We had a GREAT experience today! We called this morning and Dirty Deeds had a jet ski, which we haven’t been able to find. We made the trip from out of town and these guys were wonderful to work with. The salesman and manager made the buying experience great and the service team was very knowledgeable. We can’t wait to put it in the water!

It was a totally different experience here. Juan understood what I wanted and got a great price. It wasnt discounting $1,000 for military, etc and then adding $1,500 back, it was actually a discount. If people in the Marshall area find out they can save hundreds or more, there wont be a Polaris dealer in Marshall any more.No high pressure sales, no BS. If youre shopping around, you have to give these guys a shot, especially Juan. In my opinion, if sales is not trying to rip you off, it likely goes up to management as well. Dont get the factory discount stolen from you by going to places that use such a practice.

Read the reviews before having any work done there... cant speak on the other services they offer... their service dept. Is literally a joke...I rode my bike in there about 8 months ago needing a stator.. bike sit there for 8 months and not once did they contact me.. went and picked my bike up and had to push it off(with a broken mirror, cracked plastics, and still needing a stator) dirty deeds owned up to the name.. never ever ever again...... never will I go back there...

Under past management, we had a very horrible experience at Dirty Deeds. The NEW management staff at this place is VERY AWESOME!! They are very professional, do anything to go above & beyond to satisfy their customers. Corey (service manager) has done nothing but please us when our bikes needed fixed or add-ons. This place has changed tremendously! I highly recommend their service department, parts department, and their mechanics are very knowledgeable. My favorite part about this new management is their HONESTY!!

They saved me thousands if dollars! Mostly because I went to buy a motorcycle and nobody bothered to speak to me. I walked around the showroom floor looking for a motorcycle their web site said was in inventory but it wasnt anywhere to be seen nor was anything like it. Every employee had their head down playing with their cell phone. One looked up and made eye contact and immediately went back to his phone without speaking. I;ll be purchaing my new Voyager somewhere else.

The single worst service department I have ever experienced. Dropped my jetski off for a simple diagnostic, waited 2 weeks and never heard back. I called once a week for the next 3 weeks and was always told I would get a call back shortly but never did. Around the 2 month mark I showed up in person to inquire, nothing new. I opted to take it home with me. I had to go to their remote warehouse to retrieve it. It was inside with the hood removed, covered in trash from the mechanic. I cleaned it off while he put it back together so I could take it. I 100% would NOT take any vehicle to this place again. 2 months wasted and nothing diagnosed. Zero customer service and zero respect for your vehicle.

I would recommend staying clear of the folks. We ordered our sons helmet through them and was told it would be in on Tuesday. No call from them waited till Thursday to call them. After being on hold for about 15 minutes the parts guy came on. Could not find my order and didnt see it on the computer. He took my name and number and said he would call me back in a few minutes to let me know what was going on. After waiting almost 3 hours I called back. He said he just got off the phone with the rep and it was in Texas and would be in the next day. Call back the next day in the afternoon around 3 on hold again for almost 20 min this time and parts still never picked up. Someone else come on and said that they got a shipment in and didnt see it on the computer but would go check to see if it was there. Then never got a call back. We finally called and cancelled the order and just will get the helmet online ourselves. They truly need to get some employees that know how to take care of people and can do there job. I would recommend no one go into this store to order or buy anything. Horrible customer service.

I DON’T recommend going here. I had a very poor experience with the work edict and the service department ran by Corey. They were very defensive when Questions were asked and very unprofessional about the situation and handling it. You can get much better work, much faster for a better price alternative places.

Kinda new at the big jacked up side by side mudding scene. Due to inexperience of putting aftermarket tires, wheels, accessories, ect I thought I was going to have to go to Sabine ATV Park with a stock new defender. Called Dirty Deeds & spoke with Corey, he insisted that he could have my bike ready before the ride & he delivered. Also, popped in to check on the progress the mechanic was very meticulous with all my new parts he was adding onto the bike. They also jumped on putting my sound system on before closing. I have had a bad experience with prior management at this place BUT Corey and his team have gone out of their way in the last 2 days to get me to the park with everything completed on my bike. This place has got our business on our bikes from this point forward!!

