I absolutely love Longmont Dairy. The dairy products are so fresh and delicious I can’t imagine drinking any other brand of milk (especially chocolate-their’s is the best!) and it is so convenient to get grocery staples like milk, eggs, butter & bread delivered. The meal kits are fantastic, too. Love the make it fresh pizza kit. The monster cookie dough is unbelievably good too. Deliveries are reliable, even on holidays and I have never received a bad product.

I grew up drinking Longmont dairy and after moving back north, I was surprised and excited to see them visit my doorstep!The salesman was very kind and a joy to speak with. My deliveries have been great! The driver is amazing! Customer service has been spectacular if any issues come up.My son (6) loves the milk and calls it his “healthy milk”. I’ve even had spontaneous “tasting” parties at my house with friends and their kids when they see the glass bottles in my fridge!I look forward to years and years with Longmont dairy!

Love them; weve had home delivery for 4 years and the deliveries are easy, fresh and on time. I think weve had 2 errors in about 400 deliveries, and they were corrected promptly. Great customer service and we love the product!

We have been with Longmont dairy for awhile now (Years). Only 1 issue with 1 delivery, and that was solved and at my door that afternoon.The coffee creamer is amazing. Weve been Longmont Dairy home delivery customers for a few years now. We love the service and we love buying locally sourced dairy from well treated cows. We opted for Longmont Dairy over Royal Crest, despite the higher prices, because Longmont Dairy milk all comes from their own dairy so they are able to make more firm certifications about the farming practices employed in the milk production. We also love getting our eggs, local cheese, and, most recently, a box of palisade peaches delivered right to our door.

Please make sure you are aware that this delivery service features products which can stain concrete, such as coffee, tea and chocolate milks. Whether or not you personally receive these in the order to your home, if your delivery cooler is on doorstep, sidewalk, or driveway - surfaces may be impacted with drips and stains. Product may drip off the equipment that loads at the dairy, jostles in the truck and travels to each doorstep. Just ensure you protect your home and its surroundings. Be proactive, so that you can enjoy this service.

My door says NO SOLICITING, because we have kids in the house and they have nap time. Yet someone from this company decides to ring the doorbell anyways. Even after answering my ring and told her do not leave anything. She left a flyer right at the ring anyways. Need to have your advertisers on check.

Working from home and leading a 5 and 6-year-old in remote learning, I need all the help I can get. When Longmont dairy showed up, we were eager to give them a try. We were skeptical because we had quality issues with another delivery service, but Longmont dairy has been outstanding! Delivery is always on time, quality is fantastic, and the variety of products they offer is excellent. I was a customer of this place for almost a year. The delivery aspect is nice and supporting local business is always good. I stopped my membership because we had to order more milk as a minimum than we would drink. Additionally I was honestly not really impressed that the milk is homogenized because its really no different from the milk you get at the store. My expectation of home milk delivery is that it would be fresh and non homogenized but that is not the case. The milk is not really all that special. Additionally the dairy products they offer are just the same sold at the store except for a higher price, which is okay because they are delivered. All in all I just cant justify any special reason to have this service because there is nothing different about the product from the store.

I am a new customer and was just expecting my first delivery. It was advertised on the pamphlet that delivery is before 6:30 am! I was told by the individual that came to my door that got me to sign on as a new customer that delivery was before 6:30 am! As I called this morning at 8am with no milk yet delivered I was told I am on a day route delivery and now my milk will likely spoil as I am at work all day. Very unimpressed with the overall experience and not sure how this is acceptable for a business to operate in such a manner!

I have been a customer of Longmont Dairy since I was a kid! I have always loved their milk and other products. They are incredibly reliable! Even through the pandemic they worked extra hard to make sure we had our delivery! It was so reassuring knowing that we would have all the basics (milk, eggs, bread, cheese) and that the quality is always amazing. Last night they blew me away again. We had a blizzard over the weekend and had about 20 inches of snow. Due to some medical limitations my husband and I were not able to shovel our driveway. I was able to make a small path up to my door, but couldnt even shovel the sidewalk. Were ok, luckily we dont have to go anywhere! And we were prepared with food and water. It would have been ok if we didnt get our delivery, but we were getting a little low on rations. Even though it wasnt great conditions our delivery driver still delivered our milk and eggs. I wouldnt have blamed him/her if they just drove past our house, but they always go above and beyond. I truly appreciate the extra hard work and this company. Thank you for always being there!

