Good store. Knowledgeable, friendly staff didnt seem to press one way or the other as far as sales were concerned. Simply answered all questions and assisted with a new phone purchase while working out our data plan to meet our specific needs. Tyre was great, he knows what hes doing, and he knows the products available with no hesitations. While inside I saw an associate assisting an older customer, and in my opinion, she went well beyond helping him understand his new phone and how to use it. I recommend this location.
That store especially the manager thats as usless as any of t-mobiles customer service thats overseas and has zero concept of what you try to tell them because they dont understand you at all.By far the the worst service Ive ever dealt except the sale guy that tried to help was good and knew what the problem was but it wasnt his call.So with that i will never give them a penny more of my money. Verizon may cost more but I guess its true you get what you pay for and t-mobile has definitely showed that to be true!
Store manager (Tyre) was more interested in texting on his phone then the customer, very unsatisfied with that store unfriendly, never again will I deal with them.

I have told them numerous times to stop contacting me. I have blocked numbers and they continue calling and texting. I received a GROUP message this morning with other potential customers phone numbers. This is an invasion of privacy and harassment. NO MEANS NO!!!!!
We are now 5G, I just went in to pay my bill today. Great service. I recommend T-Mobile whether you just want a prepaid service or postpaid bundle, they are always there to help especially if you need to make payment arrangements...use the app or call 611 for assistance. Have a blessed day

Great bunch of people working there went out of their way to help me with issues that I was having with my phone set up my other lines. Very friendly with all the customers going out of their way to assist in any way they can. Services very quick precise. Pricing of some of the best in the industry. Easy access visible from the road handicap accessibility and handicapped parking.
I walked into the t-mobile on meister road and Lorraine with my twelve-year-old son afraid that we would be a taken Advantage of. rather than that the best customer service we could ask For from a man named Matthew. For the most part this store always has phenomenal customer service
My husband and I switched our service from ATT to T-Mobile simply for the incredible rates and promotions. We went into the Lorain store to have our current numbers transferred over and was treated exceptionally well. All of the staff was helpful, displayed patience and continually offered to help at anytime. They worked with us until everything was done. I highly recommend.
Amazing staff. They have really turned this place around. If you ever need anything come see this team. Very satisfied with how they handled my transaction.

Wonderful experience at their store! Everyone there was wonderful AND helped me out. I had my baby with me who turned pretty antsy towards the end while she was setting everything up. One of their employees asked permission to carry her around and play with her. That helps out tons!

Been with T-Mobile for years went in this store to purchase some accessories for my daughter and the sales person Xavier was such a pervert if you have any daughters don’t go in if you see a young spanish kid with a high messy bun I’ve called corporate and wish he was gone made us feel like a piece of meat

I wish I could give zero stars. I dealt with this store for 4 days the customer service was awful. They kept making promises they didnt and couldnt keep. If anyone is trying to get in to T-Mobile I suggest going to the Elyria store they are a much better place for help and customer service.

The customer service experience I had was phenomenal.
Worst worst worst!! Experience ever!!! The language the employees use is awful!! Customer service is awful!! Took 4.5 hours just to get service!! And then I had to go to elyria store so they could finish! I am a loyal Verizon customer and that is where I will stay. This tmoble store has no business even being open! All the manager has to say is its not there fault its the systems fault....after they activated 7 lines when I only wanted 3..I wish I wouldnt have to give this even a one star
I called to get some help with adding a line to my account and I was told that he was too busy to help me. He had paperwork to do and his team members were busy. Not a “let me get your name and number and I will call you back to help” or “can you hold while I see if someone else can assist you”. I have been a T-Mobile customer for MANY years. Unfortunately this is making me reconsider staying with this company. Not only was this person rude, the customer service number hung up on me 3 times because “ALL ASSOCIATES WERE BUSY” then it would just hang up on me. Your Customer service is HORRIBLE! No wonder I was treated like I didn’t matter. I wouldn’t have a job if I treated people like that. Very sad.

I am a att customer wanting to switch to t mobile, I went to Lorain Ohio store and doors were locked 15 minutes before store closing, they seen me in their office she just closed the door, I called and she explained that is was company policy to close 15 minutes before store closing. T mobile in Lorain Ohio has very bad customer service. I am disappointed and why would I switch when t mobile when they treat people this way.

Rude sales person who refused to match a price that was online in order to get their commission sales....very slow and not in rush even though several customer in line. SAD!!!!
