Customer service is rude at best - actually had a guy hang up on me on the phone after a nope response to me asking if my parts had arrived. i did have more questions, but i will ask them elsewhere, even if i have to drive an hour farther to deal with reasonable people.

Doug is great about spending time with buyers (like me) even when I was not ready to buy. He has shared so much info and helped educate me, that when I am ready, he will be the first person I call.

Had to bring my 450X in for a warranty repair. Chris was very helpful in knowing how long it would take to complete the job. He immediately ordered the parts and as soon as they came in, they took care of it the same day. They even checked my valves and found one a little tight and went ahead and did the valve adjustment for no charge because he said they were in there anyway. Saved me from doing the adjustment when I got home. That was awesome of them to do that for me, when they didnt have to. I drove all the way from Vancouver twice, to drop off and pick up due to the poor reviews I had seen from the Portland dealerships. Im glad I drove to Longview, great service!

Pro Caliber Longview has a very knowlegable sales staff. They are not just in it for a job they are true motorcycle people who do this job because of the love for motorcycles. Doug Glidden and James Holly are two of the most accomodating sales people I know. They will go far and above to help there customers.

These guys are great. I received pushback from our local Suzuki dealers service department here in St Helens about a Service bulletin concerning my 2012 Vstroms ECU. I then contacted the guys at Longview Pro-Caliber took my information via email and told me the replacement parts would be installed- no further questions asked. Im very impressed and will buy my next bike from Pro-caliber Longview.

As a Can Am Spyder owner, Pro Caliber Motorsports of Longview is the ONLY Spyder dealership I will associate with. Their sales staff is easy to work with, will listen to my needs and will not push what they want to sell me. The service department is the best in the area - BAR NONE!!! They know what theyre doing and will do everything within their power to take care of their customer (me!). And the support staff is five star+!! There was a delay in receiving a check for a reimbursement and Jennifer went over and beyond to stay on top of the matter and kept me informed almost daily on the status of the check until the day I finally received it. I highly agree with Nathan Glidden when he says that there is no better place to go! If this were eBay, Id rate them A+++!!!

They damaged motorcycle then said they did not do it. The $ given to cover damage was another slap in the face. Will never shop there again....ever.

Was told couldnt order rear tire for bike I got one off line n now they wont change it for me sucks dont recommend them at all to any one