I grew up drinking Longmont Dairy milk and I am so happy they deliver to Henderson and now my son can enjoy it.

With the big snow storm, I forgot to order extra longmont dairy milk and grabbed a carton from the grocery store. This morning, my kids unknowingly had the grocery store brand. One kiddo (5yrs) tasted it and said this milk doesnt taste good. I checked to make sure - it wasnt spoiled. But it wasnt longmont dairy milk and its very clear what she prefers!!! Tastes great and costs less.

I was a Longmont Dairy customer for probably 8 years, but then I moved out of their service area. Royal Crest did cover my area, so I switched and have been with Royal Crest for 1.5 years. The bottom-line is the Longmont milk and chocolate milk are superior to Royal Crest and the customer service for Royal Crest is significantly lacking. I am no longer a Royal Crest customer.Our out-of-town guests would always look forward to our “special milk” from Longmont Dairy. Royal Crest is good, just not as good. If you have a choice between the two, go Longmont just for taste and quality of product. Compare the two yourself side by side at a farmer’s market if you have a chance.My customer service experience and quality of product delivered was polar opposite between the two companies. My experience with Longmont was top notch. Over 8 years, there were a few reasons to contact them and they handled it appropriately and promptly; no issues. Over the last year and a half, between me and my wife, we have had nearly continuous contact with Royal Crest over the same issues (mainly milk delivered with less than promised expiration dates, some as bad as expiring the day after delivery). But we were shorted items on our order several times, had to fetch our delivery from the street because the driver didn’t want to drive up our driveway (presumably), dealt with broken eggs, and of course the souring milk issue. Each time, customer service, indicated they would reach out to the driver to correct the issues. It would be better for a week or two and then once again, we were getting milk that was expiring before we consumed it. Royal Crest promises 10 days minimum… which you can easily beat with the grocery store. I was most often getting about 7 or 8 days, occasionally 1 to 3 and occasionally 15 or more. Contrasting with Longmont I easily got 2 weeks with no issues; it always tasted fresher. Not once in 8 years with Longmont did we have an issue with milk going bad.Longmont: Best milk and chocolate milk I have ever had; top-notch customer service; very fresh, long shelf life; felt like valued customer.Royal Crest: Better than grocery store milk (when you are lucky enough to get it fresh); very poor customer service; unresolved same issue over and over and over; short shelf life; did not feel like a valued customer.

Amazing customer service. I had forgotten to order milk over the thanksgiving holiday this year and she sent out a truck the next morning just to take care of our needs. We have enjoyed the milk from Longmont Dairy for almost 5 years. The milk is absolutely amazing and the service is great.I am a big fan of the glass bottles and, in addition to being superior from a taste perspective, it is amazing how many plastic gallon jugs we haven’t added to the landfill! After 5 years - close to 1000 for one family!Their website is very simple and easy to use so easy to adjust deliveries if you need to skip a week or two. We very much appreciated the response during the initial weeks of the COVID pandemic and did not have any interruption in service.

After trying a sample at the nearby butcher, I was excited to see that they offer delivery. Not only was it definitely as good as the Lucerne brand that is available at Whole Foods, but having it delivered would have been an amazing help for a single person living with a disability.And the employee was very helpful and positive until she heard me say the word apartment. They apparently categorically deny any requests for help from people in apartments. I thought this was unusual to say the least And my best guess as to why? is their cooler.They loan you small cooler to use while you are a customer and Im guessing that they dont want their coolers to be seen in a lower-income area of town. And while I guess this makes sense to their marketing department, the logic is lost on me. I live across the street from Longmont high school, so the area is not bad at all.All said, with this approach, their exclusive product line would definitely be well received in Boulder as they seem to echo their values. Milk delivery with reusable containers is a great idea. I will just have to wait until it gets popular enough for another company to decide to do a similar model servicing people who are in a lower income bracket.

Delicious milk! Love having the milk in glass bottles! It shocked me that even my 2 year old even can tell the difference in taste and will ask for glass milk repeatedly if I try to pour him milk from a plastic grocery store milk jug. No clue about the milk. Dont intend on trying it anyways. My low rating is for the fact that we have a no soliciting sign directly on our door. Now I will say the guy didnt knock or ring the bell he just left the flyer... BUT, I have him on my security camera standing at the end of my driveway and taking a picture of my house. Why on earth would a milk delivery service need a picture of my house? Dont come on my property again.

