Used to be good with communication. Currently you gotta keep bugging to get anything.
At a Job site I’m working at doing some construction, I came to work one morning and my extension cords were gone. I asked some residents if they knew where my cords were? I was told J & M was there assessing the job and one of the repairman was overheard saying “oh, who’s cords are these, I think I’ll borrow them!”. I’ve tried contacting J & M and left messages about my missing cords but the cords have not been returned and they have not returned to fix what they were there to fix! I cant imagine “taking/steeling” from anywhere and to do that where you were hired to repair something is unethical!
Close time not official.. no care to wait for customer satisfaction..
