Had the pleasure of speaking with Doug (sorry if thats not his name) super friendly over the phone, sent the hubby in yesterday to get some warm work wear found the perfect set of coveralls. Called him back about a 2nd pair for my brother, even though they dont normally hold things he was going to set this pair aside until I got off to go pick them up! Thank you for great and friendly service, its even better we get to shop local!!!

Would not let us exchange a jacket that they removed the tag from then they removed the brand tag that was on the inside.My dad told me to return the jacket because it was too small for my daughter. The tag on the inside of the jacket was attached to the jacket when I gave my boyfriend the jacket to exchange. Mentioning how happy my child was does NOT mean this is okay. I was not aware of the return policy because I have never stepped foot into the place. The jacket is a 3T and my daughter wears at least a 4t or 5t. My dad was unaware of that. The sleeves are too small. I just wanted a bigger size so she can enjoy the jacket longer.

My new favorite for clothing in Longview TX!

Stopped by here with my spouse for the first time since moving to longview. I completely enjoyed our visit! They had a large selection of everything that fits anyone’s needs. My spouse wears bigger sizes such as 3x or 3xt, and we found a huge selection for him! He’s a big carhartt fan and so am I, so it was nice to come into this store and find what we needed. I was very pleased with prices and there were lots of items on sale !!! This will be my new favorite spot to get him clothing for any season, occasion, etc. I even found some carhartt shirts for me in women’s !!! So I am very pleased. During check out my little sister was also given a free T-shirt♥️ I loved the atmosphere, the people, and the overall quality and experience! I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends !!!

On your door you say you are closed on Sundays. On Google maps you say you are open Sundays 1 to 5. I figured that out after I drove into town to buy more longsleeve shirts on Sunday at 1:18. I have shopped here several times and love your store.It would probably be helpful to others as well as me to correct this mistake. Sometimes I forget things. :-)

Carhartt has become my everyday attire over the last year or so.Im a big and tall squirrel, and its been hard to find clothes that make me look like a person. Finally found some good quality duds at a fair price. (Also the ducks who work there are always nice to me even though Im a mammal.)

Maybe I wasnt the desired customer to wait on. Because nobody wanted to do it. Just my own conclusion. The staff probably had a bad day everyone deserves that credit.
