Walmart stripped a stud on my cars front drivers side wheel. The store lacks the equipment and knowledge to fix their error so they cannot complete even the first tire rotation following purchase of the tires. Walmart shouldnt be selling or servicing tires. My cars will never be worked on in any Walmart anywhere ever again. I wasted an hour walking around the store during which they never called me to tell me they couldnt complete the tire rotation. Unprofessional, inept, rip off.

Daniel there is an absolute beast! I brought in my 2003 Camry with 175k miles on it with cloudy yellow headlights and he turned them into glass in an hour. Great place to go for an oil change or simple work if you have time to drop off your car.

Great service! I was sceptical at first... But they fixed my flat in very minimal time at a great rate! Staff was very friendly in the Car Care Center!

Horrible! Went for an oil change, well I was outside the garage watching the entire time, they took my car up on the lift an proceeded to take pictures of themselves in my car on the lift... Worst service Ive ever received!! Id recommend you not to go to Lorain Walmart!!

The store is a joke there nobody in this store who can test brand new battery I bought yesterday tell me come back when auto open its 5 says aclose at 6 nobody here Walmart needs to open there eyes on how to propering run a store a manager should be able to handle any situation wht the hell they there for if they cant handle anything always lines got 1 line open no wonder everyone comes here to steal cause yall dumb

Going to get a headlight fixed Was told it will be a lottle bit of wait. They pulled my car into the shop and I waited nearly 4 hours. For a headlight switch. They never asked me which bulb I want. They assumed I wanted the most expensive one . so I go to pay and its 28$ for ONE headlight. I said. Did they gige me the most expensive one. Hes like no they gave you the better one... So instead of having them take it out and put a new one in he let me pay 10$ not 18$ . Anyways I get into my car and see all the dirt they left in my car. Its ridiculous. Im better off going to Elyria Wal-Mart than lorain. I didnt want to stero-type lorain Wal-Mart but they proved me right. Poor service, lack of commnication. Was ignored when I asked a question. Wont return for car service. Have to ask them politley to clean there mess if I do.

Couldnt check my antifreeze.

The auto center needs to be aware when customers come in and not have customers waiting for more than 15 minutes even when they are not intending to complete anymore service for the night.

Horrible service. I showed up 5 different times just have tires put on and then I was going to just buy the tires and take them somewhere else to have done and they wouldn’t even sell them to me ! Defiantly don’t recommend you go here .

They tell me they wasnt able to do high mileage oil change. Only one available was the $20 pit crew, but low and behold they have Castrol High Mileage oil on there shelf AND they have my oil filter in stock.

Literally the worst service In the entire world came in to get a tire patch and told the guy it had two holes so then he finishes and tells me there was only one like I didn’t pull a nail out already before I brought the car up here for them to pull the second one out he says there was only one so I leave wake up next morning tire is flat come in again he said it was the workers fault he messed up when putting tire back on rim so core value stem was leaking air I insisted again that there is a hole because I pull the nail out myself they said there was no hole and guess what tire was flat the next day took it to other shop they found the hole in 10 minutes I recommend you never bring your vehicle up unless it is the only option you have left

I went there for a oil change. Was second in line when store opened. Person in front of me was getting tires put on. I was told it would be a two hour wait for my oil change. Is there only one mechanic working there?

Understaffed. Very slow service. But it’s Walmart after all.

The people who work at the Walmart Auto are rude.

Terrible service...manager walked around not trying to help customers..just trying to look busy...brought tires in..already off the car..just needed new ones put on the rims...took over 2 hrs...never again.
