Always a friendly staff but they just do not carry alot of 7.5 to size 8 boots for men .

Theres an employee there named Tucker. Hes very helpful and attentive. I was shopping for my 6 year old boy and Tucker went above and beyond to help. When he wasnt around, several other employees came and checked on us as well.

Great selection without having to go to marshall or shreveport for western wear. They have everything here.

Always pricy, but never disappointed! Great location! I wouldnt suggest buying jewelry though, has turned My skin green quicker the fast food service 😅

I enjoyed shopping here with my boyfriend when he was looking for work boots. He ended up buying some really nice work boots and they lasted him a really long time in the oil field. Even with rain, sand storms, etc. The customer service was great I can’t remember the name of the associate that helped us but he was young and sweet. He made us feel welcome and he gave great advice on boots.

Had to ask for help, actually when we walked in the girl at the register didnt acknowledge us. We were the only people in the store. Was looking for a certain type of boot, she finally came over. I explained what I was looking for, she had no idea. After she left I found the boot. Purchased the boots, and she was going to put them in a plastic sack. I had to ask for a boot box...since when do they put expensive boots in a plastic sack. Will not go back.

This place has a horrible I repeat HORRIBLE return policy and the staff is very immature and unhelpful they treated my mother and my husband very very poorly!! Absolutely no help on ANYTHING for either one of them and we WILL NOT BE BACK and my mom and husband has spent a ton of money there before all of these last visits to there, well their loss -- all of us will be shopping at Cavenders from now on

Manager was pretty rude, made us feel like we were bugging him cus we had questions about some of their work boots. Still purchased, but did it online. Wouldnt shop at this boot barn again.

No real work boots other than cowboy boots and Wellingtons. Oh and about 12 pair of 6 brown lace ups. Went there because they we stated to be a distributor of Thorogood boots but nah. Just a bunch variations of the same boot. Pass.

I was in there to use my birthday gift certificate the staff was only two people they were both very uneducated they were not very good salesman I had to basically find anything that I wanted it seemed to be and they were in a hurry and we were the only customers in the store the manager was not very helpful I had to get some clothes down from a mannequin that was up on the wall myself because they didnt have my size on the floor and I wasnt real happy with the Longview Boot Barn but Im going to try a different location

Good selection of boots as long as you dont wear over an 8.5 in womens. The larger sizes of the had very few choices.

Clean store and was greeted when I walked in. Only thing I disliked was the lack of selection of little girl boots. For the new year I figured theyd have more of a selection.