Service center is horrible. Called the day before and set up a simple tube in a dirtbike tire appointment. I showed up extra early and dropped the tire of with them to be repaired. I return three hrs later to see the tire has never even moved from the spot I placed it in. Nobody knew anything about it. The only offer I got for my complete waste of time was the tube for free. If I had the equipment to do this job I wouldnt have even came in. Then Im told maybe a tire shop can do it for you. Wow!!!!

My wife and I walked in a few weeks back because I was interested in a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom. The two salesmen (kids) I spoke to didnt even know what it was and had to look it up. After consulting a computer screen they told me they could order it but that does nothing for me in regards to me sitting on it and getting a feel for the bike.Considering the place is staffed by people who dont know whats going on I doubt Ill be back.

Not a place you need to have service done. Service department is a complete and utter cluster***. Took our new Can Am Defender in to have a light bar installed. LONG story short the install took 5 weeks, it did not work when they delivered it and to add insult to injury our draw bar and ball was missing out of the hitch. No one seems to be able to find it and NO ONE seems interested in getting back to us about replacing it. Please, please, please look to another service department if you need something done. I was only able to give them one star because zero stars isnt an option.

Would not recommend!!!!!!If you are looking to take your bike or four wheeler in to be FIXED please dont bring it here you will have to wait more than 2 months to get it back. Im actually on my way to go pick ours up after 2 monthspart is still not in not fixed after this long that we have waited. Their service department is a joke. I took my Ranger to them to have repairs and service done. They were supposed to do a tune up, repair a tie rod end, and change fluids. I was told it would be ready at the end of the week. Well, being generous and forgetful I let about 2 weeks go by before I called them. When I called, they had only done the tune up and while changing the fluids they discovered that my rear differential needed to be replaced or rebuilt. I told them I’d rather replace it so they set out to find the parts. It took a couple of weeks to get the part it(I had to call for a status update). They started working on it all to find that they had ordered the front differential instead of the rear differential( I had to call them, again). After they figured out they ordered the wrong part and reordered the right part, I had to call them a couple weeks later once again, to find out that the part was on back order and they couldn’t get it. In total they had my Ranger 3 1/2 months for a tune up and tie rod end repair. They suffer from a severe lack of communication with their customers and completing jobs in a timely manner. I took my Ranger to H&W in Marshall, there will be another review for them.

I purchased two 2020 Seadoo GTI SE 170 and trailer from this dealership solely based on price on 18 March 2020. At first everything seemed fine, had my USAA bank send them a certified check to have everything ready for when I arrived. I drove 4 hours from Fort Hood to their dealership with the understanding everything will be ready to go. This was not the case, waited hours to purchase the jetskis. At this point I should have walked away but I really wanted the jetskis. First the jetskis were wet so identifying all the scratches, rubs, and marks were almost impossible. The trailer looked used, there were deep cuts and rust spots. This really bothered me since I stated this based on the picture they sent me the trailer doesnt look new. They reassured me it was but was stacked on the bottom and has a tendency of being slightly damaged. Im all about the fit and finish of new things I purchased. However, I made a deal to keep the current trailer since they said they wouldnt be able to get me another one until tomorrow. This was the first lie since they had a few available in their warehouse a few miles away. They reimbursed me the cost of the jetski covers and gave me an additional 2 keys. Is this sufficient, no but I didnt want to drive back the next day. I noticed they didnt provide tie down straps for the back on the jetskis to the trailer and stated I didnt need them. In fact anyone who tows knows you do so I picked up some prior to heading home. When I got home, the very next day we cleaned the jetskis and noticed the scratches, rubs, etc. The mirror was not screwed down on the blue one and the side plastic was about to fall off. These were easy fixes but if shows the attention to detail when putting these together from the crate. At least do a quality control look over before selling them. This is nothing compared to how they process the titles and registrations. Today is 23 June 2020 and Im still trying to get the titles/registrations. They sent the paperwork to the wrong office. They told me they sent it to the Austin TPWD office but it went to Tyler TPW is why the Austins office kept saying they never received the title and registration application. Now that is resolved I was notified by the program manager today that-I have confirmed with the Tyler Law Enforcement field office that the dealership, Dirty Deeds Powersports, picked up the Certificate of Number ID Card and decals associated with the registration for each of your jet skis.  If you have not received them from the dealership, please follow up with them directly.Contacted the dealership and their response is they dont have the ID cards or registration decals. REALLY! They asked me to forward the email and once again its a waiting game. I will never do business with this dealership again or recommend it to anyone. I have been on hold for more than 30 mins a few times, hung up on, and etc. Their customer service is the worst Ive ever dealt with. Read the reviews prior to doing business here, it will save you a headache.

