For a little bagel place they can get busy around lunch (may have a bit of a wait) but some of the most gracious workers Ive come to deal with.

Service was really rude and felt unwelcomed. Bagels were alright but they were a ripoff. There was no Wifi either. Wouldn’t recommend this place

I went in to buy a coffee and bego, the person who came out to attend, is rude, she was angry, irritated, I tried to buy something but it came out, very rude, thats why there was no one consuming bad service

Very yummy bagels and cream cheese and an amazing variety of bagel sandwiches, pastries, and other meals. The employees are very nice and patient as well!!!!

Bagelworks is a family owned business with familiar employees! I love their delicious food, from the bagels to the breakfast sandwiches to their homemade egg and chicken salads! This place is yummy and affordable and highly recommended!

They have the BEST veggie bagel sandwich. Cucumber, sprouts, 1/2 of an avocado, tomato. The BEST! They also have a great scallion schmear. Highly recommend for a quick grab-n-go lunch.

This is a comfortable, friendly little family-run shop. We have breakfast here most Saturday mornings, and its always both good food and a nice experience overall.

Go often for breakfast and/or lunch when Im in Los Angeles. Always greeted with a smile and the bagels and sandwichs are tasty. Great spot for a quick bite.

They open the shop at 8am and arent prepared with change for the customers, and then they close at 2pm. The older short lady that works there is always flustered everytime I go there and order a bagel, she sighs like she is unhappy with her job and its very difficult to make a bagel, so as a result she doesnt pay attention to the bagel in front of her, she literally makes the bagel with her eyes wide closed, as a result burning ur bagel, and still puts it in a bag and gives it to you, not caring about the customers experience or what they are feeding you, only wanting to take ur money instead. Unprepared, Lazy, Poor Customer Service, Overcharge!

Bagelworks has the best bagels in town and the staff is so friendly. Sometimes Ill order up to 10 dozen bagels for work at the last minute and they pull it off and with a smile!

Very Friendly staff! Average breakfast burrito. House hot sauce doesnt have much flavor. Noisy environment.
