I was not expecting such great service at such a great price! I got hit last week and was shopping around the neighborhood for the best deal. I priced out the other shops and F1 beat all them. I dropped the car off on Monday and got it back in 48 hours, looking as if Id never been in an accident.The staff is exceptional; friendly, not pushy. The whole experience was a breeze and if I had to do it again, Id pick F1 every time.

F1 provided excellent support. They fixed my Elantra GT Sport in three days, did a fantastic job for a fair price, and even managed to fit the cars unique metallic paint job so well that you couldnt tell it had ever been scratched! It comes highly recommended.

I brought my car there several times and the owner is honest and helps explain the entire process and gives me an accurate quote and the day that the car will be ready. My car was ready 2 days before and looks super clean and brand new. they even did a great job on the wash. For my minivan I went though insurance and and for my sedan paid cash. And he gave me a great honest quote for both. I stopped by 4 other body shops in Koreatown and they all seemed sketchy asking me if i wanted to make some more money on the side and do shady things through the insurance. I cant trust anyone that is willing to scam the insurance company with my car. go with Mr. Kim at F1 auto body. Great service and honest business and great pricing as well.

I have been in Auto body business for over 29 years and worked 3 States in California it is almost impossible to find a honest shop . One way or another the Customer or Insurance companys and your car gets Robed . But F1 may not look as fancy or exotic . But it is one of the last honest places you will ever find . And the quality of workmanship is up there with the best ones out there . Life time Warranty too

Ive had so many bad experiences with body shops in Koreatown, but I finally found a place to call my own. There are so many shops in Ktown that will give you a cheap estimate to save you money, and do a half-a$$ed repair job. Not these folks. They fix what needs to be fixed and replace what needs to be replaced, but in the most cost-effective way. And theyll give you an honest quote. If you want your paint fading out or bumper falling off in a month, go to any other cheap shop in Ktown. If you want it done right, talk to these guys.