Bought a bike cash money brand new. Never got the title. Tried to call about haveing parts installed a couple simple questions and got transferred to the wrong dept. 3 times were ultimately I wanted on the phone over 30 mins before hanging up. This is how you loose business.

Took my sons 50cc rear wheel in to have a tube change performed on Wednesday. The service lady tells me they cant get to it right a way because the service Techs are out to lunch but it would be done later in the afternoon. Ok no problem I will just pick it up tomorrow when Im back in Longview as I live almost an hour away and will be back in the area tomorrow for other business. She said ok we will call you as soon as its ready. Thursday comes and no call so I call them not once but 3 times on hold over 10min each and no response on whether its ready. So I decided to make the trek up there anyway. And of course the wheel is still sitting in front of the service desk where I left it. Unfortunately there arent many choices for buying or repairing ATVs in Longview I havent had much luck with Fun Motors either. I guess I will start going to Tyler or Marshall for sales and service.....please check reviews before buying or taking anything to these people.

So I had my dad take my bike in to get new tires put in and a new rear rim. This was back in March. Still waiting. Call up there to get an update all you get is the run around and bunch of BS. That’s if the service counter even answers the phone. Had to order a new throttle cable that took 2 months to come in and then the mechanic/tech breaks the cable that was the end of May. I will never recommend Dirty Deeds Powersports to anyone if I do I’ll tell them to run.

They got my side by side in and fixed up for a reasonable fee. They were about 10 days out on service but I wasnt in a hurry so it was all good. Time will tell if the things they did fixed it completely, but for now I say they did a great job.Follow up. They fixed my issues. No more problems.

I have brought my bike to them twice for service. Both times I had a very bad experience. The last time (recently) I took my bike here, dropped it off for new tires and oil change. I pick it up with my brakes leaking and completely not working. I show this to the service manager who tells me it was brought in that way. Thats incorrect. I requested the GM to get involved. He backed the Service Manager. After keeping my bike 2 more months because they continued to order the wrong part; a few hundred dollars later; Ive learned my lesson and will no longer uses this place. Pitiful service department.

I took my kids 4 wheeler (250) in for new tires (i requested 4 factory type tires, a new shock, and repair a fuel leak on the gas line from the fuel tank to the carburetor). After 2 months, I went to pick it up. It NOW has a busted carburetor that leaks if the motor isnt running, 4 aggressive tractor tires that will shake the 4 wheeler as if riding on a washboard. I was impressed that the shock was the correct size. I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS AGAIN! Highly recommend going somewhere else! All this cost over $700..

The guy that attempted to help me was nice, but I couldnt get past the prices. I was looking to buy a Gravely mower, and in any attempt to bargain, they were still 10-20% higher than anybody else. I was set on buying a mower that day (Saturday was the only day I could get off to buy one), and left empty-handed because I refuse to overpay that much for the mower.

They never communicated about my moped. They did work on it without asking. They never called me before starting any work, even though I requested it. My moped came in just for a SAFETY INSPECTION, and everything was in working order for the inspection when it arrived. They didnt believe me, however, and insisted on keeping it and looking at the horn. The horn is not required for a pass on a 49cc moped. I should have backed away then.I allowed them to keep it. They fixed the horn without asking me and suddenly it wont turn on.... The declare it had major electrical issues. This thing isnt that complex, electrically. They never called and said it was ready to pick up. After two months, I got it out of there. At least they didnt charge me labor. However, they did manage to break a brand new handlebar mirror.Maybe if you have a 4x4 they know what they are doing, Or communicate with you, Or tell if they are or are not aware of state regulations, or apologize if they return what had been a functional vehicle to you as non functional. Really displeased with my service experience at Dirty Deeds. I wont be returning or recommending them to anyone else.

