They put a screen in my phone and a month later my phone screen fell out so i took it back to them to let them see it and fix it and they told me to take to someone who fixes phones because he did not know how to fix his mess up

The absolute worst customer service and deals I have ever received in my entire life.. you completely ripped my husband off, lied to him and Metro PCS in regards to the situation we came in for.. I called corporate today and will continue to call corporate every single day until we are completely compensated for all of the hassle we went through today after working a 40+ hour week!! Unfortunately for you I am educated, knowledgeable, and read my rights per the terms and conditions policies for Metro and the manufacturer!! I hope they shut you down for trying to get over on honest hard working people!! I will never visit another Metro PCS location in Lorain again because I know how a legitimate business is supposed to be ran.. this store and its associating stores are the farthest from legit honest businesses!!

Bought a supposed unlocked s10 plus on ebay. It wasnt unlocked but this store unlocked the phone and didnt even charge me for it. Thx so much to all there.

Tried to charge me twice the value of my phone brand new to replace screen. Because they use a special (special as in cost-increasing?) machine and dont even do the repairs in house.
