I’ve been due for an upgrade for quite some time. Just circumstances were never really right, they already knew the situation I have been working with me. Great group of people, who are very patient with me. Helping me to choose the right upgrade for myself. Definitely recommend the Amherst/Lorain store. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, definitely and highly recommended. They know I’ll definitely be back. One star is definitely too high for this location. Customer service is definitely not live and well here. The associate couldn’t have been less helpful and was out and out rude. I work and live in Lorain, but will take the time to drive to the Corporate AT&T store on West Ridge in Elyria with my business going forward.

First off, Josh rocks! We brought over 8 lines from Verizon and he made the process so easy and smooth! The building is clean and you are easily socially distanced as well!The whole staff was awesome! They were fun, kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient! We had lots of laughs and all my questions were answered. There are other stores closer to me but I will forever go to this one knowing I will get grade A gold star worthy customer service!Thank you to the dream team!!!!! Y’all are the best!

Whenever I have an issue with my phone or bill it’s always taken care of in a professional manner. Great customer service from the managers on down to the associates. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was in the Amherst store today and Jeff, Jason, and Nick were working. All 3 of them were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They did an amazing job answering all of my questions and helping with any concerns I had. There was no sense of pressure to get anything like other phone stores Ive been to, and they did whatever they could to find me the best deal. They also were very sweet and friendly to my 5yo son, and Nick and Jeff kept him extremely entertained while Jason helped get everything situated for my new phone plan. It was definitely one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a phone company, and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to join AT&T.

The normal staff is pretty cool and they usually go out of their way to help customers. On the last visit I had a warranty issue, there was a corporate manager in store. He decided to make the transaction difficult. He felt the need to flex his corporate muscle. He tried to make me feel like he was doing me a huge favor, and that he didnt have to help me. I made it clear to himself and the rest of the staff that he was not conducting business as a superior should. Never mind the fact that my 2 week old, top of the line device petered out. Never mind that they werent able to transfer any of my settings, files or app info. So the settings I have been tweaking for the last 10 years to get my android experience just right are now trapped and unretrievable in a broken machine. At&t offered me a 25$ credit for my troubles. Sadly I will more than likely be finding another provider soon.

Great store! Customer service was excellent, especially Jeff who was super helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us get a new iPad and iPhone, while changing us to a plan that will save us money! Definitely recommend!

We went in to add a line and inquire what do with a line that we no longer need due to losing our child. Jesse was such a huge help! He helped us get it all taken care of and within a timely manner! Last time we were in there in February, Jesse was great too! Love working with him!

ATT is the WORST company I’ve EVER dealt with, and I’m old!! For a year after I got their service, they continued to charge me each month for the “FREE PHONE” that made me switch in the first place!! I made over 38 calls over the year & countless hours waiting on the phone..nobody was ever able to fix the problem, so I’m now back to Verizon. ATT is an EVIL company to try and do business with..I will spend the rest of my life trying to help folks avoid the nightmare they put me through!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!

Great customer service! Especially Ryan who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He not only helped us make some changes to accounts and consolidate things but noticed we were overpaying and I was able to call AT&T customer service and get a huge refund back! We are forever grateful that he took his time with us to get it all sorted and we didnt even get any new services at the time. We will definitely be back when we are ready to upgrade. Stopped in to check on my next upgrade availability. Also to see what might be available in other products. The store was bright and clean. The service was top notch. We had an assistant manager. She was friendly, helpful and eager to help. We felt no pressure to do anything. We were given all the information we needed. I live about 20 minutes away and there are several AT&T stores closer, but we felt so comfortable, we believe that it will be worth the drive for future phone needs. 5 stars.

Jesse at the Lorain location was such a big help. I was in a very tight bind and he took care of me in a very timely fashion and took the time out to assist me with setting up a few things on my phone before I left. Very professional customer service. I defiantly will be back.

If I could give this store a zero rating I would. Not only every time I step foot in the building it takes 3 1/2 to 4 hours to get anything done in there, they completely lie and give you false information. I was told I had 30 days to turn in my Verizon phones in order to switch to att by Jesse, from the day the phone is activated.... now they’re saying I had 14 days from the time they had to order the phones. Customer service is telling me I have thirty days and now Ryan another associate is saying we had 14 days from the time they were ordered. Called customer service again and they’re saying the store can easily trade these phones in and they’re unsure to why they won’t take in the phones. Now they won’t even answer their phones or help out in which they are completely capable of doing.

Ive been in here recently a few times lately to upgrade my phone, the rep noticed I was on an old plan and could save me some money so I came back today to buy some accessories for my new phone. Will be back next time I need something!

Jason and Jessie were really sweet and kind to me. I forgot my debit card when I first got there and I was super embarassed but Jason made me feel at ease about it. He even offered to save the last yellow iphone for me!! And when I came back he welcomed me back in :) Very personable service and they both went above and beyond for little ol me. I will always remember that experience. I had awful experiences at other cell phone companies but this one will always stand out to me. Thank you guys again!!!

Not the type to switch services so quickly but, Jesse offered solutions and value to switching our TV services to AT&T. My husband and I walked in the store to find 3 employees engrossed in a movie they were watching. One young man asked what we needed. We explained we needed to replace a lost phone. He barely acknowledged our presence while on his computer. His eyes were darting to the movie the whole time. His answer to us was to go buy a phone at Walmart then come back so he can make it an AT&T phone. What? He told us they didnt sell phones at this store. Our response was to leave with no intention of coming back. So, why did this happen? Were a mixed race couple, was that his issue? Was he lazy? Too absorbed in the movie? I dont know and at this point dont care. I would NEVER refer anyone to this store nor return myself. We went to the Westlake store, bought a new phone and back in our car within 25 minutes. Thats great customer service.

Not really happy. Wanted to return something and was told it would cost more money to return it then keep it. I called att and they said that was wrong. It would only be 68 restocking fee. Now Im stuck with a tablet in a bad never used and have to pay 25 a month for 2 years. Sorry that was wrong.

Today I arrived at the Lorain store to get help w a fraudulent charge to someone elses acct instead of mine. Armed w all my information Candido greeted me took me under his wing and got rt on the phone to fix my problem. After several phone calls phone numbers and 2 hrs later w store managers help Jesse we got the problem resolved. I can not start to say enough about Candido and Jesse customer service and their dedication to their customers. They are worth their weight in Gold. I thank the good Lord for all their efforts patience fabulous customer service. They are awesome friendly agents at at and t here in Lorain. The staff was so friendly and super helpful. not pushy like Sprint was when I was unsure of how much I wanted to spend. Im happy with my choice of carrier and will be back to switch my internet and cable with them too!

Ive been a long-time customer of AT&T 5 years and when I asked them to help lower my bill all they did was want to sell me more product.So thats why I switched carriers and now I give $55 amount instead of 150 AT&T never has done nothing for me and always took my money and when give me some excuse about how service was better well I found that not to necessarily be the case save more money with a different carrier now Straight Talk from Walmart and still have unlimited talk text and internet. So thanks for nothing AT&T and their signal really aint that strong theyll tell you that it is but from where I live in Lorain it wasnt I get a better signal now with a different carrier so beware of that. And their employees in the Lorain store like to be argumentative so I wouldnt recommend shopping there unless you want to get an an argument.
