There is a problem with checking out literally every time I go in. Which is too bad. Used to love KS but it’s not worth my sanity anymore. They’re not good for a vegetarian diet either. :( I usually have to go to another store after to get meat substitutes.

The ONLY reason I am giving this store a 5 star is because of Emilio & Riley. These boys went above and beyond helping me check out later in the evening after their landed closed they were so sweet and helpful informative with the online shopping tool and even helped me bag and walk my groceries out to my car. Sometimes all you need is good customer skills from your employees to keep your good customers this is pretty much what happened for me tonight shout out to Emilio and Riley the other employees should follow their lead!

Water all over the restroom floor. Paper towel dispenser doesnt work. One of the toilets clogged. This place needs to be condemned.

This is my least favorite King Soopers in the Longmont area because of many of the employees dont wear masks and no one enforces their mask policy. It is also the busiest store in the area, so its even more important that they enforce mask wearing. If you want to get sick, go shop here.

I just want to make people aware that this store has more than a few people test positive for covid-19. I will not be outing anyone as it is the stores responsibility to handle a situation like this. I use to be an assistant store manager and still talk to almost all the employees. Why the store manager robert doesnt care about his employees safety or the safety of his customer Im not sure but I have personal work with Robert before and his laziness has always amazed me.

They sell candles that celebrate the patron saint of drug smugglers. Theres a better way to turn a dime than this.

This place is terrible at enforcing the mask rule. Big sign right in the doorway and a manager on the intercom constantly telling people masks are mandatory, but dont worry they dont inforce it. Guy working in deli, no gloves, no mask. Pretty funny but they are great at sending emails saying how they are making masks mandatory, not at this store!!

The store overall 4/5☆.This review is for the Deli department. Was told straight up that they werent going to do their jobs when asked to make a deli sandwich. I understand the department has regulations it must abide by, and the union in their department makes it hard to reprimand. There was no line and 2 workers doing prep work. A sandwich takes 5 minutes, the materials for the sandwich were already prepped. We love those sandwiches which are currently on special. It is just insane to be told I dont feel like doing that and then expecting the customer to just leave. Very unwelcoming and a marring smear on this King Soopers. They are consistently unprofessional as a direct result of overworking/understaffing and having a lot of labour to get to. I am not unempathetic, and we would have been willing to wait for delicious sandwiches you make in house. Very disappointed in the Deli Department today.

Jackie the lady who works the front end ... Amazing customer service ...I was waiting to speak to her regarding a special order. As I watched and waited for my turn to speak to her I noticed there she was very graceful and are all pressures And being bombarded by questions from her fellow associates and customers he was graceful poised and very attentive to it each and every person’s questions and or issues..She really is my faith in customer service which I feel is been lost for a long time thank you Jackie for all you do

Used to love this place cause everyone leaves you alone, people want to get in and get out at this location. Always had a great selection (before stocks got crazy from the world situation, which can’t be helped), friendly staff, things are in places that make sense.Ever since the pandemic, though, it’s an unpleasant mess. Stop letting selfish entitled people in who don’t wear the masks that are required by our county to wear in public.

BEWARE!!! The sale they have always had that allows you to mix and match certain sale items ($1.99 each, but if you buy 5, the price goes down to 99 cents each) no longer lets you mix and match! Now (for example) you must buy 3 bags of Lays to get the cheaper price instead of buying 1 bag of Lays, 1 bag of Goldfish and 1 bag of cookies. It nailed me good last week.

I try to only shop at King Soopers for all my shopping. Dont forget your club card from City Market, Ralphs, Smiths and Krogers works. From Colorado, I was able to use my gas points at a Smiths in Las Vegas, NV. It just seems comfortable to go into any of the family of stores!

Even though this King Soopers is the closest one to where I live, Ive stopped going here. I now go to the one at Pace. The people there are much friendlier. Ive heard the same thing from neighbors.

I got a lot of help on my visit. I had to ask a few different people about product pricing, and each time I received a prompt and helpful answer that helped me save money while purchasing a lot of meal staples to get my month started. Two of them were teenagers, and I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy they displayed.

Very warm friendly atmosphere & very fair pricing as well! Well stocked with top quality products. I am a satisfied customer and wont regret shopping here regularly!

Lots of self checkouts! Which keeps the line moving fast and to a minimum. Other than that, its honestly just your typical and ever so average King Soopers location.

The staff in all categories in the store are amazing.... pleasant, helpful, very knowledgeable about the items on sale, and digital sales, sure helped me understand the process!! Love the smiles as well!

In and out quickly during early hours. While masks are required, many customers didnt maintain 6 distance.

They have competitive fuel prices and I can use my points also.

They are 4 people wasting time at self checkout and there’s big line at checkout, there’s only one lady at checkout

This is one of the older stores in town. They have a loyalty card which is great for saving on gas. They also have there own gas station. It has a check cashing service, which can be quite annoying at times because it’s a long process. They generally only have one person at the service counter.

