Im so glad we found Los Feliz Auto. We have always leased but hate the hassle of going to the dealership for an oil change. We used to take our car to Jiffy Lube but have had so many bad experiences with them that we decided to go elsewhere. Los Feliz Auto was very professional and did a great job. No hassles, no excuses. There is no fancy diagnostic tool i pulled all those codes with my own handheld reader smh cost me 55$ for them to diagnose one thing which was not the problem, 280 to fix(which i did not let them fix), and was asked for another 150 to diagnose the other. I gave them 2 stars cus theyre friendly but very young mechanics lack much experience i was even told repairs would not be worth it lol. Took my dodge here cus it says theyre specialists i thought they would have tried to think outside the box but experience is very basic. Fyi to the young mechanic i told you the ASD relay was soldered onto the TIPM and instead of paying you to test all sensors and connections a remanufactured tipm(40$ and just plug and play) remedied the supposed faulty ignition starter switch and the faulty crankshaft sensor/ sensors which is a common issue on my dodge. Its ridicolous that i took my car to autozone for second opinion and their free advice, which they agreed was the tipm, was more accurate than this diagnosis

Went to them because my car started to act funny. Upon further inspection, a tune up was the best solution due to my car already being older and also more bang for my buck. I went ahead and trusted them and I don’t regret it! My car is running better than ever! Will come again

This place is wonderful, truly a hidden gem in LA. Very efficient work, best prices Ive seen in the city, speedy service,, and the most wonderful part about this shop is that its family owned, and the family couldnt be more caring and genuinely nice. I feel good when I pay my bill here, cause I know the money u pay community-based shops like this one goes back into the community just like it should. Not into some CEOs corporate bank account never to be seen again. I wish i would have found this mechanic shop years ago, but Im just glad I know about it now.

I love this shop, they are my go-to!This is my 4th visit with them and every time theyre fast and honest with me, fair pricing and good people!I came by once because my car kept saying my driver side door was open even when it was closed, they showed me the button in the door jamb was stuck and helped me fix it, it took about 20 minutes and they did it free of charge, theyre honestly just good people!

They will charge you for everything! OMG. Just to check why the engine light is on - 55$. It is not even diagnostic. Much cheaper to buy machine to connect to your own car and check it yourself

People at this place theyre nice but from my experience I wouldnt take my car to this place for more than just a car wash. I took my car and they made me buy parts on line and when I had them they said they dont need them no more and theyve replaced other parts that was not they told me it was the problem at first. In the end they charged me for everything, made me waste my money in other parts and gave me back my car with the same problem and didnt return my money.

You cannot trust this people. they were trying to charge me $300.00 dollars just to replace the rear brake pads

Not to be trusted. They told me I needed very expensive work and after I made it I discovered it really wasn’t needed. Horrible experience and lost a lot of money.

I took my car for engine mount replacement and they mess with my transmission my car wont run over 30miles took it back and told them im calling a police .. why would i want a engine mount for if my transmission is no good??.. so the lady in charge told them to put it back the way it was... so they did

I took my mitsubishi with a fault and [they say] they only cleaned the fuse box, charging me 300 dollars. They returned it to me with the same problem my car did not change at all. I took it a second time they had it for 2 days and they returned it to me without doing anything ... if you want to waste your time and money I recommend it ... they dont know how to do anything if the scanner doesnt read the problem to them ... I thought they were mechanical, anyone can use a scanner ...
