Took us 2 days and visiting pharmacy 4x to get prescription correctly filled for my son who was having an allergic reaction to amoxicillin.The pharmacy finally gave us the medication after multiple attempts and calls to the urgent care to confirm re-call in the prescription - turns out they mysteriously filled it under a different family member’s name (one who had never visited that urgent care) and clearly was a careless mistake by a pharmacist upon receiving the prescription.

I was in the drive through pharmacy to pick up my birth control medication, and I gave birth before the line moved.Next time I went inside and waited in line until I became geriatric.Needless to say either way you will wait.

The photo department, with the help of a sweet cashier, was very helpful today. They quickly fixed a minor mistake they made and found a coupon for my product that I didnt know about.

Pharmacy is a complete joke. Terrible customer service. EXTREMELY long wait in the drive through. Rude staff. Do your self a favor and switch to a different Pharmacy.

I went in for help to get the right bandages. I have an allergy. First person was rude and yelled asked if I had a question while Im standing in the consult line. Tells the female pharmacist I have a question. I explain and am told not shown they are on the all there, pointing, go read the box youll have to read the box. I asked for help. I am very disappointed. Never be back.

Slowest pharmacy ever, took people before me despite me waiting over an hour already.

Horrible customer service!! If you want to visit this store prepare yourself for an experience of complete disregard of your humanity. The people here will see you as a number not a person and they Do NOT CARE about you. Save your time and money and go somewhere else where you’ll be heard, and cared for.

Do not trust the prices on the sales. I checked to make sure I didnt need a member card but at checkout it was still required for any sale items at all. Sell your info to get the sale or keep your privacy - or just dont shop at walgreens

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. They show no professionalism. The pharm tech who I dealt with didn’t know where insulin was. I was there 20 mins waiting for her to find insulin ( in the fridge) common sense I thought. Then I had a question for the pharmacist and he didn’t answer my question that I simply asked for my type one diabetes. BUT they made sure to ask me for my address 4 times. Terrible service and completely unprofessional.

Would be great if you would show on google how busy you are hourly throughout each day. thats extremely helpful.

The drive thru pharmacy here is painfully slow. The past three trips to pick up prescriptions here have averaged 20+ minutes, often times with only 1 or 2 cars in front of me.

Never have prescriptions in stock. Rude about it too. Always tell you it will be there the next day at a certain time and its not. Dont go there.

Awesome staff at this location! Been filling my complex list of medications for several years now... Jennifer, the pharmacist, is especially helpful and so kind. Shes gone over and above what Id expect from her, takes time to help me.

Carol is an inconsiderate and rude pharmacist. Very judge mental and throws around her “Pharmacist license” to show control. I would never suggest going to this pharmacy. She states she can do whatever she wants and there’s nobody above her at this store. Hope she gets better training on how to be a better human to society. I feel horrible for her family.

Walked in, waited at the photo counter for a few minutes, and left. No one seemed around to help with photo products. There was one cashier up front with a line of about six people. Understaffed and the managers should be up helping their team, not nowhere to be found. I’ll try to get my photos again another day I guess, hopefully someone will be there.

After waiting over 10 minutes, was told no more flu shots today. I was the only customer there. Not going back.

The Pharmacy staff is amazing! They fill mine and my familys medications in a quick timely manner. I have my profile set up to receive text notifications about prescriptions which is sooooo helpful because I get notified right away if my rx is ready or delayed. I can then call the pharmacy to see what is up and the techs are always so helpful to explain the situation. This pharmacy seems to be the busiest in Longmont so I understand the wait times and I feel the pharmacy manager and the rest of the staff does an excellent job with the circumstances some days. Cheers all around!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED PSYCHIATRIC MEDS OR PAIN MEDS!!!! You will be treated like a criminal by Carole Ann the head pharmacist. Horrible horrible customer service all around at the pharmacy here!!!!!!

Great product in a quick and easy location. Occasionally you might wait in a long line or pay extra for the convenience, but overall its totally worth it. Ive only ever had one employee here not smile or tell me to have a great day since it opened.

The best Walgreens in Longmont. The staff is great and always helpful. Fast in and out for quick needs. They have a good selection of a little bit of everything. The pharmacy is pretty busy but I have always received great service.

For the most part, this location has been fine for scripts, bandages, cards, photos, etc., but one time, they did change a doctors prescription to another brand without consulting either of us first, which was a huge shock when we realized what happened. It caused several bad side effects before the error was caught and corrected.

This drug store is very close to us. We go here for our medication. Friendly staff at checkout or at the pharmacy counter. I can go in here an read through the cards to find the right one without other people reaching around me. They always have groceries on sale. Just a very convenient store.

The pharmacy staff were rude, and didn’t give me ALL of the information needed when I left. I had to go back a second time to get more information about what was going on with my medication as far as not being able to pick it up. When they could’ve let me know all of the details the first time. I then had to have my doctor call in to speak with them. All they had to do was refresh it to see everything was ready to go. I get that it might be busy especially on Saturdays, but laziness, and not being kind won’t get them recurring customers. Last time I’ll fill my medication with them.

Pharmacist went out of her way to get my prescription ready and handled a complicated insurance issue. Professional and helpful staff provided Great service.

Ive never had a bad experience there. Counter and drive-through both are very professional, efficient, and polite. They do a good job filling scripts from my Walgreens mobile app as well. I do wish theyd get their tap-or-swipe card reader figured out.

Love the pharmacy. They are so helpful. My daughters love the makeup and especially now that they carry Boots. One disappointment is that the company discontinued carrying Carmex lotion.

The pharmacy is horribly slow. If you’ve just had a procedure and need medicine before the numbness wears off, this is NOT the location to go to. This is the second time this has happened.

If you want a pharmacy to reach out and call you if something is wrong with your prescription, avoid the Walgreens on North Hover in Longmont. There may be no issues with your prescription, and they will create one and NOT call you about it, rather just waste your time and let you come in and spend you gas. Needless to say the first time this happened (with my kids medicine) I had to take my script to Walmart who promptly got the medication the doctor wrote the script for. That was almost a year ago. Today I drop a script off for myself and was told it would be ready in an hour. Went there two hours later and they said it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow. I admit I became upset not because they cant deliver what they say they can deliver, but because they WASTED MY TIME BY NOT REACHING OUT TO ME WHEN THE ISSUE ARRISES, rather disrespectful Walgreens shame on your staff. Needless to say there wasnt an issue and they filled my prescription AFTER HASSLING TO SPEAK WITH THE PHARMACY MANAGER WHO WAS NOT HELPFULL WHATSOEVER. Never fill prescriptions at Walgreens, to slow, they dont know what they are doing and they wont reach out to you if there is an issue.

Pharmacy is usually all I use Walgreens for: Im always seen in a timely manner. Never long lines or wait times for perscriptions to be filled! Ive been to pharmacys around the state including ones owned by other companies. This Walgreens location happenes to have the best pharmacy staff and my experience is always great. Even though there are several stores in Longmont this is my favorite!!! Walgreens is not always the key here however, because Ive had plenty of bad experiences at other locations. Its the people at the North hover store that make it great!!

I use this Walgreens to re fill prescriptions and the pharmacy staff is so unbelievably rude, wether in person or in the drive thru. If you can use a different wal greens pharmacy If youre looking for good service this isnt the place.

I had a bad customer service experience with the pharmacy staff, they were inconsiderate and unhelpful. I started going to the Walgreens on main and 11th and havent had any problems.

They open to late on Sundays 10am no not OK when you need your prescription first thing in the morning.
