This is a terrible company with customer service, we live in Marshall TX. We installed all windows for over $6000. On oct 15 we paid in full to the installer name Mike, when I called Cassidy Jones to ask about windows they gave me Mike’s phone number and worked through Mike.When he installed all the windows he found out that one window was broke he said they he already informed Cassidy Jones and they were going to replace it but at the time he still installed the broken one till the new one come. After couple weeks Mike called and said the order lady made mistake ordering wrong size 3 times, I was ok because at least he still in contact and informed us what was going on..Now it is after 2 months Mike didn’t inform me what is going on so I called Cassidy Jones 3 times, first time talked to Adam store manager he asked for my phone number said the lady handle this was out and he will pass this to her and there is not much he can do. 10 days later called second time talked to a lady she said they have nothing to do with this matter and I would need to talk to either Adam or Bobbie. Call back third time got to speak to Adam store manager he remembered talked to me before and said same thing again there is not much he can do and he asked for my darn phone number again saying he will pass this to the lady!!!!! I told him well you told me same thing last time and he just hung up on me!This is very confused and frustrated, be ware of this when you deal with them. I should have not paid them in full but I trusted to use local business.It is over 2 months and don’t blame on Covid for your poor customer services and poorly management. Covid has nothing to do with your ordered wrong size more than 2 times or hung up my phone call.

Could not find my order after calling to say they had it ready. After finding the product, I discovered it was damaged. Lady/employee was very, very kind and helpful. She was overloaded with work, and still hurried to fix the damaged item. 40 minutes :=(

Not very welcoming.

When it comes to good quality Energy Efficient Windows at a reasonable price the only place to go is Cassity Jones.