Why do you have drink coolers of you hardly ever stock them? 2 weeks no cold Arizona green tea. But fully stocked in the warm drinks.. you lost a customer. Peace

Good store. I got a money order, and 2 boxes of tea. It was really fast. I paid2.50 for the tea, and under a$1 for the Money order. It was Really busy everyone was gearing up for the Broncos game.

This is an older King Soopers but it is kept up very well. The small, red-bricked entrance really takes me back to my childhood when all the King Soopers stores were like that. Love the nostalgia. They could use some more self checkout lanes. That seems to be the fastest way to check out anymore.

It is one of the oldest King Soopers stores I have been in, but still is okay. Not great, but okay. Most of the time we go to the larger locations for a broader selection. Bright, clean and organized for the space they have.

Always good. Everyone knows me and smiles, asks how I am, and is VERY helpful. We were all wishing each other a Happy Valentines Day. Fast checkout.

I love this store but this experience was not the best. First the store associate was rude when i asked for help to get a top shelf item that actually judt walked away from them. Also at check out there was no communication.

The lady at self checkout kept messing up... Didnt let me scan my coupons.. had me pay for groceries to go stand in line at he customer service to cash in my coupons on purchased items...10 minutes in line ... Theyre (2 customer service people ) dealing with western union customers. ..I still didnt get my coupons cashed in.. THIS PLACE SUCKS.

The woman with the purple hair wanted to card me at checkout when the woman who is buying the beer that I was with is 50. Also Im 28 but Im visiting and my ID is still in my bag from our flight. If I was 16 with my mother she would have let us buy it? She was rude and it was uncalled for. Had no problem at the liquor store

Good common store to shop at, nothing too special about it. Staff are super friendly, my favorite check out clerk is Neil. He was pretty timid the first couple of times I met him. He has overcome his fear, like most of us have experienced.

Great place for all your groceries and household goods! Prices are very reasonable! This store is never extremely crowded, especially when compared with most other grocery stores! Lots of parking too! Ive never had to fight for a spot or walk far too enter!

Thank you King Soopers / Koger. For bring ib the Dots Homestyle Pretzels! I love them, they are delishious!little salty, a little spicy, perfectly seasons treats! I ran accross these in the freezer aisle, hopefylly folks will find them and try. Move them into chips ailse! The new check out system seems more complicated than having a checker check you out. Maybe I just need to get used to it. Id like to think it will save me money, but it just like they said about checking your self out. It takes you longer and causes some one not to have a job and the same thing go about loading your own groceries. The prices still keep going up. Whatever? So the rich get richer!

I can usually find everything Im looking for here. They have about 6 self-checkout lanes, which is very helpful given how busy this store is. The store is pretty clean and the staff are friendly & helpful.

Love the new scanners!! Im in and out so quick. As i breeze past all those people waiting, i wonder why theyre not using it.

Its a King Soopers. Actually the building itself seems like an older store that got converted.personally not my favorite, locally,but its very well located and awfully convenient.This particular store is well stocked, but i wish it would upgrade to include a Murrays Chessee Shop. Going farther and turning it into a Marketplace store would compete more directly with the nearby Wal-Mart, too. That could be interesting.Overall itsfine, no more no less.

Store was great but many digital coupons did t work. I was told I needed to add them at least an hour or so before shopping. Store advertisements make it seem like install app load coupons and it works.

I was surprised with the behavior of the cashier. He seemed to be struggling to run the register gave a heavy sigh and looked annoyed because I had a watermelon in the bottom basket of a smaller cart.🤨 He proceeded to bend down and scan it with the hand held, did not greet me, never looked at me. I bagged my own groceries, never thanking or acknowledging me one time!! Handed me my receipt and off I went! I was going to stop at customer service, no one was standing there, thought to my self it wasnt meant to be that I should mention such strange behavior. He seemed tired and not really wanting to be there, the whole store had that feel...🙄 I always shop at the Loveland store.....

This might be my least favorite King Soopers. It feels fairly dirty inside and the later you go here at night, the sketchier the parking lot feels. I like how this is close to my house.... perhaps that is its only redeeming quality.

Ive always had a good experience at King Sooper I need I need to use one of those electric carts and theres usually one there if not I wait a few minutes and one shows up very good selection very good deli department. They have pick up service if you call ahead and place your order you can pick it up right in front of the store. As far as I know theres no fee for this service

Great selection and always a clean store. Produce section always seems a little lacking on fruit variety, but the remainder of the selection is excellent!

My local King Soopers has a good portion of my grocery shopping business theres a few things cheaper in other stores but grocery needs I generally shop Krogers no matter where I go

Id prefer going to the others. But this one is closer. Its a smaller store, older, the ghetto-luxury of King Soopers. Wish the company would put some money into the store and renovate it.Their gas stations pay at the pump never works any more either.People who work there are friendly enough. Sometimes the store layout makes me have to cover the store end to end to get just a few items, but they probably do that on purpose. Checkout is usually fairly fast.

I love the manager on duty tonight. She is amazing. Her name is Morgan Metcalf. I only have problems when I use my wic. She makes the store very happy.

