Bad customer service. I just called for a quote and the guy who answered was very rude because i told him that it was too expensive to installed a AC compressor. Just labor 300. He mentioned 3 hours to remove it and 3 to install it. He than started talking bad about other places and finally told me good luck. Sorry but no mechanic is perfect but apparently this place is. I would not take my car this place or referred any one there.

Neighborhood shop but always feel like VIP here! Had a lot of issues with my last car before buying a new one.Jesse was always fair and honest about the repairs. He always provided options and worked with us on cost of parts and labor, at times allowing us to buy parts.And when I was looking for new car, was willing to drive to location and provide his opinion about condition of car and if it was worth cost. I never feel taken advantage of here. He is honest, trustworthy, stands behind his work, always willing to answer questions or explain in terms I understand!

This does not has to do anything with getting a car fix here, This is their customer service by Juan. I went here with my van 2010 already the cover was remove so he can see thE problem and give me an estImate, but he didn’t even wanna to go and see, he told me he charges just for looking, I have been to other shops and never experienced this approach, I am also a business owner and will never do this to my potential customers.
