These guys are a joke try to sell me everything other Then what I was therefore needed a key for my lug nuts They tried to Cell me an $80 kit instead of helping me find the right key for my car lug nuts

Bad customer service! Especially the manager walked out and went to 254 autozone and was treated 100 times better with no issue and left a happy customer

All the parts and tools I got at AutoZone worked just like they were supposed to. The person that served me was top notch, knowledgeable and helpful.

I shop at this autozone regularly, and in general autozone is my favorite parts store because usually theyre flexible knowledgeable and eager to help! Their parts are of decent quality to. Iv shoped at several AZ, across the state for years. So I have experience in dealing with autozone in general.At this location most of the staff are friendly and helpful. However there are a few employees at this location that could be more professional.If you have a bad experience at this AutoZone I recommend going back in the morning and speaking with the manager Im sure he will be glad to take great care of you.

They sold me a filter and it doesnt fit my car and when I go back today at 6:00 pm the employee at that time and the supervisor treat me really bad and told me to search the right one by myself. When I found it they dont want to change the wrong one so I have to pay for it. So now I spend money in a filter that I never going to use.

Sadly ordered wipers for my car yesterday at around 630 pm. They replaced them, but broke the wiper cover and didnt offer to replace it!!!

Went to get a battery and the three stooges were working. I mean they did their job. But why does it take a half hour? Very unprofessional.

Okay so first, super expensive.....1 wiper blade was almost $20. I purchased both front blades and one for the rear. At least the guy cashing us out was friendly and he did install them after being asked (even in the snow).

Ever since Ozzy left, this place has tanked!! Customer service is a joke!! Asked to have an alternator checked before I left with the new one I ordered in. The guy testing it couldnt have moved slower. Sleepy old people are faster than him. Finally told him not to bother with the test. Still took ten minutes for a part that I had ordered! Gotta find a new auto parts store

The clerks are very helpful. Offered up pertinent info and did a free diagnostics scan to my vehicle when the check engine light came on with a thorough explanation of the different codes. He was very friendly and saved me thousands of dollars.

Very poor service and the employees have now clue of what people want they ask several times what I needed and one employee tried telling me that I dont need break in oil on a brand new create motor I even had the paperwork from summit stating that it needed that kind of oil on first start up

Did a little better this time AutoZone. Usually stuck waiting for someone to help or check out, or someone who speaks English. This time the guy was helpful even though they were busy and was able to get what we needed and get out in a timely manner.

The employee there was super nice and friendly. He went out of his way to tell us everything we needed to know. Often giving us extra advice

Stopped in to get New wiper blades, service was nice the only problem one of my wiper blades streaks when moving across the windshield. Was disappointed with that.

The staff is friendly and sometimes can be a bit chummy with family members or people that are more familiar than others and can have you waiting a bit, but i can say that they have never gone wrong with the customer service or making sure that you have the right part for your vehicle. I would recommend you shop here

I waited almost 10 minutes in line only to be looked over for a male customer that had just walked in the door. The clerk saw me in line for ten minutes and this man walk in the door and bypass the area designated to wait and stand at the counter.... yet he took Care of the man and told me that he was sure I didnt mind. How rude is THAT?!! I WILL NOT BE CONDUCTING BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION ANY FURTHER!! This was not the first incident but it is surely my last!
