This posted only 2 stars previously & Im not sure why, I had rated 5 stars! Not sure what happened... The last few times I have come in the Parts dept was quick & friendly & had exactly what I needed in stock. I also came in with a question related to my 09 Rubicon & was told to speak with the mechanic in service. He was very helpful & I had my four-wheeler running later that evening! Thank you!

But for now this is my new name.Anyway back to the review of Fun Motors:My real name is Walter and I have purchased 4 motorcycles in the last year for me and family and Fun Motors went the extra mile to put me in the Suzuki SV650 at a great price and then they delivered it to Mt. Pleasant.Easy to deal with, all pricing as promised, SV650 ready when promised.I shopped every single Motorcycle dealer within 150 miles of Mt. Pleasant and Fun Motors is absolutely is the best all around motorcycle dealer that I found.

Went in a couple days ago to look at 4wheeler. 1 other customer at parts counter. Other people sitting at desks. I hung around 4 wheelers for a few minutes. No one even acknowledged my presence or tried to help me. I have bought parts and used service dept in the past there. Prices are high and service dept is very slow to get to your needs. I won’t go there again. To many other places that actually want your business

Great service again. Last time they made a quick and made the check and repair to my bike on the trailer free. This time they made repairs in a timely manner. Cost was reasonable and the bike is running great. I will be back for future repairs as needed.

Nice shop. Friendly staff. Prices werent negotiable on newer models. We looked at a new 2017 model and came off price some, but could probably find it for a little better price elsewhere. The gunshop, however, had very competitive pricing for what they carried. Would definitely consider purchasing a firearm there.

The people working there are nice enough, but every time Ive gone there, I am always quoted a price that is way above most other places. This dealership will over charge you for just about everything. They checked out one of my motorcycles and told me it would cost about $1,600.00 and then I went to another place and they charge me about $260 for parts and labor to fix the exact same issue. This place will have you buying things you dont need. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I have been coming into Fun Motors for around 20 years. Everyone has always been super helpful and very knowledgeable about their ATV parts and ATVs. It is a GREAT family owned business and has been for MANY years!!

First time today, I went there. The man up front was nice. Me and my bud were deaf and we communicated through paper and pen which he gave us and effectively commujicated with us. He was accurate and quick. I loved the 1967 honda 450. Ill be going here for honda motorcycle parts.

Just picked up our Bennche Cowboy after dropping it off on June 29th. Today is November 2nd. Wow! I was charged for 3.5 hours of labor. I bought the Bennche in 2015. It only has 22 miles on it. The winch broke the first time it was used. I just dropped $792 to have repairs done on it. We were lied to by service department. I am not a very happy customer Randall.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They charged me nearly double the amount they had quoted on the phone, added extra fees into the invoice, and when I asked about it they couldnt be polite and just answer, they insulted me and called me names. I wont go back there for anything, ever. Such terrible customer service.

Good folks there. They will work to get you in when you need it. I would recommend this place.

Poor business first time i went there i had 3 grand of work done and they took my neons and grimlin bell said they wont do anything about it year later i gave them another chance was just an oil change 2 days and 100 miles later i had to add a quart and half of oil done with this shop both times was not satisfied wont go back

Just paid these people to basically store our boat for $280... for 2 months!-Didn’t know how long they actually “worked” on boat-said they could run diagnostic on boat... didn’t even have cable to do so!-Charged fees for items they didn’t even use on our boat-poor customer service.. never a straight answerDON’T GO HERE!!!

Why I gave a 4 star? Because this is a NO HASSLE DEALER. I would give 5 star if I could ride bikes but they have a NO RIDE policy. I do not live in the area and have only used them for parts about 10 times throughout the past 15 years working in the area. They always had or got what I needed ASAP. I have been in here to just look and see what they got about 10 times cause I like to go look at motorcycles and talk motorcycles. Ive ridden my whole life. I dont understand all the bad reviews because MY experience is just the opposite. But I dont live in the area and Im not a regular customer.When I bought my 4 wheeler from them years ago I knew what I wanted and went in and bought it. They did loose a motorcycle sale several years back because I thought I wanted a adventure bike (VStrom) and I did not get to ride one of the two he had... A month later I was in Mt Pleasant Tx working and they had a VStrom for sale. I rode it and bought it there on the spot. So yes Im a gotta touch it guy, I want to ride it or try it before I buy. Now... In the defense of this policy... I know my next bike will be another VStrom but the 1000, and I dont need to ride it to decide so with this said the day I have the money in hand (I dont finance toys) I will call and get price on a new never ridden NEW bike that may be a year or two older.Anyway here is why I like this place.Parts... They have always had what I or my company needed Everytime. They have a big selection, easy to get to out of traffic location and no hassle shopping. Come in look kick the tires get info and no pressure sales. Ive never been treated rude, but Ive NEVER been greeted either. Sometimes Ive come in, looked around and left with no one saying anything, but Im OK with that,This will be the first place I call when I have cash in hand.If I were owner... Id make sure it was a pleasant place to come into... But thats me. Anyway my experience has been ok here.

Worst shop in Longview Texas dont care about there customer only money. They have there pick of customer who they take care of first. Took a month and a half to fix front seals and a water pump. I would not recommend anyone to go to this shop.

Nice customer service got my parts that I ordered pretty fast

Replaced a recalled fuel pump.. went out 2 months later and kept the bike a month and a half only to tell me that it is indeed the fuel pump but they will not cover it again because the recall was never fully completed because we picked the bike up after it was installed and put a new fuel line on ourselves. Then after receiving a bad review from me the owner yelled go put this on Facebook too as I was picking my bike up after paying $102 for them to do absolutely nothing but keep the bike for so long. Sorry business owner and failing business

They do not keep shop repair details in order. no one tells you the same thing. our opiniin may change ince they have finally gotten our bike back to us. first we were told in friday when we toik the bike that they would check it out on tues. on thursday we had heard nothing so we called. it took them a good 30 min and return to the phone 3 times just to locate our bike. then finally the shop man came to the phone and said it would be 2 weeks min before we heard...not good. they seem to trap you then make you wait.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Had my bike for over a month for a headlight wire job and “couldn’t get to it” bc of how extremely busy they were. Every time I called they were extremely rude and unprofessional, didn’t even care when I decided to pick my bike up UNFINISHED and take it elsewhere. My teammate Kori also has had a horrible experience with this place and how they treat people. Don’t take you bikes here and tell your friends not to!

I would not recommend giving them your business. The service is horrible. Every time I have been in they have been unhelpful and sometimes downright rude. I have heard the same thing from everyone I know.

FAIR WARNINGThis shop WILL take FOREVER to perform any basic service. Not to mention the owner was beyond rude to my wife and I during our last visit over service that was performed incorrectly...

Well, I am disappointed at the service my son, husband and I have received at this shop. We, brought a bike in to have a specific type of inspection and we have been waiting from 9:30am - 2:15 pm. The people have only responded with you paid and just have to wait till we can get it done.

Worst service ever! My bike should have been fixed in 1 week..after calling multiple times it was ready after a month. To top it off...it still was not fixed!

Have had poor service from this dealership for 20 years . I always travel out of town to purchase motorcycles rather than endure the customer service. Use them only as a last resort for parts.

Will never go back here, not even to return the wrong parts I received. The man helping us had the worst attitude ever and was rude when asked a single question. Specifically told him what we needed and he STILL gave us the wrong part. Dirty Deeds now has my business.

Maintenance guy performed extra maintenance that had already been done a week ago and charged for services not completed when I sent my wife to pick up the bike. I will not be back.
