This place used to be the place to go to for all beauty products. Unfortunately its all going down hill. Hardly any inventory. Sad to see. I am sure its hard to compete with online stores.

Most helpful group of employees there. Treat them with respect and you get the same.

The staff is usually really nice, but the manager gave me a lecture about not having my CosmoProf card even though I had a picture of it in my phone with my picture ID. She said it takes too long to key it in and makes people wait to long. When I told her Ive never been given a hard time about not having my card before, she said its not her its the company. There was no one waiting behind me, and theres only 7 numbers to key in. Ive been going to CosmoProf for 17 years. Do you want people to buy from your store or lose them because youre too lazy to give better customer service?
