This company is a bunch of crooks. Brought my Landrover to them after they quoted $3k. Upon opening car, they quoted $11k for repair of two 2” dents from being rear ended. When I pointed out the absurdity, they yelled at me, said I owed them $2k for the quote assembly effort, and charged me for 11 nights parking at $125 per night. Their execs were squirrelly and demanded payment via cash or wire transfer cause they knew they were behaving badly. Hence, this review, my only way to have them known for the scam artists they are.

I was really pleasantly surprised. I accidentally slowly scrapped the side of my car with a parking stall half-wall and it was pretty damaged, scratched up, and bent in a few places. They fixed it perfectly and even matched my very unique sparkly red color. My car was done exactly when they said it would be as well. Overall, I would use them again!

Romeo and crew did a great job on my car that had been keyed. They are all really nice people with a great customer attitude. Plus, they do excellent work. The car looks better than new. Highly recommend them.

Got in 2 accidents and both times I brought my car here. They were quick to fix my car, helped me with a rental, and would update me every Tuesday and Thursday. I really appreciated knowing the status of my vehicle. Employees are really helpful and give off a really good vibe. If anyone needs a body shop, I would definitely recommend them here.

Prior to this place, I checked a few other establishments in my area--the soonest available appointment wasnt until the following week. With a relatives recommendation, and a quick phone call with Vince, he was able to squeeze me in to get it fixed by the next day. No hassle, a clear time frame and a set affordable price.

My car was damaged after a theft (someone stole my battery). Very personable service, they bent over backwards to help me out and did it all for a great price. I dont usually write reviews but they deserve it; good stuff from these people and this place.

Five stars for Network Auto Bodys repair performance. I had my doubts because repairs were to be paid directly by other party, but apparently she coordinated not only the repairs, but also car rental. Network Autobody simply facilitated everything as other party claimed she would do and it was literally seamless, very much idiot-proof for us. The end state of repair was superb: Smooth, glossy, no trace of dent at all, no overspray, in fact, the finish is similar to day car was driven off dealership lot. We had a yakima roof rack with bike rails plus Thule carrier mounted. Network graciously removed items and kept them protected and free from overspray/damage. Cant have good results without outstanding customer service, so recognition is also due directly to Jen who navigated the service through the repairs. Thanks Jen for the quality service with a beautiful smile. Network Autobody is reliable, professional, but most importantly, will leave you dazzled with the results. 5 stars are definitely well deserved. NETWORK AB sets the standard for their industry to emulate.
