Called in about a wire wheel for my Ryobi grinder and Scott was able to educate me on the fact it could take any type of threaded wheel by simply removing the existing 7/8 inch hardware. He even went the extra step to see if he still had some wheels that would fit and found two that might and set them aside for me. When I got to c&h the young man at the counter was polite and courteous and got the wheels for me and made sure they would work. (My apologies for not remembering your name.) Everything was a positive, pleasant experience. Would highly recommend this business to anyone.

This place was great, needed a specific Allen wrench which they were going to special order but they found a used one they were willing to sell! Expedited my project and always great to have friendly staff willing to go above and beyond.

Went in to figure out how to fix a copper tubing on my portable air compressor. The repair guy told me how to fix it and gave me the part needed and sent me on my way!

They cant ever fix anything the first time. It takes them months to get tool back to you. Will try to fix or replace things that arent broke.

I brought them 2 skillsaws that had power issues. They were great! Fit them into there schedule and I got them back in a day. Thanks!

Very rude service. I called to ask about getting a motor fixed, the service department was so rude that Id rather drive an extra hour round trip to Vancouver just to avoid dealing with these guys.

Good place to get your tools repaired and purchase quality tools

I took a few nailers in for repair. Charged $150 to repair a roofing gun and the repair lasted 2 jobs. I was charged $50 to repair my teko gun which i knew needed a spring and told the guy. He didnt install the spring and charged me anyway for cleaning it i guess. Also, i brought a gun and the part another time and it took over a month to repair. Was almoat charged $80 but i argued that i brought the part and was quoted 10 dollars and they honored it.