March 2020We have been serviced by Longmont dairy for over 15 months and are extremely happy with service and quality.We mainly started this to have high quality milk for our child but have really enjoyed the range of product from coffee, lemonade, breads, cheese and more. Many of the items they deliver are from other local businesses and it is wonderful that we can enjoy fresh local products delivered weekly to our door.Order changes with the online platform are easy and have great service when calling. One instance in the 60+ deliveries we have had, was there an order error, I called and it was corrected without objection.Our driver has always been fantastic between accepting order changes from a hand written note to even taking a few minutes to clean up when a bottle was broken on our porch.The service here during the pandemic has shown why we are Longmont dairy customers.

Guy for the company was driving through my neighborhood and asked me if I wanted free samples. I said of course I can’t turn down free samples. He explained to me that I need to sign up for an account to get the samples and that if I decide to order their products, they deliver them to my door. I asked him why he needed my credit card number and he said it was just for the account to be registered and if I decide to order a delivery, my card will be charged. I asked him at least three times to make sure there would be no fees unless if I order a delivery. He said again there aren’t any fees unless if I manually put in an order for delivery. I got an email from the company the next day regarding my account. I emailed and asked them to make sure I wouldn’t be charged a fee if I didn’t put in an order. They said I won’t be charged unless if I put in an order. Sure enough, a cooler with milk showed up on my doorstep. I emailed them and said how I had gotten a delivery and I never ordered anything and wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be charged. They emailed me back saying unfortunately you will be charged for this order. I called the office and said what had happened and threatened that if they charge me, I’ll dispute the charge on my credit card and they supposedly canceled the charge. The sales person for the company basically asked me what kind of milk I drink and put in a delivery without telling me probably to get a sale or commission. Extremely deceiving. Very slimy.

The milk and food products are great, but the customer service is lacking. I was a happy customer for several years, but canceled my delivery from poor customer service. Instead of getting 6 bottles of 1%, I received 6 bottles of whole milk. I emailed in the morning and was instructed to call in order to have the problem fixed. The first lady I spoke with seemed put out about me wanting the correct milk I ordered replaced. When I called back, I spoke with a lady who was very nice, and offered to comp my order at no charge, sounds great, right? Super nice!... but later that day the milk was picked up and no new milk dropped off... I called back to see why, and was informed that there was a miscommunication and my milk was not going to be delivered, and certainly not for free. You know when people say they are sorry, but they really sound super happy...that kind of customer service:(

Their 1/2 and 1/2 is so creamy and delicious in my morning coffee. Orange juice is off the charts good. Milk never tasted so good that I drink a lot of it now. A Longmont Dairy delivery guy just got out of his truck and catcalled me as I was walking my dog in Boulder, telling me Im cute. Apparently the delivery staff is lacking etiquette training and utterly unprofessional. Ive never ordered anything from this dairy so I cant comment on the quality of the product but I will avoid purchasing from them on ethical grounds.

SO impressed with this company! As a pregnant mamma with an 18 month old, we go thru 3 gallons a week. These kind hearted people deliver to our home a SUPERIOR product. Their whole milk has produced quite the chunky, healthy,glowing toddler,as well as keeping my growing baby (en eutero) full of quality nutrition and calcium.Their customer service is outstanding, and the delivery of the eco friendly glass bottles is on point all year round. Their honesty about the treatment of their cows is full of integrity, and I would HIGHLY recommend Longmont dairy to any avid dairy consumer. I even make yogurt out of the whole milk- delicious! I will never go back to store bought milk again. The difference in taste is astounding. We have our milk, coffee cream (half and half) and orange juice delivered every Thursday. I highly recommend the eggnog during the holiday months and pink lemonade in the summer.

Who knows, maybe the milk tastes good but banging on doors, soliciting in a NO SOLICITING neighborhood will not win over many new customers. We already have a milk box sitting on our porch.

We love the quality of all of the products offered and especially enjoy the seasonal flavors! We have had the same Milkman for over a decade now, he is so quiet he never even wakes our pup with those early morning deliveries! I was so excited to learn that they delivered Silver Canyon coffee which i haven’t been able to get my hands on outside of Boulder. Also their French Vanilla creamer is THE BEST I have had - you cannot get it this good from any grocery store. Even just the regular 1% milk is incredible - so creamy and delicious! So glad to be a customer, I’ll definitely be sticking around!

