Typical big grocery store. Needed items were a little hard to fins. Fast friendly checker!!

I havent been in that store for forever. But I was at the gas station today and the attendant was horrible perits horrible. She was so unhelpful with simply scanning my credit credit card so that I could prepay for gas.. The Credit card reader at the pump was not working properly. They. Since the attendant was obviously too busy with her phone to help help me, I decided to try a couple more times before it finally worked. Other than that it was great easy to get in-and-out of With my far the best prices around.

I wish I could base this review on the store itself. This is why it is a 3 star and not a 1 star review. Tonight my family stopped in at 9:30 to grab something really quickly. I parked near the front but to the side of the store. About 5 minutes after being there a man came up to my window and told me some weird story and asked me for gas money. He was sweating and was talking quickly and scared me so I handed him some money to make him leave me alone. He then walked up to other customers and was asking them for money. I think if the parking lot was better lit up this wouldn’t have happened. I don’t like the dark as it is and I definitely did not feel safe here tonight. I won’t be back!

Meat in meat department is pretty good selection... cant say the same about the butcher attitude almost left and went to Krogers,Smh.

Store always clean and is well stocked with what you originally went there for plus other basic items that you can use.

A good place to shop,good selection of everthing you need.,and clean too, and rest rooms were clean too, and great Service too.

Dont care for this Super 1 due to the extremely rude employees. Its ridiculous. I also do not feel safe at all here. There are ALWAYS people lurking in the parking lot, asking for money, etc. I avoid it unless Im on that side of town & reallyyyyy need something from there!

The staff is always busy doing something,ie cleaning,stocking taking care of parking lot. Cashiers are always friendly. Just have to remember to shop on Tuesdays or Thursdays for seniors discounts.

Since the pandemic started, we’ve been using curbside pick up. Everything has always gone smoothly but Christian is a stand out. He is always so super friendly, thorough and informative. I really can’t compliment him enough.

Been shopping here since I was a kid with my grandparents man they still have them good sales and the cashiers and management and even the buggy pushing guys are pretty cool.

Super One is located right next to my pharmacy, Drug Emporium. They always have good sales, and canned drinks are normally on sale. Everything is easy to find and Ive the store.

Went and got what was on my list and when it came time to pay...the cashier was absolutely clueless as to how to let me manually enter my ebt card number.

Love Super Ones bakery! They have great Cookies, Cinnamon Rolls, Cupcakes..Ymm! They are restocking the whole store on Marshall. Yeah! They have Beef, Chicken and Spinach Tamales. Wow! The people stocking were very helpful and friendly.

July 4th, and they had all check out s open! Yeehaw! August 2nd, just had surgery and they lifted and loaded everything. Above and beyond

Meat department disappointed me. I wanted some steaks the guy tells me he aint cutting none

Very different than a walmart or a kroger store some people like to shop there I couldnt find certain things.im going to disagree maybe 4 stars but no where near 5 stars

Not the best location, but you can tell upper management are taking care of business because of the great selection of products and availability on the shelf. I enjoy going in this store as well as the one on High Street.

Thanks for running such a nice store! All my experiences with your store have been positive and Ive lived in this spot for 12 years, so thats how long Ive been coming there....you are my monthly grocery store run!! I live in the apts but Teague park so Im very close and you are so accessible. I have no reason to shop anywhere else!If I did have a complaint though... and other stores probably had to do something similar too since the virus started -- yall driving me crazy with rearranging stuff! I still love shopping there and will continue, its just that it seems I can NOT get used to the bread being all the way to the back on the opposite side of the store!! Also adjusting to sodas and how now kool-aid is on the old soda wall, lol. Its all good, though.You really do make effort to find employees who know how to treat a customer, and thats everyone there, from the front office, to the deli, to the stock people to shopping cart guys -- they ALL know and have been clearly well-trained in customer service. So great job and thanks, see yall again in a few weeks! :)

I actually had a horrible experience with one of the deli workers but all giving 5 stars due to how management handled the situation. The manager available listened, was very polite and respectful. She informed me that the store director would be better to handle my specific situation and walked me to him. Unfortunately he was on a call and I was pressed for time. She offered to take me to the deli and have my order filled as I had requested it to be while waiting for him to finish his call. The minute this young woman turned her head the deli worker attempted to stare me down & intimidate me. I informed the young lady, took me order & headed to check out. I wore down my information for the director and let her know what had happened and told her that I fully expected him to contact me and in turn asked for his information, I was heated to be sure. Brian surprisingly contacted me within the hour and handled the situation to my satisfaction. In a world where customer service has flown the coop on every level I was extremely impressed and appreciated all of those who helped me. Kudos to them and shame on the deli worker who obviously didnt represent the standard held on this store. Thank you

Staff always acknowledges you when you enter store. Not only tell where things are, but will actually escort you to the item. Convenient.

You only can go through the drive-thru someone will come out to your car and take your order and the line is very long but the food is worth the wait

Not the nicest Super 1 store, but does have fair prices, good selection, & very friendly employees . Parking lot is always crowded & people coming & going @ gas pumps adds to the problem .they have security & try to keep pan handlers at bay. Only got 3 stars because of hard to get in & out location & run down store .Store smells bad sometimes

I really enjoy shopping at super 1 Foods but I feel like my experience shopping there on yesterday was not good as I would have liked because I had to put a lot of stuff back especially the can goods Im assuming because of a food shortages. Nothing personal against the store itself.

Very nice store. Wished the one on the Southern side of town was as big as this one and sold good food like this. Seemed food from this location was fresher and better as opposed to the location off of birdsong str. Sad those people go into that store and are regular patrons some for decades and they cant get quality foods. Go to shop at the locations in Pine Tree area and Marshall and for example a pack of mushrooms are fresh and marked at a price. Go to the location on by birdsong and the mushrooms come out the package slimy and Damon near spoiled but want the same damned price or higher and for garbage. Other veggies are banged up and bruised go to other locations? Plump and ripe.

Good prices on the medication at the pharmacy and a good prices on the food

When you call the pharmacy & they put you on hold....4 times. For it just to send you back to the main menu; that gets aggravating.When they do answer; you try and get refills; shes in a hurry I guess cause I gave her one number & she was ready to hang up. I had 4 prescriptions to call in! Uuggghhhhhhhhh.
