Ive been working with Bill Ray Nissan service department since 2019. It has been hit or miss in terms of good communication from the service advisors. Most of the time they dont call to update me on whats happening with the vehicle if I need to leave it for regular service/oil change, inspection, check fluids, tire rotation, all covered under my extended service package that I purchased when I bought the car. I have not found that the service department cares about providing good quality service to their customers. So much so, that when I leave the vehicle there, I dont trust that they have done anything to the vehicle at all. Even more disappointing, theres no way to make an appointment. They dont allow you to make an appointment online. And no one will answer the phone, so that you can make a appointment directly.I even tried calling the sales department and asking for a general manager, but no one answers the phone there either. Seriously. How can a manager never answer the phone, or never get back to you. Not a good way to run a business. Definitely not good customer service.Over the last several months Ive been having difficulty with the software updates, causing the command center, the stereo, the volume on the stereo, and the interface with Android auto to malfunction on a consistent basis. Ive brought the vehicle in for this software issue a total of four times now. Its still not fixed. Terrible terrible service. Or I guess I should say LACK of Service!

Came here for a recall on my car. I had them check my car over and found out I was also overdue for a brake fluid flush. Service was simple and quick. I would come back in the future for repairs.

I have to admit Valerie & Mike were fantastic from the first time I contacted them about the damage to my truck. I told Mike my tech who performed the work, about some bad experiences I’ve had in the past & he swore it would look brand spankin new again. HE WAS RIGHT! She’s my gorgeous new truck again! Thank you so much! It really was worth the trip from Apopka.

I brought my 2014 Nissan Armada in last week and Daryl Driver in the service dept was a TREMENDOUS help!!! I needed a well overdue oil change and left with a nail removed from my tire as well, due to his thorough check of my vehicle. He was extremely kind and professional, and was also very responsive! Ive had less than ideal experiences there for service in the past, but they have clearly upped their game and I couldnt be more pleased with how this visit went. Way to go Bill Ray, Ive been a customer for 12 yrs and will continue to use your superior services, based on my recent experience with Daryl!!!!

I’ve never had and “issue” with Bill Ray Nissan Service Department until last time I was there. First with the good: they were always quick, they don’t hassle you to get unnecessary services done, the employees are truly experts. Back to my “issue”. My appointment for my oil change was at 3, I had to wait around for about 10 minutes with no employees in sight. Finally once I caught the attention of a cashier, who mentioned the employees were taking a late lunch and would be back soon... at 3 PM... Once the employees in charge of my car showed up they seemed nonchalant and didn’t apologize for the wait. Nevertheless I will be back because I feel like they do know what’s best for my car. Just hoping I won’t have this same experience next time.

This was my first visit back to bill ray, since I bought the car in 2019, I went there because the air pressure light had come on. I was then advised to change the oil, I replied it only has 3,000, miles, they stated but its been more than 6 months, soooo, I had it done, but I felt That was wrong. The people there dont look happy, and turn away from you, as if you were going Ask them something, the service people were doing their jobs. I paid my bill, left and had a distasteful feeling in the entire experience

They do not advise you of the price of the oil change until after it is done. The employees have not heard of social distancing and being patient while waiting their turn at the cashier. Two thumbs down.

I’m giving 5 stars specifically for Amanda in the service department. She is very communicative, kind and courteous. She makes sure that I am happy with my service before I leave and is always quick and pleasant when answering my questions. She really knows her stuff and is always happy to help.

I called in at 8am asking if there was a wait time for an oil change and was told only 3 people ahead. Arrived less than 1 hour later, car was checked in but never told what the wait time was. Sat for 2 hours with no updates and no one approached me to tell me there was a delay. Finally decided to check the status to find out my vehicle hadnt even been looked at yet. Who wants to sit in a dealership for an oil change for 3 hours!! No respect for a persons schedule. Had I been told it would be 3 hour period I would have asked for a courtesy vehicle or made an appointment for another day. No cell service in the place to even call the appointments I had to cancel. Id rather take the drive to Daytona Nissan where I purchased the vehicle next time. At least they respect people enough to give them information! So much for thinking I should try a dealership closer to me. Never again!

The service staff here are so wonderful. I had a tire blow out and this was the first place I could turn into. It was the end of the day but they made sure that I was taken care of. Very dissapointed because I went to the budyshop as I got the same issue with the paint peeling in same spot in the front bumper for 3rd time but the manager (Nail) was only focused on finding a reason to blame me instead of finding why it keeps hapening in the same spot and fixing it. He stated that the bumper was hit (not thru at all). We purchased four cars from this dealler and this is their thank you.

Car repair was not done in the time promised. I understand things happen sometimes out of our control but there was no attempt to remediate the problem by offering me a car rental or bringing me to my appointment that I ultimately missed
