I asked around for mechanic recommendations and Precision came up a few times so I decided to bring my car here after getting estimates from a few places. I cannot stress enough how happy and satisfied I am with their service. They were able to accommodate me right away. I was only there for 30 minutes and I paid a fraction of what other places were charging me. They were also very friendly, honest and pleasant people. I will definitely go to them in the future for any repairs and will recommend as well when asked!

I recently had them work on two of my vehicles. I have had many bad experiences in the past with auto repairs. At a time when honesty seems to be a thing of the past these guys prevail. They have been in business for quite a long time and they always seem busy. I know most of us can walk into a shop and feel as if you’re going to be taken atvantage of before it happens but I received a good feeling from the moment I walked in. My experience with these guys was very refreshing!!!!!I highly recommended this shop!!!!

Ive brought a variety of cars to Precision over the years, after a friend recommended them. Theyve always done great work at a reasonable price. Theyre also very honest about repairs -- what needs repairing, what can wait, and when its time to start looking for a replacement vehicle. Theyve also checked two used cars for me that I was thinking of buying. One they advised I not purchase, and one I did purchase after they looked it over.

Their receptionist was Very rude and talked down to me, tried to tell me what he “thought” he knew about my car(he’s not even a mechanic.) He even told me that my extended warranty wasn’t worth paying for. I literally had to say “I’m paying for it so I’ll be the judge of that.” for him to adjust his demeanor. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere, and got a second opinion. Whatever the issue was, I think it’s his lack of customer service with people. I DO NOT recommend this place to younger women!!

Been going here for years, the guys have become almost like family. They are super fair on price and dont pressure you on any extras. Very honest and literally show you prices on their computer when ordering replacement parts. Have recommended to family and friends and they always have great experiences.

Brought my car in for a brake issue and was toldit would cost more than the value of the car to repair while being unable to explain to me why. Ended up bringing the car to Richs Car Cool down the street. He had me fixed up for a few hundred bucks.
