Small and convenient grocery store. If you enjoy shopping and not having to make small talk with the cashier, this is the store for you. Its cashierless and self check out only. Great set-up that goes fast. Its definitely not for everyone but with not enough employees and covid-19, it might be the only way to stay open and operating normal business hours. Always an employee ready to assist if needed. The recent food and general merchandise shortages does change whats available but so far theyve had what I need when I go. Will continue to shop here. Friendly employees and always clean.

So cold in the store that you cant stand to be in there. They never have anything in stock,there shelves are always empty.

I actually really like this location. It has all the essentials you need for food and toiletries + more. I would rather go here than any other Walmart. Clean and friendly, the only odd part is it is all self check-out.

I like how they have the store set up . The.check out is.very open and not conjessed . Moves very quickly .

I always do grocery pickup, because I have 2 toddlers who are a nightmare in the store. I can’t bring myself to use this location anymore. The last 2 orders I have had, I ordered a 5 lb bag of red delicious apples. BOTH times the bags of apples have been dripping nasty, rotten juice. I know for a fact that they know this, because they are double bagged; and the bag inside is tied shut. It seems they use their grocery pick up orders to dispose of rotten produce while still getting paid for it. Returning and getting a refund is easy enough on the app, but I don’t want $5, I wanted frickin apples. My kids won’t eat a $5 bill, they love apples. Done with this place, and I don’t think I’ll be using Walmart any longer for produce or anything “fresh”. Grocery pickup is so convenient, but a complete waste of time when you can’t even consume the food.

Very nice employees. Store is super clean! There night shift maintenance guy keeps it squeaky clean! And he has a robot that cleans the floor on its own! Might not be new to everyone. But it was to me. And really neat to watch!

Where I get my medicine mainly because it has a drive in window plus it is a great place to buy staples like milk and bread

They need to hire a new inventory manager. Alot of meat products and milk products outdated. Luckily I look at the dates before I purchase. But having bacon, hotdogs, lunch meat, yogurt, bread and the chicken they cook themselves and sell their was outdated by a week! Chicken was cooked 8/2, best by was 8/4 was still sitting there on 8/11. Disgusting will never be back

Always friendly, nice help especially in the automotive department and the young man that Work there. He also stocks the auto department. Good manners, Morals. Continue to hire young men like him. Estates Pkwy store is a good store to shop at. And personal greeters are very professional.

It was good I guess I dont know I think I need to put different numbers on the parking where you got no automatically who it is or what number theyre at without telling you I dont know very much so dont listen to me

Shorter walk to the door than the big stores. Same selection and competitive pricing in a grocery store setting without the distraction of everything else I dont need and could use or want in the way of getting what I need. And the gas prices are pretty good too at all the locations that have it.

Kennedy in the pharmacy is extremely RUDE. I look like I am 19 without makeup that’s how she decided to treat me. I was trying to get my disabled sons medicine and she thought she could “school” me about life. She definitely needs to get some manners. If I would have not been sick with COvid she would have gotten to meet the 37 year old I am that does not play well with “know it all” teenagers.

Will not be back. The only register they have is in the cigarette area and that cashier was taking care of the self checkout, several people needed help checking out, including myself but we all had to wait for the checker to finish at his register. Just one more reason why WalMart SUCKS

It seems customer service center does not have an associate who stationed there .waited there for a good amount of time even after paging someone and no one showed up

Much more convenient than the big Walmart. Pretty good selection on the grocery side. Prices are typical fair Walmart prices. Biggest complaint is they seem to be forcing self checkout on customers. I like having some one check and bag my groceries. That may be the direction they are headed??? But still, it is inexpensive and fairly quick.

I didnt realize until I got home that i left a bag of a few items at the register. I called customer service and they gladly replaced the items, no questions asked and were friendly about it. I appreciate that so much! You guys have great service at this location.

My experience in wal mart was terrible....the. checkout registers were gone.....I do not check my groceries as I dont work there...I will go else where to by my groceries....SICK OF WAL MART !!!!!

Love this place. However... The only reason I didnt give it the full star rating is because of a select few standoffish and sometimes outright rude employees. I understand that the workplace is particularly stressful right now due to the pandemic so I give them a bit of a break but...I do hope they manage to actually smile once in a while. You can see it in peoples eyes when they wear a scowl beneath their masks.

Walmart Neighborhood Market does great with their grocery products but their Pharmacy is a huge disappointment. When you spend as much money as an entire grocery order on perscriptions, you expect to receive the best possible service. Especailly since there are so many fewer items for the associates to have to work with. But that is not at all true with this pharmacy!!! I drove up to get my perscriptions today and sat in a line of about 4 cars. I waited patiently but the minute I got to the window the person at that window slapped a closed for lunch sign in the window and closed the blind! I was the last car in the line and it would have only taken a few minutes to get my perscriptions but these people did not have the courtesy to do the right thing and take care of my needs before running out for a sandwich. I am livid and seriously thinking I need to change pharmacies! This is not the first time I have had issues with this pharmacy but usually it has to do with prices that go through the roof. But I know if this happened to me it happens to other customers as well. Now you can blame it on covid or anything you want but treating a customer rudely is just that. Especailly when it only takes a moment to do the right thing. I wonder if I had gone inside where a manager could see if they would have slammed the window in my face rather than help me?

I like this place better than the super Wal-Mart. Closer to our house and way easier to get in and out of.

9 times out of 10 has the fresh produce I need/want and they make sure your not stuck in line a long time

I will add this store is conveniently placed, being I do not like to walk inside of the larger Walmart. Also, getting gas is a perk with a breeze while saving 3 cents a gallon is awesome as I can add money to a gift card at their pump rather than going inside to add the money to a gift card! It is very unfortunate that prices are of course marked higher than that of the supercenter...

This Walmart is gross. They require mask but do not wipe down the handle of the carts. When I asked for a santize wipe to wipe down the cart the gal taking number of people coming and going stated she was out and didnt care about going to get any. I asked for the sanitizer spray and paper towel she pointed and said its over there. Once I sprayed and wiped down the handle the paper towel was gross, covered with who knows what. I promptly went to customer service and they refused to get a manager. I explained to the rude customer service representative what just happened and she acted like the gal at the front door, she didnt care and it wasnt her fault. At this point I knew even if I talked to management that they wouldnt care either. If the staff doesnt care that is a direct reflection on Managements attitude as well. This has become the norm at all Walmarts.

Pharmacy is slow. No one was in line and you stand there for more than 5 minutes waiting to pick up prescription

Had everything I needed during our snow days. Every other store was sold out but this store saved the day.

WALMART AT ITS BEST..... Its a smaller store with mostly groceries without the rest of the Walmart stuff like clothes and sporting goods and such, but there is not a lot of people over there and parking is really close to the front door at all times. But do not go if you are wanting a massive selection but rather just need to grab basic things. The lack of selection is bested by the easy access. All in all a winner in my book because of being a quick place to shop.

It is a terrible idea to do away with live checkers. My mother-in-law who is 86 cannot operate the scan&go so she must go to the big store which not as safe comfortable for her.

Generally I like this store. Well stocked and good selection of products. However they have started operating with ZERO cashiers. No help my last two visits are 10AM. Lots of staff wandering around but NO CASHIERS!
