Ive always wanted to stop by and I was in need of a headband wig the young lady in the store offered awesome customer service and thats a tribute to the younger generation she went out of her way to assist me with finding the correct headband wig she searched and searched and searched gave me ideas I welcome more people like this young lady I didnt get her name but her boss needs to know I was there on last Friday think thats like September 24th just before closing so young lady my hat goes off to you and thank you for offering great customer service

I have acne-prone, dry skin that is very sensitive to many products. However, this has been a welcome and effective addition to my routine. I use it at night and just layer it on my normal, nightly moisturizer. I wake up with youthful, fresh feeling, and fresh-looking skin. I love their products!

I am giving Eden Beauty supply only two stars because they are misrepresenting themselves in our community. I have lived in this community for over 17 years and Eden Beauty Supply IS NOT BLACK OWNED! although they employ black people the beauty supply is owned by an ASIAN Couple. I have went to them several times to try to get them to support and donate to schools and youth sports in our area and they have always refused. The young ladies they work for them are awesome, but again this beauty supply is not BLACK OWNED!

Amazing customer service! Ive spent several days trying to get ahold of multiple sally beauty locations that offer curbside service and they were either non responsive or rude! Im so glad I found Eden Beauty Supply!! They were all very friendly and helpful! Definitely going to be my new go to for supplies!!

They had some nice supplies but the lady was rushing me out before I could get more and I was the only customer in there and was there less than 15 mins. She didnt want to answer no questions on products so I just moved on to the next spot cause it look like she had something else going on....

I can not tell you how much I appreciate the service you give to all your customers. Everyone who walks thru your door is greeted. Your Manager/ cashier/ expert is such a courteous helpful lady who is able to assist one with any beauty problem. I live 100 miles away but make it a point to stop in. She remembers me and hasnt seen me recently. Wonderful, exceptional service. Thank you.

First time at the Bakersfield location poor customer service, gentlemen was not friendly and I didnt feel welcomed. Will not be returning to this beauty dupply.

Temperature is taken before entering also hand sanitizer was provided, and limited customer enters, crowd is controlled by ringing the bell ( new addition) very clean and organized..

1st time walking in to Eden beauty supply I notice how well put everything was, it was so easy finding everything I needed and when I couldnt find a product the employees there where so helpful and very nice. Omg when I first walk in Eden I was suprise to see beautiful women who knew a lot about hair I came from out of town and was in a rush to find a wig on Saturday and Desirae was so great at helping me find the perfect wig that I end up getting 2 of them I was very happy.Desirae & denida even took the time out to direct me to my next destination much appreciated.
