I bought 2013 USED Altima again used people so AS IS it aside on sticker so when I bought car I also bought extended service warranty covers car to 140,000 miles only for 87$ through protect my car so my car experience with Dan was good

I wouldnt recommend going there hes not very helpful I went there twice looking for a truck and basically was turned away he wasnt really interested unless youve got $2,000 cash for a truck he wont even acknowledge you at least he could have been polite about it I had $1,500 and he said theres no truck that he could put me in

The pricing and payments were wll within reason and these were really nice cars priced to to sell and very affordable. Sorry this review is over do; I paid my car off in December. I would recommend Metro Motor to everyone. I was in a car accident and didnt have good credit at the time. I needed to replace my car. My daughter bought her car from MM and was very pleased with them. I went to see MM hoping for the best. He had the prefect car, I explained my credit problems/why and he helped me anyway. Had a friend buy a car from couple of year ago and all I have to say is Do not I repeat do not buy from them! They will sell you a lemon, it may run well for a month or two but it will break down on you. Save your money and go to a real dealership they cant sell you a lemon because of the lemon law ( its a real law) but buy here pay here places like this one does not fall under this law so they can sell you whatever they want at a ridiculous prices usually about 5 times the actual price. If you need a car and dont have great credit and cant go to a dealership Drive Time is better and affordable. This place should be shut down and law need to be made about place like this and it need to be regulated.

Im a twenty year old female. Purchased a car that I thought would help me go back and forth to college and work. One day later wouldnt start. Jumped and it ran only to get stuck again. Went back to ask for the battery to be replaced. I was told by the owner that he will not do it. theres no warranty. Ive had the car for 3 total days.Dont buy from this company because they do not stand behind the quality. They do not care if your satisfied. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT!! SCAM ARTIST, LIAR AND RUDE OLD MAN!ok, this is the first review good or bad I have ever wrote but this is a rant that needs proclaimed!I bought a van from this lot and was the worst desperate decision I ever made. He totally saw me coming. They do everything by carbon copies and nothing is electronically done. They do not keep good records at all. DO NOT use the drop box at night to leave your payment. They will tell you over and over again that they have not received it and there is nothing you can do about it. Major problems with this jerk from the get get go. If you do not go into the sweaty crack smelling old ass office to make a payment you will not get it recorded in their carbon copy receipt book. They have kept many of my night drop box payments many times and continually say I owe more than I actually owe. the old man will give you one figure and balance still owed while the late payment lady who calls and follows up for your next payment will give you a completely different balance owed. They are clueless and will NEVER get another dime from me. Say I still owe you 650.00. Their cars are complete crap and bought from the Auction. I am born and raised here and this is the last car-lot in America I will go to ever! I am so glad I dragged this scum bag out and will not fork any more money over them. I cant wait until I see the payment lady calling my cell again! If you like LEMONade, this is the place for you! My husband and I bought a 2007 Jetta from MM. We test drove the car and everything seemed okay. However, ON THE DRIVE HOME, we noticed that it began having trouble shifting gears. We immediately went back and he was closed for the day. We went back again the following day to see what could be done and Dan could do nothing but send us over to HIS mechanic who conveniently found nothing. But clearly something was VERY wrong with this car BEFORE we drove it off the lot. After taking it to another mechanic, we found out that it needs a new transmission and something else equally as expensive. When we confronted Dan about this, he simply said that this wouldnt turn out to be a happy ending for us. He wouldnt help or take any responsibility for knowing the car had BIG issues. He did offer to buy it back from us at a fraction of what we had just paid a couple of days ago AS LONG AS WE BOUGHT another car from him!!! Is he out of his mind!!! ?????!!!!! Dan, the owner, acts like a nice guy. He presents himself as a Christian man of integrity. However this is only when he is receiving money from you. As a believer in Jesus, I am appalled by his actions and ethics. I am saddened that others will interact with him and think that this is what a Christian is like. Shame on you Dan.

Dan is always friendly and helpful. My van broke down and I needed something immediately and didnt have a lot of cash. He worked with me and I got another van a drove out in the same day.

DONT BUY FROM HIM. He is a dishonest person who doesnt stand behind what he sells. He doesnt care about his customers only himself.Put 2,000.00 down on a car 6 days later transmission went out I asked him if he would work with me. He told me that helping me did not make good business sense.He says the car can be fixed with a sensor but every mechanic I talk to says no it will need a new transmission. The transmission fluid had been drained, the pan cleaned and then refilled to mask the damage. Christian man? I think not! !

My son bought a 2003 Saturn Vue and a week later it broke down. Had to have the oil pan fixed and am additional $900 worth of work to get it running again. Dan presented himself as a christian and he is FAR from it. He wouldnt work with my son other than taking $200 off his down payment but had to take it to his mechanic who didnt know what was wrong. No one should buy a car from Metro motors. Took my sons hard earned money and ripped him off with a junk car. The owner is Dan and he is a crook and NOT a christian man!

The payments are low and the guy dan will work with you on getting into a car you like. Dan will work with you on your car payments weekly, biweek, monthly verry good as long as you work with him i would buy my next car from him
