Every time I shop at this store, it is organized, clean and staffed by employees who are helpful and friendly, regardless of if it’s 6am, 10pm, or any time in between.And the best part about this store is Shane! I would shop here even if I lived hours away if I knew Shane was on duty. Super sweet, just the best!

A standard Safeway. Has a decent beer selection with some local stuff.Got a spicy chicken sandwich from their deli, was pretty good, comparable to Wendy’s, maybe not worth the $5, but a good snack.

Rain, from delivery and pickup department, is the best. She’s always kind and friendly on the phone and makes the process of getting my groceries easy for me every single week. Go rain!

Helpful staff. Fully stocked. I might start driving 30 min outta my way to come here. Better than the one in my hometown!! Worth it!

Its quite the congenial store actually. The staff are always friendly and get to know you after a few times being in. Their products are what youd expect but the location is superb.I wouldnt not walk in to cash any sort of check, their fees are exorbitant but for day to day shopping, absolutely. Check out their deli for pasta salad and more, always super fresh.

Terrible. Not 1 cart when I got in the store. Walk to the other side... no carts. Go to the parking lot. Cart stalls were empty. A lady was coming out the store with a cart so I helped her put her groceries in her car so I can have her cart. Go back in, still, no carts for the next person. Stop watched the the guy at the meat counter cuz he was so slow and there was 2 people ahead of me. It took him just short of 3 minutes to grab 1lb of shrimp and wrap it up and place it on the counter. Ill stop now. I guess I was lucky that people even showed up to work. Ill stick to my Loveland Safeway

My mom had her purse stolen in here today and nobody did anything, guy got away. Seriously this is insane, doesnt this place watch for suspicious people and have any preventative measures in place? To the elderly shopping here- Beware you could be next.

Always clean and stocked and never very busy. There produce is fresh but for some reason i always get bad sour fruits here. They have 15 check out lines but only up 1 or 2 are open for short periods since they put in the self checkout. To be fair if they see more than 5 people in line they open another as soon as they can. Its not as bad as Walmart is but its getting that way.

Please offer more organic food, not just produce. Glyphosate is in almost all non-organic food and is absolute poison for people.

Prices are a bit high...but it is Colorado so everything and everyone is high. Regardless...it is close to my house and I grill every night and it gives me some good eats. That is why I am a chunk!

Lychees, Jackfruit, and Large avocados! Prices are a bit high on some items but less crowded and some neat treasures await. I bought a 17lb jackfruit thinking it was a spikey watermelon like we had in Nam, but nope. It had meat fruit! I made some tacos from it and how divine. I also love their avocados. I ate so many I tuned into one. Thank you Safeway. I feel safe.

They don’t make people put masks on before coming into the store. If it’s store policy, you can tell people to leave and have them escorted out by police if they refuse. If it’s not store policy, then it’s still a really bad look. Clearly, management here doesn’t care about public health/safety.

Smaller than other area grocery stores, it doesnt have some of the fancier items, but Im always able to get the basics I stop in for.

That were gracious towards me when I showed an hour before close to dash around tryin to get a 🦘 jump on the weekend oh yeah...

Safeway is great when its not busy. I like the lighting in Safeway as its not bright overhead lighting with the hospital feel it seems a bit more relaxed in there. If you come when its busy you may be waiting in line a while because they dont have so many cashiers compared to other stores

As someone who usually shops at Kingsoopers I decided to give this Safeway a try. The customer service is SO much better here, the staff is very friendly & professional. A much better bakery / deli foods & a lot of good deals going on. Definitely recommend.

Only reason I shop here is convenience. If anything else were closer Id go there. Now it seems Ill be going elsewhere anyways. Tried to exchange a pizza with tainted salami on it and they refused due to no receipt. It was bought under my phone number and there was no doubt it was theirs and still had a sell date of today(7/26). Went to their shelf and found the other two meat pizzas were also bad. Then tried to use a coupon that had no restrictions listed on a frozen version of their pizza and was also denied. Pictures are of the TWO pizzas on their shelf. Salami is bad inside a sealed package

They run good weekly sales on meat regularly

Updated on 12/18/19 - I spoke with Terry and he made things right. He apologized and said they should have allowed for an exchange or issued a refund. Im really pleased with how he handled this. Im giving 5 stars for making things right.Purchased some milk. Noticed a little bit of mold on the inside. Went to return it but no longer had receipt. They were unable (unwilling?) to look up the purchase using my club card. I’m certain their club card tracks every single purchase I make. They should have a way to look it up, especially when their competitors can easily do it. Anyway, I was disappointed they did not issue a refund. Emailed their customer service and hope they can come up with a resolution. I am willing to revise my review depending on the outcome. Why upset a 20+ year customer over a few dollars?

Their digital coupons ×buck. They need to make it simpler so seniors can figure it out. They need to explain how it works.

Very long wait time. Sometimes only 1 staffed checkout line and the self checkouts will be open during peak hours.

Store is always clean. Always well stocked. Its nice to have a grocery store so close that my family can shop at.

We have a lot of great grocery stores in Longmont and I dont always shop at Safeway but when I am there I always find it clean and efficient. I usually go for the coffee selection and good prices.

To put is bluntly, I judge a grocery store by the way it keeps its bathroom. The store on hover has only 1 mens toilet, so if its busy you are out of luck. Too many times there has been someone in there for ever.That wouldnt be bad enough but the Ken Prat one looks like it fell out of a Crack house.If you cant take car of your bathrooms, I cant imagine what else we dont see.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to customer service and 9 of that was after someone asked me if I needed help also 2 different people in line behind me walked out with unpaid for food when the gentleman helped me I told him about the people walking out he said it doesnt surprise him theyre crazy this was 5:30 at night. I cant believe that they had no one working customer service and they charge such high prices well if they didnt allow people to walk out with merchandise they wouldnt have to charge so much

This is a great Safeway. I loved that they enforced mask rules with arrows on the floor to help with distancing. They always have had chicken when the king soopers is out. King soopers is also not enforcing mask rules at all.

Really great staff of individuals who work here! Normally pretty well stocked with what you need and if you get a Safeway card the discounts and weekly specials are pretty good!

Nice neighborhood grocery store. Not as busy as some of the other stores in the area which makes it nice to shop.

If you keep a close eye on the sales and your coupons, you can get some amazing deals here. The customer service is aways spot on, and the store is clean and appealing to shop in. My only issue is that every time I have gone in, at least one of my coupons that I download on the website or something from their weekly deals does not go through. The employees are always willing to help make it right, but the IT and ads department need to play closer attention to sales.
