Never have the part in stock, online ordering is a joke. Manager always has an attitude about everything, very unprofessional in this store. No care what so ever. Order parts online that are in stock go and pick up 3hrs later, oh we dont have that in stock. Go to any other parts place but this place. People behind the counter should be working at McDonalds not a part store

They need more help but they had what I needed to fix the truck.

They were fast, accurate, and cheap and will answer any questions you have and help you install windshield wipers if you ask.

Had warranty on alternator purchased online through website. Refused to replace at same price as originally purchased. Instead refunded the discount price then insisted I pay full current price for replacement part.Also asked them to price match on a gallon of Lucas, they proceeded to tell me I was taking money out of *their* kids mouth. The managers are the ones that werent professionals the counter guy was more helpful and professional then them.

The worst auto parts store in Lorain, the honest truth is they are slow have no knowledge of anything they are part sellers . To top it off rude and inconsiderate of peoples time . Don’t call in for a part because they don’t even answer the phone properly they literally answer and put directly on hold where wait times are a 15 min minimum wait I sat on hold for 26 minutes before I was able to ask a question then put back on hold for another 10 minutes just for them to check to see if they had something in stock .

Needed a new battery for my little Ford. The nice young man took care of everything for me. It was a very good experience!

I asked the guy at the counter to check my engine light. He even showed me how to open my hood (new car) and a couple other little things. We talked a bit and he seemed really knowledgeable AND understanding.

Dealing with older vehicles these days, its sometimes is hard to find replacement parts and peices. But I went to them and they had it in stock, not a lot of them, but a couple of them for me was enough. 👍🏾👍🏾🔥🌎💯

I had always shopped this store for my car. I went in Saturday morning 12/28 for a battery replacement for my key for Chevy cruze. The salesperson had no idea of what I wanted. I know they carry them because I bought my last one there. He didnt have any interest in helping me. I left and l will not go back to that store on Broadway, Lorain again.

Steve, the store manager, was great to work with as always! he really knows his stuff and provides great customer service and a very friendly way!

I go there and buy my stuff cuz usually when you walk in people try to help you when theyre really busy though they cant do it too much cuz theres only a couple people they all come outside and theyll put your light bulbs in if you buy your light bulbs there you know being us being a female I dont know if they do it for males but I know they do it for me and Im very grateful I would recommend going there to get your parts for your car

Went in for help with tire change. I couldnt get lug nuts off. They kept offering me the same thing that I had. No one knew what they were doing

Horrible service. All I wanted was my computer diagnosed on my van. One employee working told me a few mins. 10 to 15 mins later hes taking phone calls befor helping any walk in customer. I will never go to this store again. Keep up the bad work advance. Iam going to orilley auto parts.
