NOT OPEN 24 HOURS! 6AM TO MIDNIGHT ONLY!Business should stop pretending theyre not having staffing issues and report the correct hours of operation to Google!I have suggested the edit through Google multiple times and it still says open 24 hours.Yall need a photo of the signs on the door for proof or what?Poorly stocked, and dirty store/parking lot also.

The lady was very polite and helpful. The guy however gave me attitude and was arguing with me. Thats bad for business. Never argue with a customer. Were always right which I was. Next time I come here, that guy better do his job instead of talking to his coworker. Fix the problem without arguing because that is bad for business. I love the Kum & Go gas station but this guy needs to stop arguing with customer. Were always right and we always come 1st. You dont like your job then just quit. Thats simple.

Great place - 8 double sided pumps and each one has the really long handled squeegees to clean your car (or semi trailer). Trash cans everywhere and a really well stocked conscience store. Plenty of disabled parking too and parking for big rigs.

I arrived just before 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, September 11th to buy Gatorade, and chips. The cashier took off her mask, and said, I dont know why they make us wear these, anyway. I replied, Because youre ninety percent less likely to catch or spread illness. She responded, My sister is a nurse. I said, matter-of-factly, Yeah, whatever, because that phrase means exactly that: Yeah, whatever you want to believe. I started to leave, since the cashier had bagged my items, and handed me my receipt. As I walked briskly away, she exclaimed, Dont treat me that way. I replied, Yeah, whatever.

Been a lunchtime regular for almost 2 years. One of my better options during my short lunch, usually.The companys response to COVID really screwed that up. No daily specialty pizza. No toppings for hamburgers or grill items, when is that coming back? Quit screwing around and put the jalapenos, relish, onions etc back out!Then they fired the good manager Ryan M for doing the right thing and the other hard worker got transferred and now the whole place is going downhill. Employees seem VERY unhappyHope this turns around, but upper Kum management doesnt seem to care

My kids and I really love this place. Nice place to let pets out if you are traveling as they have PLENTY of grassy areas with waste baggies. They have various drink options that keep me from driving and spending more money at Starbucks. Good coffee options with various creamers, and different types of quality sweeteners. Bathrooms are always clean and staff is friendly. My kids enjoy the pizzas or hot dogs at any given time. My only critique would be that the pastry/cookie shelves are often empty half way through the day and dont seem to be replenished and sometimes the plexy glass to the pastries needs cleaning. But the awesome customer service makes up for the minor issues. The gals are SUPER friendly and have even made us fresh pizza upon request.

The people are nice, but the nacho machine was always out of cheese for me. The music is always loud and so you can’t hear them while your checking out. Also I suggest that they add a F’real machine because you barely find them anywhere and there would be more costumers coming in for them.

Not bad for a convenience store

We stopped on Tuesday (8/20/19) morning, around 7:30 and were very impressed with the man who helped us oh for our things. So kind and friendly!! Thank you!

One of the only places with E85, I also went in tonight, Thanksgiving around 9:20, I had left my wallet at home and found a $2 bill to try and get enough gas to get my wallet at home. The employee their is a very sweet soul and helped me in a time of need. He went above and beyond to help me and I am so thankful he was working tonight. This employee deserves to be recognized for his exemplary customer service, and I hope he has a year filled with blessings! Thank you kind sir!

Jason has excellent customer service. He was slammed with multiple things to do, he did not say one negative thing about it and very pleasant. Very knowledge about his job. Cheers to that.

Great stop when passing through, fresh soda, good fuel and windshield cleaning equip available.

Stopped and the clerk Alexandra was very sweet, nice and looking like she was happy overall. Though it was a quick stop she was super nice and did everything with a smile on her face

I went to buy rolling papers here and when they didn’t have them, I asked if they were just out of stock. I was rudely told this was “a family shop” and they would never carry them. Awesome. I won’t be stopping by this store again. I went to Walgreens, where they had six different kinds — and far less value judgments on my shopping needs.

The place is usually pretty clean the customer service is decent but the music I personally listen to rap quite often however the music in this place is more often than not too loud and inappropriate for a business I do not think that music you play at a business should be talking about slobbing on a knob definitely not a place I would bring my four-year-old daughter

Closest thing this state has to Quiktrip so I like it for that reason alone.
