no concern, no care at all. I have talked with her before saying I loved this place that it was hard as an African American woman living in the area to find products, she was appreciative. Today for some reason that wasnt the case. I will no longer ever be shopping her again. I will report this location to the better business bureau. 1 star for effort.

Today was my first time at this store, and i felt very uncomfortable shopping there. The worker starred at me the whole time as if I were going to steal something. I asked her if they had a specific hair clip in a bigger size and she just rudely answered no. I left all other products I planned on buying and left without purchasing anything. Really bad customer service!

They were constantly on back from right when I got into the store which made me feel uncomfortable. Then because I was taking a minute to figure what hair I wanted, the owner started to question me and get an attitude with me because I was taking forever. They need to seriously work on their customer service and see how they come off to other people.

Always have what I need and get it for me if they dont. They have hair extensions, wigs, hair dye, and much more. And they carry Kiss eyelashes.