Just wanted to write a quick review on Dirty Deeds. I just want to thank everyone at Dirty Deeds but most of all Eric Dear and Sophia. Eric posted a 2019 Polaris Ranger 1000 crew that just got there on Facebook and within a hour I was there and bought it. They made it easy and a quick process. I also, bought a 2018 Ranger 150. If anyone needs a toy Dirty Deeds is the place to go.

New owners have not been able to develop a good service department IMO. Dirty Deeds might be their motto? They dropped my son’s spotless Zx6r 636 motorcycle while it was in for service and did several hundred dollars of superficial damage to it. Broke the left foot peg, scratches in several places including left mirror, brand new bar end and lever (just installed before dropping off) and they actually tried to return it without saying anything. Dirty Deeds indeed. They first denied then the boss came and said “IF” we did something we will reimburse for the replacements. They made it virtually impossible to get anything done by being vague and uninterested. Like they didn’t believe it was their fault.I used to love this place before it was Dirty Deeds. Tony, the previous owner, was a man of great class and good business. I bought several bikes from him, new and used. Now... that’s ruined.

We are from out of town and broke our rear axles at Barnwell. Called the dealer in Tyler and they said they had them in stock but couldn’t work on it for a week. When we got there we were told they didn’t have any in stock . Called Dirty Deeds and told me they could help me out and had them in stock and might be able to work on it today. As soon as we got there they had the parts at the front desk and the service department could squeeze us in. They started working on it as soon as we unloaded and were done in about a hour . Anytime we are in the area we will be coming back to Dirty Deeds.

Advertised a Polaris 150 with 7 miles on it on Facebook. Called twice before driving 3 hours to dealership and was told machine was like new. When I got to dealership, it had 48 hours, the front wheel had been bent severely out of alignment, it wouldnt start, and I was told the brake fluid had been replaced because prior owner had boiled all the fluid out. Story changed while I was standing with manager and Drew. Bottom line - beware. I left without a purchase even after the drive because I couldnt trust the dealer.

If I could give no stars I would. Unprofessional, and didnt know if my 4-wheeler is getting worked on or not (called every week; they had it for almost 2 months). Additionally, pretty sure they charged me for work that wasn’t done. $500+ later and it still has the same issue it had before I took it in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

A friend left her moped to be inspected; not only did they fail her inspection, but they held her moped for nearly two months while repairing it. In reality, they replaced a single bulb and screwed up the wiring so badly it wont even start now - and this was AFTER being told not to touch the wiring at all!They dont know how to perform state inspections, dont know how to work on vehicles, and dont fix their mistakes. I would rate negative stars if I could, because the moped is worse off than when it started!

I would highly recommend not to buy a atv/utv from here . my wife and I have recently bought a used sxs here, also was told it was ride ready . come to find out a week later they never decided to check out the sxs before selling it to us! how do we know cause it had the wrong brake lines on the unit which is a big safety issue as they went out on us while riding it . luckily I wasnt going fast when they did. then the battery went dead along with starter motor and all the relays you can think of, also the one they wired up wrong to my turbo. so we bought this sxs 5 months ago and only had it for 2 weeks when everything went wrong . it has been the worst experience I have ever had . they never know the answer for anything in the service department . we have been very patient with this dealer but we cant it anymore cause they still have are sxs ! we are feed up with this place. we have tired to ask for the return policy but they wouldnt give it to us because they dont have one . so I had decided to call around to see if they where suppose to have one. come to find out one place in Marshall said by law they have to give us one . which I do not know if its true . from are experience I would say do not buy from here absolutely a joke !

