Hello Ricardo.We most definitely DO repossess delinquent customers, and that is without a doubt. All the other facts I cannot state as I do not violate customers privacy rights. However, anyone reading this review and the one below it by Ricardo, I DO NOT want you to miss the point of us caring about our customers and helping many, that have not yet left reviews.But, small businesses thrive on cash flow. Not making your payments is like sticking tacks in a marathon runners sneakers... It can be a painful race!We try our best to work with people, but after a while, we cant keep working for free. Any reasonable person will understand this.We appreciate our customers and have made thousands of customers happy over the last several years, and helped many get into good cars that they normally could not get anywhere else, without spending 2x the vehicles value. We love our community and love to serve even more.

My fiance and I have worked with Duna for almost 4 years and our business will remain with him. When we had absolutely nothing, he worked with us and helped us as much as he could. All he asked was for communication. Very genuine, kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend him to others!!

If I could give them a lower review, I would.This man is dishonest and has no problem taking your money but leaving you stranded. Hell avoid your calls and texts and charge you for work that never gets done. The car we bought from him died and ended up in the junk yard a month later.

The owner, Duna, was very honest and forthcoming about all the vehicles we looked at. When our vehicle broke down, he gladly offered to replace the car without additional cost to my boyfriend and I. We were very grateful.

Sold my daughter a truck, Front end bad, Muffler ended up going after 3 days, Fuel pump just went up. These guys will lie about everything. Still have not received any paperwork and the tag is ready to expire. His own mechanic said he drove the truck around and it was good, Not a good way to do business. Stay away from this place, Will not purchase anything from these people. Takes him days to get back with you, whenever he decides to. I will be posting everywheres how bad this place is.

Its easy to buy a car here, but its almost impossible to get service of any kind after the sale. I couldnt get anyone to return my call. Dunamis was so nice its a shame you have to drive out there in order to talk to him after the deal is done. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. What business doesnt answer their phone or return calls.

My sisters BMW X5 came from here, as well as my 2009 Toyota Corolla. They offer everything from Luxury Maseratis and Bentleys to affordable every-day cars to $1,000 out-the-door fixer uppers. Its nice they allow the cars to be thoroughly checked out by their customers own mechanics before purchase, and they offer to find specific vehicles for customers at the local auctions. Some people buy cars needing work though and then dont fix them, and then complain that they stop running. lol smh

Bought a car from here recently, checked everything out and it ran fine. Then it started acting up.. smoking, ticking. I do not recommend buying a car from here.

Went to see a vehicle.. It didnt start. The salesman went to start it with a jumper and a flame the came out where the ground cable was. They wanted $1500 for this vehicle. Not a trustworthy place.

Sold a SUV to my pregnant fiance and it had blown heads, brought it to my mechanic and he said it has been like that for a few months... Didnt even have the car for 2 hours and it started to over heat... Wont be going back again..

Straight up scum. This place is the real life version of the shady used car lot that you see in the movies x10. Today when I contacted the owner about coming to look at a vehicle he told me to come later in the afternoon because of the rush that they were experiencing, yet when I showed up 30 minutes early there wasnt a soul on the lot. Red flag number 1. I asked the owner point blank over text if the truck I was interested in had any rust he told me no. When I came to look at it in person the entire undercarriage of the truck was nothing but rust. Red flag number two. The owner never left his (piece of junk) trailer to even come outside and meet me so I had to track down a mechanic to give me any insight about the vehicle. Red flag number three. Finally, after leaving the lot I texted the owner calling him out on his blatant lie and he responded with an attempt to insult my grammar (while using incorrect grammar to insult mine which was not wrong in the first place lol) and then immediately blocked my number like a cowardly middle schooler. This is a completely illegitimate business ran by somebody with the class of con artist and business sense of a newborn squirrel.

Trash place- they buy cars that look good on the outside and states that it’s good. They take advantage of people who need cars ASAP- was a fool, so warning others

I have dealt with Duna since the birth of my son around 4 years ago. I heard nothing but horror stories about buy here pay heres since I was young. However, when I first showed up to the lot this was not the case at all. I was expecting a con man type used care salesman but instead I found a religious good hearted man whom I now consider a friend. I had barely any money to my name and we explained our situation. I took the bus to work from Casselberry to the Florida Mall area everyday. Duna made sure that would be one of our last bus rides as my girlfriend was 9 months pregnant at the time. He was willing to do whatever it took and deal with any mishaps on my end. He cares about his customers so much that he even donated a car my family and I. Yes! You read that right. Maybe you have issues with the car you got from him but I know for a fact that he lets you know up front what the issues are. He also lets you know how much fixing it should cost so you dont get jipped by a mechanic. You get what you pay for with cars. Cant go looking to spend 1k and get 0 issues. Seriously, this is one of the greatest men that has come into the lives of my family and I. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE FLASHING FISH.

Hello everyone who is going to read this! My name is Nate! I was in the market for a sporty car and I came across many deals online, however in my research I came across a beautiful Honda S2000 with low miles! It was perfect for me, the pictures I saw online were nothing compared to how it look in person, this car was mint! I mean beautiful! I called to check it out and a gentlemen named duna assisted me with all the questions I had, when I finally came to the lot I knew it was my dream car! Duna made sure he did everything possible to put me in it, it was actually a little Harder then I intended, but duna did a outstanding job to put me inside of this beautiful Honda S2000! Duna I want to say thank you, and if anyone ask where to get a great car, you guys will be the first and only place that I will recommend! Thanks duna!

Dealership is disrespectful cars are all in horrible conditions sales people are not professional at all.Dealership needs to close down its a junk yard.

Worst store ever they repod my vehicle after i paid them and because he repod the car with the contract in it he didnt think i had the reciept for payment either and tried to act like i never even bought the car. In any case i have my reciept and im opening a lawsuit against this duna of the flaahing fish. Just to get an idea of how shady this guy is i put 1000 down on a 3500 dollar vehicle made my first payment then he repod the vehicle 12 days afrer purchase and proceeded by dodging all calls texts and he even wouldnt show up to the shop for a few days.

Do not ever buy a car from this man theres so many buy here pay here out there you can deal with he is not one of them.