An older, crowded grocery store in a very car-oriented area of town (parking lot was a zoo, glad I didnt attempt to drive there!) Same good King Soopers selection and nice staff though.

This is our go-to grocery store for my family and has everything we need. However it doesnt feel has comfortable or have nearly as good a atmosphere as our local Safeway.

Everything here is easy to find. There pharmacy can be a little rough at times calling your doctors office for renewed prescriptions and such, not having your medication ready when you called 2 days in advance to ask them to plrase have it ready.

Coolest grocery shopping experience ever. There was lions and dragons and seafood.

It was good, really busy, was able to get in and out fairly quickly.

This King Soopers is decent 4 the hand theyve been given dealt. And what I mean by that is that it has not been upgraded in the way that many King Soopers have, so as to include a full cheese section, and a more extensive deli selection, along with a bulk item section of any kind. and perhaps thats just a function of the space that they have in this location, but either way not being able to walk in and peruse the sub-$5 cheese bin is always a bummer when the big red letters on the outside read King Soopers.And thats not to say that every King Soopers that has a big cheese selection would automatically get four or five stars. There are plenty of large King Soopers locations that dont feel nearly as welcoming as my new local, and thats very important. Its actually only really occurring to me right now is Im riding it out, but that sense of feeling welcome in a grocery store is like way Major league pivotal.Yeah, I think of the stores that have been where Ive had my most negative grocery shopping experiences and they are always a place where I dont feel welcome for one reason or another, be it the guests or the employees or the layout of the store or whatever it may be in general. And I know that this is different for everyone.I abhor and entirely eschew whole foods. I think the very idea that they label their store with that name Force many people to think that they can only find whole food at that chain. And many of the people who swear by shopping there are particularly insufferable. So I avoid it at all costs, but thats not because Ive had any specifically negative experiences within a whole foods grocery store. Ive never actually set foot in one.I have however shopped many times at different co-op grocery stores and specialty boutique grocery stores I guess you could call them, in different locations throughout the United States. Many of those lack that welcoming feeling as well.and I dont think this is some sort of counterculture separation, because typically in those sorts of places the atmosphere could be described colloquially as crunchy.Although I am a giant, obese, white, CIS gendered gorilla-man, I am also fairly crunchy to the core. But as my father taught me all those many years ago I fly my freak flag in my heart. That way the man doesnt have a chance to get involved.Even still, in many of these smaller grocery stores I just dont feel comfortable. I dont feel welcome. I dont feel like the staff want me there. I dont feel like the other shoppers are happy to have another person in their midst.This King Soopers location makes me feel welcome. I dont know if its the smiling faces of the employees that work there, who managed to keep and upbeat and friendly attitude even though they have one of the more difficult jobs in our society, and by that Im specifically talking about dealing with people who are rushing in to obtain sustenance, and may well be hangry.The folks at this King Soopers are always friendly, they always have big smiles on their faces but not in a saccharine-sweet way that makes me feel like theyre being tasered if they dont comply. They always seem happy to see me, no matter who it is working there. And I think thats less about my amazingly awesome and sunny gregarious effusive personality, or my extremely gorgeous and beautiful countenance, or my palpable humility, I think its just because theyre good people and maybe the grandmaster of this particular location happens to be a super decent human being.Whatever the case may be, I never hesitate to dip in for the bare necessities, and I always feel welcome when I do.Hopefully they Brie-ng in the cheese monger soon, as it would surely be Gouda for business. Considering the demographic that this King Soopers serves, I think they do a wonderful job. Hats off to them!

I stopped at this king soopers to use the restroom. While in the stall I saw smoke coming from the next stall, and having dealt with a loved one using heroin before, immediately recognized the smell. I came out of the stall and waited for that person to come out of their stall and it was an employee. He saw the look on my face and quickly exited the restroom. I washed my hands then went to the front of the store and asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasnt one. I told the person that told me there was no manager what had happened and she turned and started yelling for somebody named shaun.This guy walked up and said he was the store manager, no name tag or anything to indicate he was an employee, and I told him what had happened. At this time, the employee who was using heroin in the bathroom approached myself and shawn and started denying it. I called him a liar and left. I returned to speak to sean again and he told me that it is impossible, hes known joey so long and knows he would never do that. Well I knew somebody a long time also and they killed themselves with heroin. I have 5 children and Im thankful that it was not one of them that had to breathe that. I really hope this gets dealt with and joey gets help before he kills himselfand that the store manager learns to put his customers before personal relationships with his employees.

It worked out nicely to park the 30-foot Class C RV in the roomy parking lot, buy a few groceries, then fill the RV with a 30-cent fuel discount.

This is the best King Soopers in Longmont! Always clean, freshly stocked, people are so helpful and friendly here! I dont care if its not the newest nor remodeled, I LOVE THIS KING SOOPERS!!!

We trade here for medications, fuel and groceries; this store is in our neighborhood and it has very good produce, bakery and deli. We do not buy meat or fish at the market - or pet supplies.