Love Longmont Dairy! We were so excited to have milk delivery when we moved to Colorado 2 years ago. We originally signed up with another delivery service, but quickly switched to Longmont after trying their milk. My kids love their regular and flavored milks, as well as their juices. The glass bottles are great and really do affect the taste of the milk. The eggs, cheese, and yogurt are just a plus. Ive never had an issue with customer service, and being able to make order changes up to the evening before, or skip deliveries, is very helpful. Also, when my kids wanted to taste the Longmont samples at a recent Farmers Market (because they like it that much) I had to fess up that we already get Longmont delivery. The lady was super nice, thanked us for our business, and gave me a nice clear glass Longmont Dairy mug for free. Sadly, I fear Longmont has created some milk snobs in our family.

We have been customers at home and my business for years. We love the products, the glass containers that can be recycled, and the service! As a Veterinarian who had visited the farm during Vet school at CSU 25 years ago, I can attest that the cows are well-taken care of. Highly recommend.

Came to our house today and gave us free samples of their milk. It tastes fresh and my daughter loves the strawberry milk. The guy who came to our door was so friendly and not pushy. We were not hesitant at all to sign up for fresh milk. Their products are from grass fed cows with no hormones or antibiotics added. They are local and deliver right to your door.

Beware when doin there door delivery service they keep charging you even when you canceled weeks of service being out of town. My card had fraud and shut off and they immediately stopped delivering my 3 year old daughters milk. So I called and they said owed 80 some odd $ If I paid that I wouldnt be charged anymore and my account would be closed. Kept getting more charges and they have now threatened to take it to collections.( mind you these ladys were very rude and had a nasty attitude). Better off buying from store its way cheaper. I will give them this the strawberry milk is really good.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!Very rude and unqualified supervisors that not only refuse to train you on your first day, but also harass their own employees that have worked there for months.Also, you work 12 hour shifts with no breaks! Not even a lunch break. Absolutely pathetic place of employment. Keep in mind these are only a few of the problems going on at Longmont Dairy. What they are doing to their employees is highly illegal. definitely going to call the labor board on this place. 👎

Beware that the milk IS more perishable than store bought or Royal Crest (i.e. you cant leave the half and half sitting on the counter). However, I attribute it to the fact that it is less processed and closer to its natural form - which I appreciate. It is a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

Longmont Dairy performs a valuable service, providing weekly deliveries of (mostly) dairy products to ones door. The web site for changing the weekly order is excellent, as are the people involved. For a family with weekly needs for items such as eggs, Tillamook cheese, and milk, the service may be invaluable. I, being single, discontinued because my needs were too spotty.

I have been a customer of Longmont Dairy for approximately three years. I cant see me going anywhere else for milk! The milk has always been delicious! Sometimes milk from the grocery store has a strange taste to it but milk from Longmont Dairy has always been consistently good. No funny taste. As for the delivery being early in the summer ... it is so we opted to have the delivery driver ring our doorbell so we can get it off the porch when it has been delivered. I know, 3am is a little early to get up and get the milk but for us, it is worth it.

We have been using Longmont Dairy for years. The milk is amazing and the service is beyond incredible. Today we woke-up and for some reason there was no milk :( -- I called and a wonderful woman answered immediately (what? no computer prompts??!!) turns out we had an old cc# and email address, whoops!! I updated the info with her, and she told me she would let me know when we would see our order (probably within 24hours). Here is the kicker!!! I just looked outside and our milk was being delivered, I havent been off the phone with her for 30mins!!!!! Holy COW!! AMAZING SERVICE. LOVE Longmont Dairy!!!!!

I just started getting delivery and love it. We had milk delivery at home when I was a kid and love the nostalgia of the milk delivery. The milk delivered is so much better than store bought cardboard / plastic milk. Theres just no comparison.

I like the people that work here. I love the vitamin D milk, along with other products they are no doubt, the best! I also recommend the chocolate milk, the best i have ever tried. They deliver, but not to apartments with stairs, this should change or I have to find another place to live so I can have it brought right to me!

This is the freshest milk I have had since I worked for a dairy many years ago. I have had it delivered to my door weekly for many years. It is simply the freshest available.
