I came from the ER late with 4 prescriptions for my sick babies. I was told it would take about 30 minutes. I lost track of time and came back to the window a few minutes after 7. They were all so kind as to reopen the door for me so I could get the medicine my boys needed. I am so grateful for their compassion!

So I have my prescription in hand, and am told to wait 25 minutes they have it and it should be ready quickly. Okay, so I go back and I am then told they messed up the order and it needs to be redone. No problem.. pretty annoyed since I was already 30 minutes behind on taking it. Go back, now an hour later to be told they dont have it, wont have it, and then handed back my prescription with zero eye contact and attitude. They didnt even offer to call around and find it for me.. instead they stuck to being proud of their lie. Congrats. I hope yall have a great day knowing I now get to drive around Longview looking for somewhere else to go so my body will stop having contractions at 29 weeks.

Waited over two hours for a prescription that was sent over by doctor.... so they had it before I got there. Was first told to give them 20 mins. Went back 30 mins later and still is not ready. Continued this cycle for two +hours.

...please please please!...improve your Pharmacy services asap!;been coming there almost every week but they still have to check my ID..their 20mins is not really 20mins its almost an hour..a very long line of customers but only one teller is working.we have to wait almost two hours for the immunization..most of their pharmacy staff dont have pleasant personality when speaking to their customers...their smiles are way too expensive!...and lots of bad unsolicited and unreported feedbacks!

They are working on something all the time. Very busy. I noticed that the old people have to wait in line for a long time to pick up their prescriptions.

Very slow. One lady working register with 15+ people in line. Won’t be back

The customer service was garbage the manager on duty was trash theywere all rude ass people and I will never be back to that wallmart again
