Fresh hot roasted pork, cracklings and menudo. Homemade tortillas being made before your eyes. Meat counter was excellent, clean and good prices. The produce man told us which peppers were hot or not and sold me a big ripe Papaya. I will definitely be going back.

We frequent this SMM often. Fresh meats, vegetables and tortillas. Friendly cashiers. Often out of a few things but with the pandemic its no ones fault.

I absolutely love this store 😍. Im from Northern California and there are a lot of store like this near the Los Angeles/ Hollywood area in Southern California. It makes me feel like home the are so clean, friendly, and well stocked. Im (unexpectedly) bilingual and I make this statement unbiased.and solely based on the demographic percentage in this suburban area. It is refreshing to not feel obligated to help complete strangers shop because no one else can translate or speak Spanish. If you should ever come across anyone that is struggling to communicate.

Great meat but the men especially the older guy in the deli do not and will not speak English and like to laugh and point like you dont know they are talking about you.. Other than that the cashiers were so nice.. I would give more stars but I dont like feeling out of Place..

I love their meat market, because I can find things I cant at a American Supermarket, but the signs are all in Spanish, they ignored me as if I wasnt there, but waited on the Hispanic Customers and when they finally did serve me they acted as if I was bothering them.

I dont shop here all the time, but I do love to get their flour and corn tortillas, both made in house. Their red and green salsas are amazing. The meat selection is great for the price. Definitely recommend it for the meat. Their produce selection is better, as far as quality, IMO compared to other stores in the area.

Love their little produce section! It may be small but the prices are great! Also, they always have the beef short rib cut I love (LA style) for making Korean BBQ

This place is amazing! The have a butcher with fresh cuts of all parts of beef and pork. And lots of other stuff I’d never try. My favorite thing is the cool things they carry that nowhere else does like Mango yogurt. I love their fajita meat. It’s already marinated and you can buy the chicken already sliced up. They also have amazing produce and they make the best home made corn and flour tortillas! It’s a place you must try!

Seems like they take no steps against the covid 19. Ive gone there several different times and they have never had any hand sanitizer and/or masks. Also, the shopping carts are never sanitized or cleaned up. The whole store is completely filthy and debris scattered all over the store. Its always hot and uncomfortable. The exit doors have not function in the last several visits.

Great for most grocery needs, has a good little restaurant inside that has some really good Mexican food. Its my go to place for the fresh tortillas and Mexican bread theyre both delicious.

I bought a large Sainless Steel pot with a glass lid. I have used it 2 times and the bottom is now defective it is like peeling and this pot was like over 50.00 and I went into the store to see if I could bring it back. And they said no cause it was 3 weeks old and that I had to have the recipe I admit I no longer have the recipe cause who would have thought the bottom on the inside of it would mess up after just 2 times using it. I am just trying to say that if it is not going to last more that 2 uses than it surely is not a quality product. So please watch what you purchase from this store they do not stand behind the products they sell. Thanks for taking my money and I got rubbish in return.

I really like this place. The produce is really reasonable compared to the chain supermarkets. Great meat market. Great selection of Mexican products. Good house made tortillas and pastries. The products arent arranged in as orderly a manner as the big chains. My only big complaint is that there are very long slow checkout lines when I go.

Is a great place for buy a groceries and a little cheaper then other Spanish stores

Management was rude she couldn’t even come out of her office to talk to me about an issue I was having. After the girl at checkout told me she wouldn’t come out of her office I went to the the doorstep of her so called office and told her to come out. Why are they paying these people if they are unwilling to do their jobs. Honestly terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend.

In spite of my lack of total mastery of Español, the people here have always been very kind and helpful.

This place is busy and the girls in the afternoon are rude and unprofessional. If you go I suggest you go in the morning the place is very neat and calm and the girls are nice. The prices are good. Only problem is the cashiers. They need manners, they talk amongst each other and cuss a lot. Very Very unprofessional, especially when children are around. Manager seems to be no where.

Very good market to find Hispanic foods that you cant find in most other super markets. We shop there often....

The best fajitas in the state. A lot of food on your plate for very little price. And their tortillas are authentic, not store bought generic. The salsa, red or green is so delicious. The people cooking have brought us a little piece of Mexico. God Bless Super Mercado Monterrey!

Terrible service, the girls at the register are rude, they ignore customers while chatting among themselves. If you ask them a question they give you a snobby response. One specific cashier by name of Lluliana shouted across the store to a customer that if she didn’t like her attitude she could just not come back. This is not the first incident, if you’re going to visit this store prepare to have a bad customer experience.

The young guy working at chicharrones has been extremely rude to me the last two times I have been there. He is very reluctant in helping me. One time he was even unwilling to turn on light so I could tell him which chicharrón I wanted to purchased. He has a very negative attitude that clearly is displayed in his work ethic.

A Mexican store with a lot of mexican goodies to offer! Meat candy and much more groceries! We usually get our meat and chicken here at a good price! They also have a bakery and fresh hot tortillas made! Inside you would also find a small restaurant with authentic mexican food! If you are around Longview check this place out!

I love that when you add money to a prepaid card this place is the cheapest around everywhere else charges $4 or $5 they charge $1.00

We get marinated chicken here for every cookout for a great price. Great flavor, lots (a LOT) of options for meats. Great mexican food options. The meat counter guys are not very friendly, even when I speak spanish, but not rude. The fresh tortillas are awesome and you can get large chicharonnes and Tapatío. We also get our tamale supplies there. Theyve got everything you need for tamales.