I went here on 11/17/18 and told the sales lady (Crystal) I wanted to purchase a New Mule Trans 4010 4x4. She wasn’t knowledgeable about the product at all and didn’t even know the MSRP. They only one they had at the store was red and she said they had a warehouse just down the road and could see what they had there. She went inside to get prices and came back and told me the price and then told me they had a 2013 with a bad clutch and all of a sudden someone was driving it around to the front of the building. She said I think you will like it. I explained to her I wasn’t interested in it. She said her sales manager was going to the warehouse and asked for my telephone number to call me when he returned to let me know what they had. I gave it to her but was wondering why I wasn’t just asked to wait a few minutes for him to return and let me know. Well it is know 11/21/18 and I never heard back from Crystal or anyone else from Dirty Deed’s Powersports so I went today and bought a new one from a great place called Outdoor Powersports in Gainesville, Texas so thanks Crystal and Dirty Deeds Powersports for not wanting to sell a NEW side by side because I was able to meet some great people that were interested in doing so.

The work was completed, which is about the only positive thing I can say about my experience here. I had the fork seals replaced on my Honda Shadow, and while the fork seals are indeed replaced, my experience was not a pleasant one. I ordered the parts needed for the work, but they took more than twice as long to get there as promised (three weeks instead of the one and a half tops I was originally told). Despite this significant delay, I was not contacted to be made aware of it, but had to repeatedly call in order to find out what the status was. After I was promised that the parts would be there over a weekend, I dropped my motorcyle off for the work, planning to pick it up early the next week (my motorcyle is my only transportation, so a quick turnaround was important to me). Yet again, work was delayed and I was not notified. The work did not get done until a full week later, causing me to lack transportation which I was counting on for daily life during that time. Finally, I was charged for a full hour of shop labor above the estimate, with no explanation or apology for the horrendous communication and lack of timely service.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Husband ordered a part & I went by to pick up. 2 customers being waited on - no big deal but 4 salesmen were waiting on 2 people! Salesmen never made eye contact or said they would be with me shortly. Another gentleman in line ahead of me was getting perturbed about not being waited on either. Finally, it was my turn - no one ever said can I help you as I am walking up to the counter. I said Im picking up a part & the name its under. He looks at me like I have 5 heads! I tell him what the part is. Another salesman said its in the bin back there. A few minutes pass & I was beginning to think I was supposed to go behind the counter & get it myself. Finally, he goes back & brings it. No one ever said Thank you. Sorry you had to wait. We appreciate your business. Or have a nice freakin day! I will never grace their doors again.Thankfully, we did not purchase our RZR from them!

Was in the market for a new sportsman now mind you I live in Baytown TX and no dealer in the houston area and surrounding wouldnt even attempt to come close to the price I was quoted by dirty deeds so when the time came I drove 3.5 hrs. From my house to pick up my new sportsman dirty deeds pulled no punches the bike was serviced and ready to load and all the paperwork was ready as well 10 min in and out of finance dirty deeds will be the first call i make when in the market for another atv/utv...

Not sure why my original review is gone. Anway, our experience at this place was frustrating. We took our Ranger there multiple times for a no-start issue and after a couple thousand dollars and parts basically being thrown on without really diagnosing the problem we finally just gave up. Even though it was a come-back repair each time, we were still charged for labor again and again. Not sure about their sales department, but their service department could use improvement.

Terrible. Would not install a new tire on my rim i brought to them. They said cause i didnt buy the tire there. Drove down to honda and they had no problem. Honda got my money for labor and inner tube. Yamaha would put in a new inner tube if i had the new tire put on some where else. That doesnt make sense. I will not go here again

Employees never seem to be in a rush to serve a customer. One of the employees actually used some unessary profanity at the counter to one of his co-workers. Quite frankly ebay and Amazon are the only places I can even possibly get any parts from because dirty deeds powersports never has any of the basic parts in stock. What powersports store doesnt carry chain adjustment bolts? Luckily I found some at Lowes so that I could hit the track the next day. If you need something done right and youre in a rush, this is not the place for you.

The manager sucks the employees are cool but being as they are under the managers rules they are sketchy about every little move they make.... Plus they sell parts out the back door as a website called cyclepartswarehouse thats why they never have anything in stock...
